3) the inec director clearly showed evidence that there was localized glitch.whether it was from inec,human or animal is immaterial.it is in the place of obi to prove that the glitches was from inec or apc and also demonstrate how it affected the elections unit by unit which he failed to.he should have done the forensic analysis since not making noise on media

2) irev is an online copy.regulation 93 of inec guidelines specifically said irev can only be used in the absence of hardcopies.apc in osun got ctc of accreditation data from inec server which is supposed to be same as the one from bvas.the apex court said apc should have produced the bvas and extracted directly from it and that any data from inec server is unreliable,third hand and that pdp shouldn't ihave bothered to defend.it simply implies that irev data is also third hand as being a product of inec server.obi should have used manual forms instead of irev.he should have compared to see for certain if the hardcopies are also blurred.in court, assumptions and speculations are untenable.you must be sure.the poor quality of bvas camera,bad snapping posture,weather,even network issues can make the bvas blurry.presiding officers posting their personal photo should tell you that it was more of human error.the adhoc staffs that testified clearly said issues only came up during upload and that manual copies were intact without righing but they still manually got the results to collation centre which means obi should have depended on manual copies.according to the electoral act,the purpose of those transmitted copies is for verification and comparison at collation centres.it never mentioned IREV.obi should have called collation agents to testify that transmitted copies weren't used.

I don't think Tinubu will ignore them in his appointments o. Tinubu Has a track record of rewarding those loyal to him till the end; they may not get ministerial appointments due to the rationing of slots per state but they will get some other appointments. For example FFK is from Osun state, the same state Tinubu's cousin Oyetola just lost re-election making him open for an appointment. FFK will certainly not get ministerial appointment ahead of Oyetola and other more level headed APC chieftains from the state.
