mrphysics:The bolded shows you have never travelled or lived outside of Nigeria. You talk like a child. |
Davash222:Do you yourself have N10m? Stop misadvising the OP. OP, your N10m can do wonders, but do not use it all if you are not a seasoned businessman. Someone has advised you. A business in which I have a 15% stake which currently yields a minimum of N3m a month was started with less than N500,000 a decade ago. Never underestimate the power of small beginnings. |
miniziter:This is the product of the Almajiri system. The already pauperized parents hand their kids to the mallams for Islamic education. The mallams then get the children into the streets to start begging. Each kid is fed from his or her own begging proceeds, while the rest goes to the mallam. Or the mallam puts the kids to work, cracking stones for sale. It is institutionalized. No child from southern Nigeria can ever be subjected to this garbage. Of course, it suits the Northern oligarchy because these are the cannon fodders used in committing violence after elections or during religious riots, or they are used for underage voting as was done in the 2015 elections. God is preparing a special part in hellfire for the perpetrators of this system. |
VULCAN:A pipe dream is better than a f8cking nightmare, which is what Buhari and Atiku are for Nigerians! |
Moderator, stop spreading fake news. It is a crime in Nigeria. This report has been discountenanced as a forgery. Stop giving life to a forgery! |
diadem10:Another daft zombie! All those projects were funded by Chinese loans signed under GEJ. If you yourself were elected President, those projects would go on. China does not negotiate loans with an individual. They do not know who is GEJ or PMB. They deal with the office of the President of Nigeria. So whoever is there is immaterial. You zombies make it look like it was Buhari who executed those projects from scratch. Liars! All of you will burn in the hottest part of hell. And as for those support Atiku who as Chairman of National Council on Privatization (with Nasir El-Rufai as his secretary) superintended over the mass sale of our national assets with ZERO TRANSPARENCY, there is also a special place for you all. Say no to these old babas who should be retired. We want new blood. Give us Moghalu, or Tope Fasua or Sowore. |
Joseph refused to give in to Potiphar's wife's advances. He was tempted, paid for it with some prison time, but that was where he met the guy who introduced him to Pharoah. People in our generation are succumbing to such advances and collecting diseases. Foolish man. |
nonxo007:Those not on duty vote. I was in a military barracks in 2011 and I witnessed this myself as they have a polling centre close to them. |
The way he was crying after being booed by Senegalese fans will be child's play when Man City beats them to the title on the last day of the season. |
Angola I can understand. They had a civil war from 1975 to 2003 or thereabout. 28 years civil conflict and the devastation it brings is not a joke. |
BiafraIsFree:You are here ranting and Nnamdi Kanu is enjoying himself in UK. Same way Ojukwu's children are attending schools all over the world and many ex-Boafran soldiers and their families are languishing in abject poverty the villages all over the SE. You IPOB people are goats. No,goats are even better. At least they are good for meat. You are just good for nothing! |
Jmnike:If you had stayed home and watched a Youtube tutorial to learn a skill, would it not have been better for you? Wetin you go find for that place? If I remember right, there was a stampede in that stadium just before the 2015 elections, and many died. Na you carry yourself go rally: abu dem promise you 2,000? |
FrudstaPresidnt:Mr man, The first elections I witnessed as a growing kid in Nigeria was the 1983 election when NPN perfected the art of election rigging. I have witnessed every election in this country since, whenever the army allowed it. I do not know how many elections you have witnessed. So I am not ignorant of anything. APC is in power today because ACN, ANPP and CPC joined forces to produce a marriage of convenience. Did anyone believe PDP will ever end up in opposition? Structure does not come overnight. It has to be thought out and pushed to the very end. But it cannot be done when people like you harbour this your archaic mindset. Perhaps you are satisfied with having these old men and their cohorts oppressing you forever. I am not. |
Fact is this. If Atiku loses and he defects back to the APC, he will be welcomed with very open arms. These politicians are the most wicked people on earth. They are simply using Nigerians. They use you to get your votes because their own single votes cannot win elections, then they lock up once they are in office. They, their families, daughters, sons, uncles, aunties then help themselves to Nigeria's till for the next 4 years, and those who voted for them are left out. Then to pick out some crumbs that fall from the table, you see people like Festus Keyamo deadening their conscience to support a man who they know is no longer physically and mentally capable of functioning as a president. You see those on the other side supporting a man whose time as Chairman of National Council on Privatization (with El-Rufai as his secretary) has left so many unanswered questions as to how Nigeria's assets were sold. Why can't we intellectuals who know what is happening pitch our tents with someone from the new order? Why not a Moghalu or Sowore or Tope Fasua? These are guys with an understanding of our issues and who have ideas to get this comatose country back on its feet. |
