Hello. A quick question for people post ITA
When uploading digital passport unto the place card provided, does one need to scan and upload the stamp at the back or just the passport photo itself.
I'm a bit confused. Or do i just merge the front and the stamped back and scan together in JPEG format?

Please please and please, for those of you that had your degree in UK, how long did your evaluation take after your documents were received? This is 11days and my WES status is still "in progress" and no possible date of completion of evaluation has popped up on my status.

Mine took about a month. I didn't experience any verification wahala. Chat them up through the (contact us) medium if you have any concerns.

Include your BA certificate when you wanna submit. You will merge your BA certificate, MBA certificate , IELTS result and ECA certificate as a single PDF file. You will then upload in the education placeholder.

Hi. Would you be kind enough to update page 0 of this thread with PPR recipients especially from part 4. I noticed it has stopped. Their timeline/testimony are usually a source of hope to countless people on this journey.

In other news, can someone who has recently done this VFS Global passport thing give us a detailed account on that process and what it entails. A lot of people who just clenched PPR come and ask questions on it then it goes silent.

It was so bad that I'd already put in my application for visa extension to the authorities yet my former manager stands up in the team and announces my imminent departure while I'm seated right there! LOL

I can go on and on but I don't want to derail the thread.

I conquered though. I remained in that job for longer than any of them anticipated. I remained because if I left, I wouldn't hv gotten another job with my passport tied up with the authorities.I remained until my passport came out then I resigned from that company. I moved onto my last job in that country before my post study visa ran out and I returned to Naija.

I did that with boldness knowing the law was on my side the entire time. And I am very happy I played right. If I had done anything shady, I wouldn't have the boldness to try FSW today.

So chin up bro. As long as you stand right with the law you'll be fine.

Congrats on your PPR. Other than your good news, the other thing (pardon my weirdness for hanging unto this) that dawned on me was that a whole VC could write a letter of explanation for an ex member of staff. How humbling. A lot to learn from this.

I noticed your CRS tale last week though I've been seeing your name for longer on the PNP thread.

I suggest you hold off the remarking and give the forth coming ielts your very best. Your current CRS score is very decent. Don't lock your score down and lose the risk of foregoing the next draw which might just be in your favor. No one can tell how your next ielts would turn out even though we hope for the best

Hello fams, please I have a question. I'm expecting 3.5m from someone which I would use as my PoF. My company has a Corporate Account, and I have a good rapport with the CEO and also, the Accountant. So what if I tell the person to pay the 3.5m into that account, and they in turn pay into my account? Then, in the letter they would issue me for work experience, they would say I requested my salary (after tax) be kept for me till I am ready to immigrate? Then, I'll also add a LoE to support the fact. That should be straightforward, and save me the stress of having to do a Gift of Deed, or should I just have the person send to me directly and have a Gift of Deed done?

But why would you want to go ahead with such a complicated process; putting someone's money in your company account first. You trust CEO and accountant but is that not how someone has trusted you and wants to transfer 3.5 million yet you are contemplating placing it somewhere "safe" first. Why not minimize risk and just do the deed gift with the funds safely tucked in your account?

Gift deed has worked here and we know it. Please weigh this your LOE tale by your employer side by side a deed gift then make your choice.

His 11+ mths younger brother is already following his footsteps, their mother shouts and beats Kevin every minute for jumping around in the house like monkey. He even engages in fight with me whenever I want to watch my favorite channels except I beat him thoroughly, he wouldn't allow anyone touch anything that is his. Their mother is fed up and losing weight and she's afraid his Alvin is already acting likewise. I don't know what to do because you can't leave Kevin alone in the house without closed monitoring for a minute else something bad and injurious might happen. All my life, I've never see a kid like my boy, I need advise on what to do, it was worse when he was younger. I don't like beating him like his Mom does but won't have peace at home due to excessive shouting and scolding except he's asleep. Anyone with ideas on how to curtail this?

As kids, we had a neighbor who appeared to bear similar traits to the ones you've raised especially the beating and crying for 2/3 seconds only.
That is the major thing you wrote of that set off an alarm in my head. The child was also very hyperactive and he had a very low concentration span. Sorry to say but personally i never knew if there was a medical condition to it. We grew up and this kid continued to struggle academically and otherwise. He wasn't hyperactive anymore as a teenager/young adult but you could tell he was not growing (intellectually/emotionally and otherwise) at the same pace as his peers. Nigeria is a one kain place. I'm sure if we were in an advanced society, there would have been diagnosis and help for this young man. To at least set him aright from a young age when we began to discover some of these traits.

I pray your case will be different in Jesus name. It may seem like play but i will also take this child to God in prayer if i were you. Also don't neglect medical intervention. God bless. By the way, nothing wrong being left handed. Just my opinion

Does one have to factor the right of permanent residence fee (490) or 1050 processing fee for an unaccompanying spouse?

This reminds me of what someone said here a while back. I cant remember his moniker now but after he spoke, that thing was the push i finally needed to move in another direction. That person used the Australian thread to make an example. He said that when the process began, it was quite easy. People jumped on board but after a while, more people heard, scores rose higher, it became more competitive and what you could easily get became more challenging. See people going to NOUN now in droves to increase CRS score sotay their staff come sabi say na for Canada immigration. LOL

You are far far better including your boy from the get go. You will only complicate issues for yourself if you fail to disclose this and try to include him later.

Whether you add him now, later or wish to do unaccompabying child, It's the same proof of fund and medical you will end up doing with him.

Oh bless your heart. I've not been to this thread in days and as I read your messages and saw your screenshots, I couldn't help but start laughing. Don't worry, from now you will close your eyes and simulate CRS scores in a heartbeat. You are still young so look for ways to increase your score.
