Take a look at that road and tell why head on collisions won't occur regularly.

That's meant to be a highway connecting different states and it is safe to assume that vehicles will move at speeds of over 100km/h.
On roads with vehicles moving at such speeds, there should be a barrier separating the opposite lanes.
And for roads with traffic moving at lesser speeds, there should be at least a yellow line separating the opposite lanes.
But on this road, there is absolutely nothing to guide the drivers.
The FRSC and the Ministry of Transport are just incompetent.

Why did the responsible agencies allow buildings to be erected and lived in for years before coming to demolish them?
I would have expected them to conduct regular inspections of their facilities so that way they can detect violations early and correct them which would save both parties time and money.
