I agree with you. I worked in nigeria before i relocated and i still visit Nigeria every year. The mentality is the same. That Nigerian mentality will be your hardest obstacle to surmount f you've ever worked outside the country. You wont believe the way they work or the way they expect you to work. The irony is that they'll think that you're the one with the problem.

This recession has made it difficult for new immigrants to settle and get jobs that used to be available. Nigeria is a hard place to live in. I come home to Nigeria every year. There is opportunity outside Nigeria but remember, that opportunity is intangible and not guaranteed. It does not work out for everybody. You are 42, with three kids. Its a big decision for you to swtch jobs and pluck your kids out of school. ?"If you make the move you are only doing it for your kids to get them a good education and great opportunity, not for yourself. So if you want to make that sacrifice for the kids then do it.

one thing ive learnt is to only give advice to real friends. If you are not in my inner circle or dont ask my opinion i say nothing. Ive dragged many a friend both male and female back from the brink of adultery. Its overrated. Its cheap thrills and after the highs and the cheap sex, theres nothing left. My take has always been to fight to keep your family together. Thats all you really have.

I beg to differ.Not all tall guys are handsome. Girls will take tall any form it comes. Some of these guys are llike hulking strapping giants, with limbs everywhere and heads the size of footballs.

Are you married to one of those loud mouth men who dont know how to be respectful even to elders? Why do you have to put up with it? No one says you should leave him but something has got to give. I cant tell you how to stop him. I dont know him or how loud his mouth is. Figure something out. By the way insulting his parents wont solve anything.( Even though he'll probably fly into a rage as if his own parents deserve more respect than yours)
