birdman: You right. Thats why to me, the most important thing about Lebron is not really even that he passes too much as opposed to ball hogging to get more points. It really is about his mindset, and the drive to keep getting better each year, even after getting fat contracts.
When you see jokers like Harden trying to get max contract after coming to camp rusty and out of shape, you appreciate the true greatness of Lebron. Almost 40 and 4 rings, and the guy comes into camp like a sophomore with something to prove. Meanwhile some cats are buying shares in strip clubs from vegas to htown.
I rank Lebron with MJ, Magic, Jabbar, Russell and Kobe for that reason. Its not just dropping points and rings. Its also that mindset that comes with it. that lifestyle, that day and night grind even when you already achieved so much! Giannis should be on this roster before his career is over if he ever solves his jumpshots and freethrows. Game over for the league! And no off the court dramas too |

Khanben: In terms of regular season stats, Lebron will end up when it's all said and done with 40k+ pts, 10k+assists and 10k+ rebounds. That's just incredible and we might never see someone do that again Would be very difficult to replicate. All round guys like Harden, Russ, Luka and Jokic are reasonable candidates but they'd have to be great for 20+ years. Russ and Harden are already passed it. Jokic started slow and so won't make it. That leaves Luka. My best guess is he too won't make it. |

If LeBron was a little more stingy with the ball like the other people on this list, he probably would have broken Kareem's record a long time ago. Do you know what it means to be no. 1 in points and no. 4 in assists? It basically means you look for your teammates almost as much as you look to score yourself.

birdman: I think Morey may have promised him future max contract. But Harden needs to be honest with himself. Even with his paycut, he still earned too much for the rubbish he played last season. I think Morey promised him he'll get traded (to the Clippers) if he opts in his player option. Now the Clippers are using that as leverage to offer crap pieces in a trade for Harden. Sixers say they don't want what Clippers are offering and so the trade is off. I can't really blame Morey. |

birdman: Harden is openly calling GM Morey a liar
See, I knew this day would come. Morey is responsible for spoiling Harden and letting him go to Vegas and skip practice with no consequence while in Houston. The parent that spoils the child will las las receive due reward from the spoilt child Harden thinks he's still a superstar. He's overestimating his power in this league. He keeps this up and he'll be playing in China soon. |

No organisation, I repeat, no organisation will give out grants by you just sending your account number to them. There's a rigorous process that is involved in grant giving. You as a grant receiver has to give them like a business plan of some sort. You have to have an ongoing project or business or service you provide so they can know their money is being channelled into the right place. |

Skrrrrrrr: The funny thing about this is. During the Dominant Era of the warriors, Lebrons Team were not even the second best Team in the NBA. They were only running into the warriors because the warriors greatest opposition were in the west. If Lebron had played in the West with the Cavs, he would not make the finals with the Cavs. Do you realize what you're saying is LeBron reached the Finals consistently despite his team not being the best or second best Anyway, below is LeBron's Finals opponents net rating vs MJ's Finals opponents net rating. So Draymond is actually speaking facts not fiction

Na ask I dey ask o, no be sey I wan start fight for hia I didn't bring this up because I wanted the conversation to keep going. If I had a gun to my head and they asked me who has more skill between LeBron and KD, I'd be willing to risk it. |

Skrrrrrrr: Lol. That is why he needs the physicality dude, to make up for the skill deficit. That is why KD doesn't need the physicality, because he isn't skill deficient. The more skilled you are, the less physicality you need. The less skilled you are, the more physicality you need. It's really quite simple.
Well 4 scoring Titles and a higher PPG says he puts in the ball more frequently.... My guy is the all-time leading scorer in the entire NBA. Wtf you talking about frequency. I'm glad you accept that physicality gives you and extra edge. Just imagine KD's skill with the size and athleticism of LeBron. Man, he would be the GOAT by now |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:41am On Jul 16, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr: Maybe you should ask yourself questions. Is Physicality the reason Lebron is greater than KD? What is the essence of physicality if not to put the ball in the fucking hole, which KD does better than LeBron? Physicality is one of the reasons. Just imagine LeBron, with his limitations in skill, was as skinny as KD. Do you think he'll be what he is today? And yes, KD puts the ball in the hole better than Bron but he doesn't put the ball in the hole more frequently than Bron. There's a difference. KD has many ways to put it and Bron has essentially only one way, but you can't stop it. |

Skrrrrrrr: And you tried to make it look like I was bugging when I said you were just Lebron-insecure. I wonder wetin them dey put for una head. Victor has all the tools to be a better player than LeBron. If he then does it with the spurs and not form super teams like Ajala, e don be for your Goat be that. All this one wey you dey run around this thread like Goat wey dem pour hot water. If you shit for ground, you go pack am. All these ones na Latin you dey speak |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:28pm On Jul 15, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr: Lol. Bro. You are not making any iota of sense. The fact that KD had more scoring titles and more PPG than LeBron totally nullifies your argument about the need for physicality. Any other thing you dey yarn nah dust.... But is KD greater than LeBron? The answer is an emphatic NO. KD is not the only player who is more skilled than LeBron. There's a boatload of them. But has their skill put them above LeBron in terms of greatness? |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 1:04pm On Jul 15, 2023 |
Khanben: He his not 7"5 the Spurs measured him at 7"3 issh. All I am saying is, Kareem never bulked up. His training was more agility focused, and he was reIatively injury free for a big man. Gobert is almost 7"2' o. And have you seen Gobert stand close to Wemby before? Anyway, I'm not suggesting Wemby is not going to be great. All I'm saying is if he has a career that is just short of the career KD has had, then that would be a massive success |
