Hello, house. Pls, if u are a expectant mother, my i advice is you stay away from island maternity. The corruption and inhumanity that is bedivilling the country as a whole is well and alive in that hospital.
Just lost a beautiul baby boy that would have been my godson days ago in that hospital due to deliberate act of negligence on the maternity staffs.
How do you explain the refusal of the personnels to move a labouring mother into labor room, 24 hrs after her water has broken, on the ground that the contraption had not gotten to 10cm or whatever.

I later got to know that its a regular practise for years now for staffs to purposely ignore patients in dire need of emergency attention just so you can part with money.
Unfortunately, we were not aware that such practise exist in such places, if not probably we would have did the needful just to save a new life.

Its sad and pathetic that the faith of innocent children would lie in the hands of callous creatures who call themselves caregivers.

Goodkay I used to feel same thing.. But mine was more of a dull pelvic pain....I dint bother about it but like you I used to think it was implantation cramps. You probably should not worry about it.
But after your d&c did you do a hormonal profile to check prolactin levels? Do you have discharge from your breasts?

Then buy dosinex for prolactin.
Inositol (or fertilaid) and metformin for pcos.
All shall be well.

Then both of you should go to the hospital and carry out tests, he needs to test his swimmers too. When he hears from the doctor that pcos/high prolactin is not as a result of assumed promiscuity, he would calm down.

Also note that most 23 year olds are still looking for boyfriends /finishing school/looking for work ....some are dead! Do not be an ingrate, God has blessed you. Always thank him for his grace in your life.
NB. Most of us here are above 30 so not being pregnant at 23 is not the end of the world.

Not related to your post but reminded me of my very first US visa interview when they were still at the other building. The guys waiting to be interviewed sits so close to the VO that you practically hear all the conversations btw VO and applicant.
One guy being interviewed told the VO he lives in china and does biz there. VO asks him if he speaks the local language there he answered yes. Next thing we see another guy joins the VO and breaks out in Mandarin My naija guy goes Ehn

I am 23 years old, just got married. My enemy has been diagnosed with pcos and high prolactin level, it is heart braking because I am only 3 months old in marriage. Am really afarid of loosing my husband because he is an only son, although he is very supportive. The ttc medical bills has beaten a chunk of our finance, am soo worried and confused.

Its a good thing you have identified the problem... Its nothing new and they have various solutions.
Some mamas have already given you options. For the high prolactin there are orthodox medicines of parlodel and dostinex. Unorthodox solutions are eating cabbage or ewedu therapy with vit b6. Id advocate for the natural options cos the side effects of parlodel is a biatch.
For PCOS you should get inositol, fairhaven has a brand of inositol. Fortunately for me, the medicine I bought for weightloss contained inositol and vit b6 and I think that worked for me. If you are on the big side you should start a lifestyle change of exercise and dieting.

Most importantly, when you start treating these problems you need to RELAX. You are still in your honeymoon phase, your husband is not the only only son in Nigeria. Unnecessary stress and pressure would just work against you.

Please does any have any experience with this? I was diagnosed with pcos as I had long cycles going to about 6 months without a period. Recently I took Fertilaid and metformin for a month and got a very light period not enough to wear a pad, only observe when I wipe, sometimes stains my pant and lasts for 3 days.
It has been coming regularly for 3 months now, every 28 days.
Any input on the cause and how I can improve the flow?

Any idea how many weeks ago she saw her last period? It might still be too early for a scan to pick up the fetus.

No it is not compulsory to have a Bsc as a professional pilot. But depending on the career growth he wants (i.e if he wishes to be a management staff), he might want to get a Bsc/Msc after the licenses by doing an online course if necessary.

Olaoyekemi September mothers are very plenty. Most of us came from the ATC thread so we are still basking in the euphoria of being pregnant. Or maybe na MS hold some people. But we are plenty and more are coming from the ATC.
