TrebleChamp:I had the brownish spotting when I was 7weeks. I went to the hospital and a after a scan was done, i was assured my baby and I were fine. So in as much as it may be normal, id advice you both go to the hospital for confirmation. TEAM PURPLE |
chichung91:I answered your question but you ignored it. |
helovesme:Im confused. I thought since pregnacare contains folic acid and calcium there's no need to take additional ones? |
Uglybetty1 and Blessedmum, positive confessions only please! Do not give the devil enough room to mess with your minds, the devil wins only when we allow him to. Get the supernatural delivery book(if you are both Christians) and make positive confessions. We shall all carry to term IJN. For some reason I assumed preeclampsia was only associated with obese women (I don't even know why I thought that) but I have just read about it and im wowed. 1 more thing to pray against. |
And we have a leapyear baby!!! Congrats rezzy, God would complete what he has started in your life IJN. |
Thank you DonaTee. Im below 35 but yes I had multiple fibroids and TTC'd for 2yrs. So I guess I shouldn't equate CS to myomectomy then. |
chichung91:You should be able to. They both have different uses and should not interfere with each other. |
Pocahuntaz so sorry for your loss. May God console you and your family and compensate you for your loss. Feddy27 thank you for your post. Let me bring my own question to the house, please every input is appreciated. My doctor has already informed me that I would have CS due to my history. I conceived exactly 1yr and 6months after myomectomy and my doc says he doesn't want me to rupture my uterus doing a VD. I have absolutely no problems with CS as long as I would carry my baby in my arms. But I have read of women that had VBAC after 1 year and now im wondering if CS is necessary in my case? So far iv had a supernatural pregnancy, no MS, no constipation, no spitting, no heart burn. Im Praying for supernatural delivery as well. |
Congrats missade. Wish you a healthy 9 months. March bfps go plenty oooo, Valentine babies. March bfps announcements would be back to back IJN. |
Anak123:Congrats dear. May he always bring you and your family joy. |
kwentjules:Congratulations kwentjules. If not for the greed of typical Nigerians, the scan people are supposed to tell you 6 weeks is too early to see the fetus in a pelvic scan. Go and get prenatal vitamins, register for antenatal if possible and eat healthy. Above all, don't put a driver in trouble with your walking on the road and not looking mbok. |
happymummy:I have 2 strands of hair that grows out of my chin that I have to pluck off every time. All the Other follicular tracking I did at a particular lab never measured my ovaries but the last scan I did in a different lab, the doctor took his time to measure the ovaries and diagnosed PCOS. My bmi is 24.2 and I had a regular cycle so I was a bit doubtful but I know that I was finding it very difficult to lose weight. 3years ago all I need to lose weight is to skip one meal and iv lost weight . I put myself on metformin cos I wasn't seeing any doctor at the time. |
Fvine:My doctor actually told me to avoid folic acid when I had fibroids cos it would make the fibroids grow. I was only on iron tablets for blood loss. But a 2mm (0.2cm) is quite small. |
Loisemm:Detoxification is ridding the body of deadly and poisonous toxins...the method of detoxification you choose might make you shed some weight (if you use herbal laxatives that makes you stool) but not all the time. Healthy methods of detoxification includes using fruits ( you Can check my previous posts to see a list of fruits for green detox), water detox or guarapad... |
Fvine thanks dear for checking in on me. Rejoice03 congratulations, you shall have a happy and healthy 9months. About the cramps, as long as you are not spotting or bleeding, it is normal. Your uterus is adjusting to accommodate your fetus and as your baby grows the uterus keeps expanding and you'd have cramps. Progesterone pessaries are recommended for night time when you are about to sleep so it doesn't fall out. |
Chyvia:Although I did not use clean point, I had similar pains to what you have described when I used my first seed of gufei bao. I just assumed the Chinese herbs were cleaning my uterus so I didn't worry about it. I don't think you should too but if the cramps become unbearable you can remove it. |
wonyi:Staying in the hospital for 3whole months is not advisable o. In fact you would get soo bored sef. My Dh found a baba that cleans the house and does laundry every week and he would be paid monthly. He is well trusted in the area (we are new in the estate). So if you can get someone trusted to come in weekly to do major cleaning and laundry. Some can even go to the market and cook (if you are comfortable with that) |
SweetSoup:You can introduce your wife to this thread so she can join her fellow October mothers and also ask questions as needs be. There are wonderful experienced mothers and certified nurses here that are always willing to answer questions. |
amfertile:You can ask them how to use it. I know I have seen liquid supplements but they come in very small bottles and look quite concentrated. If you are not comfortable with trying it, you can check elsewhere. |
tsquaure:My dear im fine o. Resumed work today..another chapter of my life ![]() How are you doing? |
PresVA:Cc Britneystacy my dear, that's what happens when you don't know your lmp. I think my last cycle was in December ( first week of sept EDD) but my first scan put me at end of August and my doctor insists I go with the scan. But im still hoping for a September baby cos na my anniversary month. |
Mumihaja you would know when a 'real doctor' talks. With wrong tenses and Internet search answers, you can see our Bros is an internet troll looking for gullible desperate women to defraud. |
foe123:AF is always an indication that you can try again. Do not be sad. Are you taking the clomid by yourself or is your doctor monitoring you? Some instructions for you. 1, please ensure you do not have fibroids cos clomid would increase the size of the fibroids and cause more harm. 2, you should start with 50mg for 5 days. Typically, it is recommended to start from CD3-CD7 (or 2-6, or 5-9 depending on your cycle length) 3, take the drugs at the same time everyday for the 5days. Because of the side effects of clomid, people take it in the evening before sleep. So if you choose 8pm, take it at 8pm everyday for 5days. 4, make sure you track your progress with scans to check for follicular growth and confirm ovulation. (If the eggs grow to maturity without rupturing, you should add HCG trigger shot to release matured eggs) 5, clomid causes vaginal dryness (for most people) so buy a pack of pressed or conceive plus for kpekusing. Or take grape juice or Robitussin cough syrup for CM. All the best |
SweetSoup:It's most likely not malaria. From about 5weeks, I used to go to bed shivering like a jelly and wake up in the morning with high temperature. But she can do a malaria test to rule out malaria. |
MamaOO:Thanks dear. I was already planning to go to the hospital after work sef, FTM things . |
drlayla:Unfortunately soon you would ask people to send you pm for private consultation because you have 'dr' in your moniker. Like other mothers have said, most of us speak from experience. A lot of women here have conceived without visible cervical mucus and with aid of fertility lubricants. Please do not be a prophet of doom. |
Abeg mamas is it normal to still be having cramps at 13 weeks? I thought the cramping was only supposed to be in the early weeks. |
Peterian dark dot on the areola + abdominal pains.... Iv got my fingers crossed for you. Wait a few days then do a PT (pregnancy test). AyaAremu im not sure about the best time to do the detox but you can decide to do either drugs, herbs or fruits. Or a combination of all three for rapid response. I did all three. Drugs: Dulcolax (purgative) Herbs: Swedish bitters (colon cleansers) Fruits: Cucumber, celery, apple, green pepper, lemon, ginger all juiced and taken first thing in the morning. |
Congratulations to all the new mamas and new preggy mamas. Cheerychy it is well with you. I thank God for your courage and pray you get your bfp soonest. Id keep your name on the September mamas list until you bring your official transfer letter. I hail all other team September mamas. Happy new week. |
