This Unbelievable Article on how China is taking over Africa is on the DailyMail online!! I am still in shock! WTF Anyways, the chinese think that we black africans are lazy, and if they are right, i don't expect a lot of people here to bother reading the main article anyways because it is not about P square or Tontolet! For those who want to know...please read the article and hear for yourself what is going on! Let us know what y'all think! "China's rulers believe Africa can become a 'satellite' state, solving its own problems of over-population and shortage of natural resources at a stroke. With little fanfare, a staggering 750,000 Chinese have settled in Africa over the past decade. And more are believed to be on their way. The strategy has been carefully devised by officials in Beijing, where one expert has estimated that China will eventually need to send 300million people to Africa to solve the problems of over-population and pollution. The plans appear on track. Across Africa, the red flag of China is flying. Lucrative deals are being struck to buy its commodities - oil, platinum, gold and minerals". Okay, my people...last night I saw a disturbing documentary of Chinese with big guns and white folks mining gold in the rain forest of Ghana and bulldozing the entire landscape with Ghanaians living in mud houses looking on and today I was reading this and wanted to share!![ i]PLEASE READ THE FULL STORY HERE AND SEE PICTURES OF CHINESE LOOKING CITY IN AFRICA and the Africans are too poor to live in it!! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2168507/Footage-shows-brand-new-Angolan-city-designed-500-000-lying-empty.html Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2168507/Footage-shows-brand-new-Angolan-city-designed-500-000-lying-empty.html#ixzz2CDyjyiNc Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook |
The place where they give you sign that they will take your light is a 2nd world country and the place they have no light to give you never mind tell you the time they will take it away ahead of time is a developing country...neither is a great situation and both should strive to arrive in a 1st world country situation where the lights are always on and if it is gone, then it must be due to some natural disaster, period!! If I came home after 10 years of continuos electricity and there was a sign on my street that my lights will be off, I will still be very upset and demand to know why?? This is the life in an advanced society...and anything less is unacceptable to me! Nigerians must set a standard that they want and Nigerians will work to meet those standards! No miracles will save nigeria only Nigerians can and will! It's very simple...24 hour electricity supply costs a lot of money to develope and maintain and as long as the cash is being stolen, nigeria will not go far at all...! I know how the world works, so take it or leave it...I know what I am talking about! |
I'm not sure why same people who love this song and many others robotic auto-tuned shiiit coming out of Naija everyday can then turn around and say they hate Tonto's songs!?! They all mostly sound the same to me! But when will auto-tunes be out of fad in nigeria now? Na wa oooo!! Hmmm. |
I love Akon's remix of chop my money with P Square boys, however, i like the Original Damiduro and don't like the remix at all! It does however appear that the people who speak Yoruba here appreciate Akon tryna speak their language in a music and that overrides everything else with huge emotions...but it's all good! Those of us who love the Original Dami duro more can keep the original n those who prefer the new one can keep listening to the remix! Davido has way better voice than Akon especially when singing in Yoruba!! |
sorry my people ooo! But i asked the same question i am about to ask now 3 months ago when the news that things have finnaly changed for the better in power sector in niaja broke here. The province of Ontario in Canada has 7 million people and electricity generating capacity of 21 megawatts to supply power to it's people. in the summer when its really hot, they beg people not to use the air conditioners too much, k. How was/is Naija able to supply 165 million people full electricity with 4300 megawatts capacity ![]() ![]() or even 10,0000 megawatts as the dude above is suggesting? Nigerians as a people do not understand how the world works but they think they do!! i was in naija a few months ago and never saw any power surply better than it was 20 or 30years ago! more places have power but the supply level is the same as it always was. hoping and waiting for miracles will destroy this country oo my people!! it cost a lot of money to develop a nation and nigeria currently do not have that kind of cash...so the problem will be here with us for a long time to come!! it is the truth by the way, Ontario i mentioned above is now investing 75 Billion Dollars to improve its generating capacity for electricity for the needs of the future! so, make una stay here fight over 4300 megawatts and be praising this head and that head of that, or complain day and night!! mstcheeew |
girl see guy, like guy...everything the guy says is then funny(ie word is good); girl see guy but dont like guy and everything guy says is not funny - actually guy is annoying to her! same guy that girl dont like have money and suddenly girl like money but still not the guy, so girl is with guy but girl secretly like another guy and takes the cash from the money guy to raise her kids and love the man she really likes till she dies! simple! "COULD LOVE BE ACQUIRED BY PRACTICE OR DESIRE?" "LOVE IS BORN OF THE EYES AND OF THE HEART - A NOBLE HEART; BECAUSE TRUE LOVE MUST COME WITH SOME PAIN!! (JOSEPH CAMPBEL) |
