Please mama's where can I get Red raspberry leaf tea is Abuja. My af reduced from 3 days to 2days. Most times it comes out dark. My doctor said my uterine lining is thin. He said the causes might be lack of estrogen, lack of adequate flow of blood in the uterus/ cold uterus or adhesion.

Abuja mamas would answer you on where to buy it. But what is your doctors recommendation for the problem? He should be able to give you or recommend things for the cause of the thin lining.
If you have adhesions it should make the lining thick, not thin (i believe)
Doctors recommend baby aspirin for blood flow in the uterus.

I remember when my dh threatened me that he would stop touching me during O because he was beginning to feel like a slab of meat. Cos I was only initiating sex during O. Why am I saying this? While I agree with you tonychristopher about marrying one's kind, one's kind doesn't necessarily mean tribe.

I married my kind, we are both in same profession and I dont see how I would have coped with marrying someone else.

As for tribe, he is originally from the SW but was born and bred in the north so he speaks yoruba and hausa fluently.
Im originally from the SE but was born and bred in the SW so I speak igbo fluently but speak yoruba sparingly.
But my awesome dh and I speak same language, love. We go from english to yoruba to igbo( yes I speak igbo to him and he responds) as the spirit directs . My kids would be multilingual as they would get igbo from me, yoruba and hausa from their dad.

The culture disparities even makes the relationship fun cos we learn new things about each others cultures.

In all, whether same tribe or not, marriage is about the person you intend to spend the rest of your life with. Not all them mills and boon romance or kim kardashian's or telemundo. If you go into marriage understanding the basics of marriage and with the right foundation (God), tribe is a non-issue.

Yes it is safe to exercise. If you were very active in exercise before the preggy, it is advised that you continue your exercises all through your trimesters. Google safe exercises for first trimester and do them and also adhere to the instructions of plenty water and stopping when fatigued.

Cheerychy truth is, im not quite sure as im a FTM as well. But when I went for my scan the doctor wasnt sure what scan he was meant to do cos my gynae did not specify....so I told him I was there to check my baby.
When he printed the results it came with a heading of 'Obstetric ultrasound scan report'
And I was very pressed when I did the scan cos I was just 6weeks gone, although scan reported 7weeks.


Scans i used to do during ttc days came with heading 'pelvic scan' and with similar write up.

Do you mean thick lining? Clomid helps in thining endometrial lining.

Do you mean thin lining? Nothing is proven to thicken lining. But people swear by raspberry leaf tea.

Iomoge2 dont even bother wasting your time on clomid. Your doc wants to try it for 6 whole cycles? Wowza!.

You are either use letrozole or tamoxifen OR
Inositol, vit b6 and metformin (this worked for me) OR
Fertilaid and metformin(dint work for me tho.)

Ouwadamelola, if your dh is a also catholic and attended marriage class then he should have been told that marriage is first for companionship and procreation is a blessing. Just try and ignore what he said to you and you have to forgive him. If you keep what he said in your heart just so you can hurt him back, God might not answer your prayers. It reminds me of my dh cousin who came to visit me with sil when I had miscarriage, It happened that the cousin and I were both pregnant at the same time but I lost mine in April. In June when another missionary journey had started and believing God for this pregnancy, the cousin saw the Pregnacare Max that I only used for one day before the mc happened and she asked me to give her. I said NO. she said I should sell it to her in installment, I said No that I still wanted to use it. There is no 'dependent' in the US visa aplication. Each person fills his own form and pays his own visa fees. But because u are a family u guys will be interviewed together. I suggest u invest some time in the usa visit visa thread as well so u don't goof in form filling et al

There actually is a dependent feature. Used it the last renewal for dh and I but it we used dropbox.
