The PH and Abuja airline terminals were not built by Buhari. They were paid for with a loan taken from the Chinese government and that project has been on for years. Nigeria is going to repay that loan eventually. China does not recognize single individuals. They only deal with governments. So even if a donkey was president of the country, that donkey represents the entity they are dealing with, which is the Nigerian government. Government is a continuum.

Oil reserves are up because oil prices are up and Nigeria was exempt from the initial OPEC production cuts. Wait until the next round of cuts is implemented. Then we will see the magic that will push up our reserves.

Regarding the thread and general relocation, I believe people should comment only when necessary especially in a thread like this which is private. You can only stay 90 days without a visa in an ECOWAS country. Once your stay will exceed 90 days, you must have a valid status for such extended stay. Either you are schooling, doing business or working. The regulations are very clear on this.

It is my business first because I'm a Nigerian and secondly because I'm a Christian with good knowledge of the word of God.....consequently, I can't understand how the Bible can justify a church building universities with or without members contributions and members/christians can't attent such higher institutions; I don't see how God can be happy with such arrangement. The common justification is that of "spreading gospel" but we know practically speaking, it's either not entirely true or the products are not significantly different from public institutions after all we have campus fellowships and churches in our public institutions too.

If you read my line of thought very well, you'll understand I just don't see why it's necessary for churches to go into building universities that won't have direct benefits to her members and Christians at large. As far as I'm concerned, there are so many other beneficial ways churches can help build the educational systems some of which I've highlighted above.
Finally, I want you to know that almost all public institutions in Nigeria are heavily subsidised so that it can be affordable to more nigerians. If govt can do that, churches are expected to do more with her universities. If the running cost won't allow them, then starting it all together seems to me as a wrong priority. Shalom!

Funding of education is not cheap. I have degrees from a public university in Nigeria and others from Universities abroad. The difference in standard as well as cost cannot be quantified.

The Salam Centre in Sudan which is run by an Italian heart surgeon is right there. I am also aware that the Chinese have setup a heart surgery centre in Korle-Bu teaching hospital in Ghana. Even Egypt has renowned heart surgeons.

With N70m, is it not possible to invite renowned heart surgeons from South Africa or even the Indians down here? I thought LASUTH had facilities for heart surgery. So why all the foreign trips to India and now Dubai?

But what do I know? Foundations are now using these cases to make money. I am very sure that revenue sharing between parents and the foundation was an issue that led to the delay in travel.