Nigeria is one of top ten fastest growing world economies reports a Toronto Newspaper! These african countries below are amongst the top ten: 1)Ghana 3)Republic of Congo 4)Ethiopia 6)Mozambique 7)Nigeria (strengths of Nigeria are said to include: telecommunications, retails, constructions and manufacturing) with no mention of oil! Rwanda9)Democratic Republic of Congo 10)Zimbabwe There is yet hope for the land then(?) assuming the Leaders, Pastors and their various followers and the Boko people don't derail the progress! let us know what you think peeps (Note that the link below is to a pdf document and it is of a newspaper and pls go to page 16 for the full article!) http://reader.metronews.ca/digital_launch.aspx?id=ae45d194-e887-4f4e-bfc7-62a403de57df |
hmmmmmm, one day people here seems to be high on shiiit and say rubbish like electricity is everywhere now in naija and the country will soon arrive...but on a day like today and a thread like this, people speak their heart and the truth and that is that naija never ready to start the journey to greatness!! vision 20 -20!! when we r ready to start the journey every naija person and the rest of the world will know as it will be self evident everywhere you look and in our attitude! i work hard and wait... |
Abeg people free the lady jor!! I will help her write her next song lyrics...and she can only get better! What about Paris Hilton, did y'all listen to her songs?? jobless people and haters calling themselves her fans! Mstcheeew I'm sure even herself will laugh at the work of the jobless people on these threads here on NL. Lolz |
I thought there was a thread here a few days ago that viciously attacked all Nigerians overseas who are allegedly bitter and abuse nigeria and point out all its vagaries? The poster of that thread said boys where making millions back home and the Nigerians overseas are low lifers who don't see the greatness and wealth in the new nigeria...so, how come that University students are getting burned to death over laptops and cell phones?? The picture that he painted of Nigerians in nigeria raking in millions don't jive with this sad stories at all or am I missing something? I am not bitter...I just bought my new baby an iPad 2 for children but she can only start using it when she turns 6months old, so I'm confused, should I pack my things and move to nigeria because as the poster will have me believe, my life is a waste where I am now or I should stay and avoid living in a society where university students are Summerily executed over petty stealing! Animals mostly only kill to eat, so who is better off, humans or animals? A lawless and wicked nation where people refuse to yield way for fellow Nigerians who r like themselves coming home from a Sunday church service! Call us overseas bitter...sounds like we have a right to be bitter at the lawlessness in that nation!!!!!! SMH |

Okija_juju: I dont quite get you sir.. All I did was drive to the Zoo to bring you guys pictures of what Port-Harcourt Zoo looks like.. I had no motive except to show the decay of the place and how people still go there despite the rot!Like I said ur effort is appreciated and is better than the product we saw! |
I see a lot of decay and degradetion and this Sir Okija, is probably expecting or was expecting us to hail the mediocrity but he has been given enough punishing rebuke so I will stop! I must say however that your personal effort is better than the final product (target places!) Anyways it has way more stuff than what I saw in Benin zoo the last I was there 8years ago! (I was Persuaded not to go a few months ago I was in town) Hey, my Lady was just wondering if we just saw a pigeon or a Dove inside a zoo in one of your pictures! Pls don't kill us with laughter this morning ooo, oga Juju man!! |
talking fingers: Quit trying to be smart. The 'poor' in this case comprises all those who in trying to enrol their kids in these universities would have to part with an arm and a leg at the minimum. Of course, it also includes those who couldn't possibly afford the fees even if they sacrificed more.Thank u my guy, at this point in my time on NL...I'm now more amazed at.the moral bankruptcy of some Nigerians who defend evil more so than those who do the evil deeds being discoursed! Looking from outside, it's quite shocking...that Pastors use money extorted from the poor to build universities for the rich rather than go to the banks, borrow cash and start these business ventures, right? Right! Then some decent Nigerians see this injustice and raise it, i e speak up but alas, some morally bankrupt Nigerians spring to the defence of these pastors saying that the schools are businesses and must be ran as such, that yes, the poor give to God through the pastors and God then through the pastors hand it over to the rich in the form of great universities of quality education and privilege...and get this, their morally devoid of reason arguments totally make sense to themselves! WOW!! But here is the truth, the bible says that by the fruits they bear, you shall know them...now, if an outsider takes a look at the Nigerian churches n society, do they see justice and goodness for the people and faithfulness towards God? Your answer is as good as mine folks! |
