i just called him to hear his own version of what happened but he is an IT person.he said it was brought to him and the guys said they would send him the iCloud password later in the day,he took pictures and deleted them but because iCloud as a way of transferring pictures immediately it is taken,he couldn't delete that part of it.later in the day he had to return the iPad since those guys couldn't provide the password.I simply told him to be ready for the worse because the whole computer village knows him and it's more like bad reputation on him and his wife.His wife might be sacked because she work with a bank.He might be arrested if he can't produce those guys

To be frank, if the company isn't generating profit, where will salaries come from? Well, I don't know the terms of employment but they should trim their workforce to be able to manage the few that are remaining effectively in terms of salaries. I wouldn't fund a business not capable of generating profit with the profit from another profitable one forever. I feel Mr. Jimoh tho.

I'd suggest you look into the employment/labour laws of the country, as well as the reporting measures of your company handbook, gather evidence (video recordings and internal memos and all), don't stop reporting him, and when the HO still fail to do anything, sue the fūcking bastarrd's ass and resign.
