If she returns 5 years and file for a child she didn't declare in her eDV application, her citizenship will be revoked and all rights and privileges withdrawn. It is deemed that she obtained her citizenship fraudulently. There's a guy that approached the embassy 5 years after he became established to file for a child he left out of his original eDV application. When they began to question him at the embassy and he realized he was going to loose everything, he withdrew his application immediately. To his greatest shock, on his way into the United States, he was denied entry because the embassy has disclosed the fraud to all units, his ssn was already noted down along with his alien number on his green card. Thank God he still had the plastic card which he hid away while claiming he lost it on transit . He merely gave his ssn, ID card number and alien registration number to the immigration officers which is good enough to grant him re-entry. What he did was to fly back to Nigeria, and book another flight to Canada since Canada accepts green card holders without visa. There's No way Canadian immigration would know his green card was voided except of course they request an update from US immigration. The guy cleverly married a Canadian lady, became a citizen after 3 years and is now back to the States. Smart dude.

Bussyme: @solomonwis,infact I did IELTS at lagos 3yrs ago (2010). Filled the forms and paid require fees by my cousin in canada with master card,sent everything to them. My forms was rejected base on work experiences and I has to repackages again and collected letter from my working place yet they rejected it. Its not easy to get 67 points unless you have arrange employment in canada and have relative there. Though my money was refunded without deducted a kobo from it.

I love the fact that they refund all your money when you are NOT successful let me direct all my friends who have been bothering me and i could not be able to explain to them by myself.

A spouse or child who is already a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident will not require or be issued a DV visa. Failure to comply with this instruction can result in the disqualification of your entry.

RULES are the same everywhere even here in my country, but if you want to spoil your chance go ahead and include the child.

This might be the last DV please enter as single and without the child, when you get to the US eventually away will come you never know, people are allowed to adopt kids and you might work on this. Dont throw away a chance you have for the last time.

We got to the embassy by 6:30am, we met one lady there for crew visa for Britain airways and so many policemen n women cos of the Boston bomb blast. We enter d embassy by 7:15am n do the normal security checks. Then after went into d main building where d woman check our interview letter send to US by d embassy n give us I901 as our nos. So we went to d interview hall. By 8:15am our nos was called for submitting our documents, devil want to use d woman but our God have settled it since so we were not worry about what she said that she won't collect our AOS, because it was scan copy not a posted copy. She later said our bank statement is ok for us. She was friendly with my daughter and I went to pay £600 for d 3 of us. By 10am, our nos was called @window 15 were we met one nice guy. Our interview lasted just 5mins which I always prayed for.

Be patient and wait for your Interview letter in 4 days times keep checking your status just the same way you checked the entry status to see if you have won. You dont need someones case number to compare with yours all those that are in your category are also waiting.

Sorry this is coming late its been a rough and high tensioned experience actually but thank God its all worth it.. Had my interview ystday and thank God for he has showered his goodness upon me.

Got to the embassy, passed thru diferent security checks, was 1st to get into the interview hall, which i have been avoiding coz i don't wanna be the 1st to be interviewed..but it wasn't in that order i was the fift person to be interviewed, even tho i had the 1st number for immigrant category.paid the visa fee, waited for some mins and was caled for submission of document. Waited for close to an hour b4 the CO's came to their respective windows. The eldest CO called me 2 window 13, the interview was less than 5mins ......

Thank you for those IV Case Numbers what am trying to tell you is to check right below the IV Case Numbers there is what is called Registration Numbers this is the same as the Alien number i hope you now understand me. I know each family has IV Case Numbers where applicant is 1, spouse is 2 and kids are given 3 even if they are ten of them. But Alien number each family member gets a different number. Or If you cant locate it on the visa, in my country the Alien Numbers are on every sheet summary on the envelope that you will give out at the POE check it out there on that envelope you got plus the visas
