Meanwhile, the managers of 12th and 13th placed team are under immense pressure to get back to the top of the table where they exchange 1st and 2nd spot respectively before Fatoyinbo United who were languishing on the bottom of the table before signing their merciless striker popularly and dreadfully known as Mr. Krest claimed the top spot with no end in sight in ceeding the spot because COZA City FC is trailing them by one point. However, third placed team, Busola FC is on goal drought after the famous win over Fatoyinbo United over the weekend even though many people called for the use of VAR before awarding the 3 points to Busola FC. Both Pastors and Reactors teams are doing pretty fine on the table as both team manage a draw in their last match with 2 outstanding game for Pastor FC which could see them in third place if they win both thereby qualifying them for next season's Hell Champions League. The accord between Suicide United and Sniper City FC is unexplainable as both teams keep trailing one another after promotion from Non League to Premier League in 2015 when the incumbent FA president , Muhammad Buhari won the election. Many have castigated Buhari for influencing the rise of these two teams by using his power to promote them to the Premier League. Buhari denied the allegation by stating that his childhood team which is Herdsmen Palace FC is not doing fine on the table and is bound to be relegated because spectators are not interested in watching HPFC matches, hence the reason for the low turnout on social media stadia.

Lastly, RUGA United fans were disappointed after claiming a point in their last match despite having 90% possession.

We're talking about underage here. Any sexual encounter with an underaged girl is rape — no argument.

The best thing you can do is nip it from the bud. Don't even allow it to get to the extent of even thinking about it. Shun them immediately. It's just because this is Nigeria. If not, a lot of people will be in trouble for what they did during their NYSC days. Most corpers, especially those that served in secondary school had sexual affair with underaged high school girls and felt it's normal because the girls wanted it. In future, some of them may get in powerful position and one of those girls would suddenly realize that she wasn't up to the age of consent when she's enjoying herself and may decide to pursue a case of statutory rape. In this situation, there's nothing it's consensual, because she never had it.

This is different from Neymar's case. Neymar wouldn't have come out of it if his lady is 17 years old.

Its only in Nigeria I know everyone wants to build a house. Any good business oriented man will delay building house cos its expensive and focus on side income/business. Rent is very cheap in Nigeria so why will I build the house.
My wife and Family always disturb me to build house in Nigeria so that I will get a place to stay when I visit Nigeria. I always reject. A decent house I will build (3 bedroom flat) will be 8-10 million. I am just about 30 years. If i rent the same house, it will be approx 300k/ year. So why will I not invest the 10 million naira. Although there is risk in investment but its far better than building a house that you can not even convert to money when you need it. If I use 10 million to buy shares, it could multiply in future years.
So anyone that loves business/risk will not be in a hurry to build house. You will only build when you are very financially comfortable.

People opt for a house because it's one of the most secure investment in Nigeria. We that started doing NSE from University days know that buying shares is out of it. What they manipulate there is unimaginable. imagine someone that that put that10m in Transcorp since 2007 @#8 per share and 12 years later, it's @#1.2 per share. Even a piece of fallow land bought in 2007 would worth more than 15m by now (being conservative)


The truth is that there's no reasonable "investment" (Just your money working for you) in Nigeria outside real estate. Don't say transportation, a lot guys have been burned by drivers.

The only other option is to start a business that you manage by your self, but most people don't have the time be managing a business while still working.

Thanks for the insight. That has always been my opinion on becoming a house owner.
I could see that @fireback post is getting a lot of positive appraisals which is good because, that's actually what many people would do too. I know a guy who completed his house more than two years ago and he's yet to move in. And at the time, he was still casual worker. At the time, I asked why couldn't he invest those money in something else not even knowing that he wasn't going to move in quickly despite the fact that the house was ready two years ago.
When I rented my current apartment at 140k a year, people were asking me why not start my own foundation since I have land already? I simply told them that paying 140k annually on a rent was a better option for me because, for the rest of the year, I would have extra money to invest. If I start a house project now, everything else would stop, most especially, investment. House doesn't bring in money. Why not paying house rent for like five years and focus on investing the rest of your salary for that five years instead of labouring to own your own house during that same period? Your investment over a period of five years plus your paid job (if you still have that job) can build you a house in one year to your taste without stress. That's what I'm gonna do.

Please, which kind of investment. I'm looking for secure and reliable ways to invest. Thank you.

You must consider transportation too. A lot of people don't check the cost of transportation to and from workplace. I make bold to say that most people that live in relatively cheap areas spent almost double of their yearly rent on transportation to and from workplace.

The key is chose the one that offers best value for money when you factor in Shelter, Transportation, and Comfort.

If your 2 months salary can cover your yearly rent and transportation cost best. if not, try 3months for both, and this should be the maximum. All the best!

Media trial before investigation is a crime against an innocent person's fundamental right to a good image. Tarnishing someone's image for no reason will surely lead to filing for damages.
