I tell my children to never associate with greedy people because greedy people cannot be loyal to anyone, their god is $$$ and not their fellow man. Further, a greedy person will go to any length to commit evil and to acquire goods even if it means hurting their fellow human being. Greedy people are usually arrogant and are only ever happy when others are beneath them or in the dust.

A greedy man is usually a narcissist who is obsessed with his own selfish desires. Greed is the fundamental cause of destruction of the environment, decimation of whole cultures and subjugation of whole peoples and relegation of the working class to eternal servitude and debt. Greed is the cause of wars, fights, hate and envy. Greed will one day itself be decimated.

Greed is always content to be on top at the expense of dehumanising the weak, poor and humble. To associate with a greedy person will corrupt you, disappoint you, exploit you and kill you. Do not associate with them, or encourage them or assist them, instead expose them for the lost souls they are. Their end is SHAME. Save as many of these sad people if you know any but do not envy them or follow them to destruction.

The most greedy people I have ever met are real estate agents. They want to earn more than the owner of the property.

If you're renting a house, you pay almost double of the rent — yet they aren't happy.

If you give them a ppty, they will front someone as the person that's bringing the buyer and this person will demand a separate fee for bringing the buyer, while they expect you to still pay them the usual agency fee. Later, they will give the person his own cut.

If you want to buy, they'll add money on top of what seller wants to sell, and you will still pay them the usual agency fee. I have never got a receipt that's the same amount I paid. Any document they procure for you will be at x10 of the charges for the documents.

They call this criminality hustling. I haven't seen such level of greed anywhere!

Vaccines are made from the antigens of the virus that can induce adequate immune response so that the body is ready to fight the real virus when an infection occurs. So, scientists use either dead viruses or live-attenuated ones.

Serious scientists that are interested developing the vaccine for Covid-19 have already recreated the virus (eg, Australia) to know the best antigens to target.

The acceptance of that risk will make a professional offer a realistic profit. 20-30% per month is highly unrealistic — no truthful professional trader will promise you that!

Is it possible to make 30 to 40% profit in a month once in a while — yes. Can it be done consistently every month — Never!

Assuming he's offering 5%, if he makes 20% profit in 2 out of 6 months (the other 4 months cancelled out without profit), he can still fulfill his obligations to his investors and have at least 10% to himself.