This is demented, please don't kill me with laughter ooo!!! Great job with the portrait... |
Well, read for yourselves people! http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sgseen/this_urban_jungle/1329050/singapore_women_fifth_most_unfaithful.html Only women from Thailand came near them...! I thought Naija no dey ever carry last...how come their women are not on the top 5 Nations of wayward women according to the Durex Survey?. Lol Just saying! And what have the Ghana women or even men for that matter here on NL have to say about the news? |
I HAIL NAIJA..!! ANYTING IS POSSIBLE IN THIS LAND!! VERY WICKED BUT SHARP GUY...! Kaiii! ![]() |
im speechless! i didnt know that the Ibos also attack each other here on nairaland! But tell me, after all the boasting that they the Ibos are so industrious...why the unemployment that is responsible for the mayhem?! anyways, at the end of the day...the wealth in nigeria needs to be redistributed else the disaffection and therefor crime will continue to rise until the country self-destructs! where are the people on NL who preach about life in Lekki and want everyone to move back home to enjoy it? pls share ur riches with those criminal unemployed y'all have there and if there is any wealth left then invite nigerians overseas to come back and share that...!! smfh |
...where are the Billionaires on Nairaland and all the Dudes that talks endlessly of their Land Rovers and Bentleys?? SMH ...what about those who boast of their house in Lekki Phase 1 n 11 and how much millions of Dollars it cost them to buy just the plots of Land they build their mega mansions on? ...where are the Pastors here to go pray for her - the ones that carry miracle news on daily bases here on NL or can this woman not use a miracle from TB Joshua right now? This is the reason some of us do not believe in ur BS - Nigeria, the Country that have the most churches that preaches the most about God and miracles and powers of healing more than any where else or people in the world: a land that produces the most shopper-holics in the world can not spare less than 2,000 dollars for one of their entertainers since no miracle is coming from their god either? wtf |
The whole idea is to not disturb the people who want to feast on each other in tribal wars threads with Garri issue!?! Up goes #GarriGang and down with the daily promotion of Tribal Wars that does nothing to bring down the costs of garri or better the lives of Garririans!! ![]() |
One OLODO African lady was brought to America after her African Husband went to marry her in Africa and when she got here later moved out of their rental apartment to be with another man who wears tie to work every morning! it turns out later that the new guy often complains about money when the old husband did not and she finally asked why this is the case since you wear tie to work and my husband did not, how come u never have money n workd in the office? the dude asked her what her x husband did and she said he is a construction worker and didt wear tie to work and i could not settle for that...i think you must make more money based on how you dress to work!?! needless to say the guy was just a front desk clerk at a cable n phone retail giant and makes less than half the salary of the x husband who works as a skilled tradesman!! s o, all naija boys and girls keep lining up for university and then all the graduates should continue to line up for office jobs, k people |
6TH MOST POPULOUS NATION IN THE WORLD WITH 39TH BIGGEST ECONOMY N WE NEED TO CELEBRATE THAT HMMMMM |
im not surprised at all to hear this since a girl who says she goes to Ambrose Ali University at Ekpoma told me the very 1st n last day she came to see me that naija men dont ask for sex from (runs?) girls anymore b4 handing out cash...!! i try to tell her i like her and all she wants to talk about was money to go back to school and i finally ask her if she was a hooker? she said nope! she then accused me of wanting to just use her for sex!! then i said to her again but i like u and she is like no, u dont...all u want is sex! it was funny as hell! asked if she was a virgin, she said NO so, i can not say i like her, i can not ask for sex but just need to be nice and hand over all my cash i took her out for ice cream that i invited her out for and gave her a couple of thousand naira for a taxi home when i came back to america and she still kept on with the cash issue (she did not go back to uni yet, no money yet)...i finally asked her, where the generous naija men who hand out cash for nothing where n she was real pissed! lolz so, dude you've got to be smart |
debosky: $tunna stop posting pictures of Van City here nah. . . .else the rush to the Canadian Embassy will cause the delay to lengthen to 90 days.i see! so the guy who puts up the picture of the 4 dudes that says that's the best thing about Canada can get away with it but i cant try to refute it?? okay my guy...point taken! lolzz i will try not to provoke further mass exodus...! ![]() |
most of the women here will like the worst Playa in that video the most...! true that lol |
AjanleKoko: Well . . . by far the most interesting thing about Canada are these guys belowYOU LIE!!!! |