GenSpecifics:When captured by enemy forces, what do you think happens? The enemy will cook for you, wash your uniforms, iron them, put you in air conditioned room, then at night will give you the choicest women to bang your sorrows away? Or if you have gunshot wounds and you are captured, you think the enemy will give you antibiotics and tetanus shots to prevent infection? You must be dreaming. Wake up man! Perhaps you need to read about the rendition program of the US government under George Bush and see what was done to enemy combatants or perceived terrorists, guilty and innocent alike. Or perhaps, you need to read more about what American soldiers did to captured Iraqi soldiers in Abu Ghraib prison. https://edition.cnn.com/2013/10/30/world/meast/iraq-prison-abuse-scandal-fast-facts/index.html The life of a combatant soldier is a life of hardship from beginning to the end. Forget the generals like Badeh that were eating and putting all the military budgets in their fat pot bellies. This is what a soldier's life is like. It is not a life of pleasure. |
So Amosun can even beg in the Name of God abi? Make God punish am! Useless APC governor! |
APC has no place in the Niger Delta. Zombies should realize this by now. |
Corrosiveman:So you sit in your dungeon while Nnamdi Kanu sits in UK very comfortably. How dumb can you IPOBians be? |
globemoney:Since you decided to show your face, let me ask you: Which is better? To vote for Atiku with an Igbo Vice President OR refuse to vote and have Buhari continue for another 4 years? IPOB is filled with dumb and brainwashed pigs really. |
sonofspada:You want to get a job on a visitor's visa. You will search until the year 22000AD. |
What is it with Nairaland and all this "cleavage baring" news? Hardly a day goes without a mention of cleavage! Haba! This is very annoying! ![]() |
He should change that shaggy hairdo. |
An owl is staring them right in the face, and the Nairalander who should be the exposed one with ability to research on Google to know the different species, cannot help his villagers. I just tire. |
Two types exist: 1. For personal edification The primary form of speaking in tongues is when you are praying in the Holy Ghost ALONE, speaking mysteries that only the Spirit form of God (the Holy Spirit) understands. 1 Corinthians 14 verse 2 says: For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men, but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries in the Spirit. At that time, your understanding is unfruitful, as St. Paul said. You cannot understand what you have prayed because at that time, a mysterious event which you do not even know about is being handled in the spirit realm. A friend of mine was moved to pray in the spirit on his way out of his house. He went back and prayed in tongues, not knowing what he prayed for. Unknown to him, his brother was thousands of kilometres away, about to be involved in a motor accident from which he emerged as the sole survivor in a 14-seater bus. This was before the era of GSM: how could my friend have known that tragedy was about to befall his brother? Only the Holy Spirit, the one that knows the end of a matter from the beginning, could have known. So my friend was prompted to pray in the Holy Ghost, and the Spirit of God took over, pleaded that matter in the court of heaven against the accuser of the brethren, and prevailed, manifesting in the deliverance of his brother. Romans 8 verse 26 sums it up: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 2) For the edification of the church There is the second form: which usually occurs IN A GATHERING. Here, the Spirit gives utterance, and this comes with an interpretation for the benefit of those present. This occurs when God intends to reveal a divine secret to his people in a gathering. 1 Corinthains 14 verse 3: But he who prophesies speaks to men for their edification, encouragement, and comfort. Hope this has helped someone. It took me years to get this by revelation. Of course, there are those who will dismiss these things as utter rubbish. But we are told that the things of God are unto them that are in the world, foolishness. But they never ask themselves this question: why does nobody question the incantations that are mumbled by occultists and traditionalists when they want to effect problems for people? Are their incantations understood by those who contract them to do these things? They care not to understand the incantations. They only want results. Why then do we question the gift of speaking in tongues, which is what the devil mimics by giving unto native doctors, ogboni practitioners and occultists the incantations? |
frankmoney:Should reviews be bought or sold? |
Mod..it is 2-0. |
TalkTalkTwins:I was just at my village house at my father's grave site last week. Knowing where my dad is laid to rest gives me a form of closure that the Ibbotsons presently do not have. If you have lost someone really close, you will not talk this garb you just uttered. |
The typical Igbo man: mortgaging collective freedom for a morsel of bread. Why am I not surprised? |
Another ravenous wolf and fake prophet. God pass dem all. |
gidgiddy:Ibani and Igbo. Igbo was King Jaja's native language as an indigene of Amaigbo, Imo State before he was captured as a slave. Ibani is the language spoken in Bonny, which Jaja picked up growing up as a slave in the Anna Pepple House before he got his freedom. He had a personality clash with Oko Jumbo, and both led the 2 factions of the Pepple House before Jaja decided to resettle in present day Opobo with his own faction. So technically speaking, the Opobo people are Igbos by origin and many of my friends from there are all Igbo speakers, even though there is now a conscious attempt to deny their Igbo ancestry. |
Yet Nantes is demanding for the full transfer fee payment. How callous! |
This action by Nantes is in very bad taste. His body is yet to be found, the family is still mourning, and all they are interested in is the money! |
