Tayeni: POOR countries pay little because they are poor, obviously. Are you saying poor countries shouldnt be capitalist? what are you saying?? Take for example a capitalist like Aliko Dangote builds a company in Malawi, because of the poverty condition of the country and the lack of good worker protection, he would pay their worker about half the salary he will pay a typical Nigeria for the same amount of work. Thereby spending less But if he goes to USA he is likely to pay a worker three time than a Nigerian for less worker hour. Remember we are calculating the payment in Naira for all countries o. Added ------------ A capitalist is a person or some set of very powerful men who control resources in a country and regulate worker payment and work hour with many other things. A rich man allowed to own company he solely controls is a capitalist. If they are not tamed they could exploit the poor in the country to an extent of oppression and maltreatment. |

Tayeni: The government has little right to force a private business to pay workers beyond what their businesses can bear especially in a country like ours Where the ease of doing business is stupidly low. you're wrong.... the exact salary may be your choice but the work condition is not your choice. In good economy company try to please government so as to prevent the risk of loosing their business. so they try to impress as good as possible. only in poor/developing countries that support capitalism that pay cheaply for labour. |

Etizz: Is it really necessary proposing??
All these are activities ....because people are doing it....
What happened to marriages without proposal? proposal is a declarations of your intentions for a lady to allow you be more than just partners in other words it is like asking whether she is ready to go with you to next level? .. but it doesn't have to be public but it is good there is a one or two witnesses unlike the crowd display we see on social media. And also the answer doesn't have to be YES. No doesn't alway mean she wouldn't marry someone but it may mean many things, explanation always follow it. But social media has changed everything for now. |

The thoery of karl Marx has nothing to do with him do you get it? The question is, how true was his thoery. From the way you spelt his name you seem to know him or prolly has heard if him or his theory, meaning his theory was not only just a theory but was also efficient. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Would You Pay Someone N50k For Jobs Of 4 People? by stanliwise(m): 7:55pm On Feb 21, 2019 |
haryurmide: This is the real explanation to the vacancy. PA should be able to drive in case the MD wants him to represent him or the company at a function. Some adverts appear like this in order to know if one is interested in the job or the money. I won't be surprised if the employee goes home with more than that amount at the end of the month. I have seen such before which turned to be 'juicy' at the end. so in other words one should take chances and enter the door painted red right? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Would You Pay Someone N50k For Jobs Of 4 People? by stanliwise(m): 7:50pm On Feb 21, 2019 |
buygala: The person complaining should open his own company and employ someone for a similar job role and pay the person 500k
The employer is cutting his coat according to his cloth....if you can't understand that, waka pass
He is not seeking the employee at gunpoint for Christ's sake you don't get the point do you. The employer isn't the problem quite alright but had it been that Nigeria has good worker protection, No one will dare put such amount for this hectic work. The employer is exploiting the advantages of a capitalist which carl marx theory was against, in capitalism rich people could turn the common man into slaves because overtime they would keep reducing salaries and increasing work hours. Only the government of such state or social activist could protect an employee in capitalist country. |

Slynation: You can settle the case amicably but don't fight back.....!! after all, u don't know how the whole quarrel started.... I know why I'm saying this because some people reading this might wanna form Superman because of a lady
when i was in 300L back in school, there was this babe I was crushing on near my lodge, so one day, I went to withdrew some cash at the ATM, I met her there shouting and crying on top of her voices, so i approached her and asked her what happened, she just summarized it with the guy slapped her, So I used my eyes to weigh the guy's physique, he looked like someone i can beat hands down, so aspa Superman wey i be, i wan show myself, I rushed the guy with a flying kick with two hot blows, the guy got up and ran away, So people at the ATM started telling me that the babe was the one at fault, Shouting and insulting the guy but the guy kept quite until he withdrew his money, after they explained things to me, then I knew I bleeped up, I thought everything was over, Mehn!! the guy went and call over 9boys all running towards me holding gwara-gwara and firewood, Immediately my heartbeat increased... I wanted to run away but they might shout thief and that will automatically be my end as long as that location is concerned, So I summoned courage and stayed (By then the mumu girl don leave me run, make u see how i carry buy market wey no concern me) So the boys came towards me and was capping, My only saving grace was that I recognized 1 guy among them(looks like their leader) So we exchanged greeting and explained what happened, that the girl was my cousin sister, that anybody would have done dsame in my shoes(By then self some don de ginger make they rumple me straight away) In summary, I apologized to the guy and settled them with 3K, Since then I learnt one thing, to always mind my business and I must confess life has been easier ever since.
what if I don't know any of those guys, they for beat me black and blue that day, who knows if i will even survive... So u see, what if this man came down to fight for the lady then he met his end at the process, I know some people who left this world because of this, So perhaps i may be wrong with my choice of words "hypocritical" but I may not be far from the truth... Countless has died trying to protect people, your condition was no less. Your blemish was 1. Not understanding the situation before taken actions 2. You chose to take a violent response which was uncalled for and should have being the last resort (which to some extent was like an oppression based on your description of his physically look) I agree with you when you said you shouldn't be quick to take sides which is true especially when the two people are strangers. I feel what are you saying but always remember that many has faced far deadly fate than you because they were just activist, patriotic and just being fair. The world is indeed a dangerous place. Context matters alot and situations becomes complicated if people involved are our relation. General sense is also advisable, sometimes it is better to run with the victim than to fight along with the victim. |

Mortiano: The woman that video that is a fair... She didn't show all the video.... But judging the little Crip... The white guy is very foolish... The guy was pushing the woman away... The woman persistently coming back to him.... Ok the guy should have left his self unguided... Let us stop all this injustice against men in the name of woman being a weaker sex...some are devilish men in some cases are the victim but society has become blinded with the falsely held assumptions that a man is superior to a woman and as such couldn't be the victim. The earlier they realize that gender contribution to violence isn't the only major ingredient the better for everyone. |