COOLDUN: I read so many good and intelligent comments about this inhumane treatment melted on Nigerians by the countries that are enjoying 90% of Nigeria's economical blessings all in the name of expatriates. There is a question I had wanted to read from the commentators, why is it taking a whole 45 working days or more to process the Nigerian visa applicants visa?Does it take the Nigeria High Commission in Ontario Canada this long time to process the Canadians visa applications to Nigeria? Is it the same treatment to other Africa countries Canadian visa applicants? If no, then why are Nigerians being treated like this? It is only in Nigeria one will pay visa fees without getting the visa, and the visa fee is taken without the visa issuance still the government is not doing anything about it. Is this not like a person who pays for a plate of food in a restaurant, without being served the food and his money not refunded back to the fellow also. Nigeria rulers left their citizens in the mercies of the foreigners; it is only when their loved ones are molested you will see them reacting to the same intimidations other Nigerians are seeing every day.LMFAO at ur long story Your diatribe is full of so many false assumptions that I'm not even sure how to respond! Nigerians that travel to Canada are not there defrauding Canadians of millions of Dollars daily? Nigerian embassy in Canada is responsive to Canadians when they go apply for a a Visa, right? When you apply for a multiple Visa, they don't grant you one entry n keep ur remaining cash? They don't deny ur Visa ever and keep ur application cash? But at the end of the day what Sisi Kill says is true...there is an African proverb that says if you call your brand new piece of cloth a rag, a stranger will use it to pick up poo!! Are are people here argueing otherwise so lost they do no longer understand or accept this parable? |
dasparrow: @Postyou guys have to be kidding me, right? the Nigerian embassy in Ottawa will never even answer their phone after 10 calls never mind mail you papers to apply for a Visa to Nigeria, puleeeze!! Why do Nigerians always have this all good image of themselves...in this case they think Canadians applying for Visa to Nigeria are treated with kind gloves - that does not jive with reality?? SHM https://www.nairaland.com/922625/citizen-ecowas-country-needs-visit yeah, the problem is this: some dude was given a student Visa to Canada...and as soon as he gets there, next thing you know he puts in an application to bring his wife and child over in less than a year rather than study and his application was promptly rejected and he is now back in nigeria!! those socalled rich men's children who came to Canada to study...do you know how many of them are actually studying...close to zero! they go to Canada and then disappear underground to start working minimum wage jobs they can find...as a matter of fact only a very very few thieves in nigeria can afford to send their children to study in Canada as a foreign student in Canada as the cost is prohibitive...one year of a university education in Canada can easily set you back anywhere from 5 to 10 million naira depending on the subject! PEOPLE PAY HUGE TAXES HERE AND YOUR SOCALLED RICH MEN WHO USE YOUR NIGERIAN SYSTEM AND STEAL ALL YOUR MONEY WANT TO COME TO CANADA TO DO THAT BY DEPOSITING THEIR WIVES AND CHILDREN ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND FREE MEDICAL CARE AND Y'ALL THINK WE SHOULD BE HAPPY TO HAND FREE VISA TO THEM - FREE-LOADERS?? NO WAY!!! THE ASIANS COME AND INVEST IN BUSINESS AND EMPLOY THEIR OWN PEOPLE IN EVERY CONNER OF OUR CITIES THEY COME IN WITH 45 MILLION NAIRA AND ITS JUST HIM; A YEAR LATER HIS BROTHER IS WORKING WITH HIM IN THE STORE AND 5YEARS LATER IT'S 4 OF THEM AND TEN YEARS LATER THEY HAVE 3 STORES AND 15 FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING, MAKING MONEY PAYING TAXES AND BUILDING HOUSES IN CANADA...BUT WHAT DO THE NIGERIAN RICH DO?? WELL LIKE I SAID THEY LIE TO GET HERE AND THEM FIND EVERY WHICH WAY TO USE THE SYSTEM JUST AS THEY DO IN NIGERIA!!! 2 topic I however think it's wrong to hold people passports for that length of time...that is holding people hostage n the canadian embassy needs to stop it right away and have respect for the people of nigeria! and when canadians call the nigerian embassy in Ottawa for a simple enquiry...they need to start picking up the god-damned phone for a change |
i've no comment...because i've nevee ever heard of any of these co-called artists!! hehe |
see long story oo, hmmmm! seriously, women are not kids or dumb...they chose who they love today, they always have and always will! by the way no amount of preaching will stop that...get it?? it's a shame that you did not advice women to avoid boring guys who stay on the computer to write novels on a friday night rather than take their gf out or go out to look for one if they havent got any girlfriend now! do you realize the main draw for women in most of the types of guys you want women to stay away from is that they are risk takers and adventurous types and women love risk and adventure?? |
I started a topic recently as i was looking for help naming my new church but it did not get to front page because (we all know why now)! so, i just might call it the HOLLY GARRI TREE WORSHIPPERS OF NAIJA?! Bow to the holly garri tree everyone....like seriously! this should earn me a ban for sure!! ![]() hahahahahahaaha
|
onatisi: so u think seun has been reaading ecach response so far?that is a joke my dearactually i do have reasons to believe that he is reading this thread...! no hidden posts so far and he did come back after his initial response to the op to reassert his views, so yeah...plus it would be foolish of him to not read this thread! |
