helovesme: is it very runny poo ?
it must be his diet.
stop all pureed FRUITS totally (including fruits combo such as baby rice and apple) and see if there is any improvement.
if you notice any improvement, then gradually reintroduce fruits back to his diet but be mindful of the quantity. eg. one slice of apple a day or 3 small slices of banana a day. It's not runny at all. It's very solid but huge quantity. I had to introduce pureed combo fruits cos his constipation was so bad his doctor had to prescribe an enema last week. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Viewer discretion advised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Liftedhands: Wow that's lovely! What's the plan like please? If you are on Facebook, search for ketogenic lifestyle or ketogenic nursing mum if you are still breastfeeding Ekene. It's explained in details in the group but it's basically a lifestyle where one eats fatty foods to burn fat. |

ebony13: Ohk thanks sugar. Pun intended Uwc. I posted this a while ago, worked for me and veejay who did it recently too. You might want to give a try. "On the doctor's recommendations for cradle cap (noticed my son's scalp was dry and flaky and his front hairline was receeding...so we went to see his doc). Put olive oil on the scalp and leave on for 15mins Use a fine tooth comb to gently massage the scalp and also comb up the flakes Then wash hair with selsun blue shampoo (active ingredient is selenium...dunno if that is what sebamed has too) and slightly towel dry Apply hair oil and comb. This should be done once a week for 2 weeks...I.e twice. Healed my boys scalp instantly... Now we are patiently waiting for his bald spots to grow back" |

Sugah she has cradle cap but its just at d frontanelle area, the areas where the hair is falling out from is free from cradle cap. Could it still be the cause? Yes it is |

Your best bet is either to look for the manual or get the model number of the oven and call the Nexus customer care to give u the details. Also,, if you are in Lagos you can go to the Nexus office for the info you need. |

zimunachimdi: that means i have to get it ooo. my baby's dry skin makes me cry. thanks Iv come again. We have been using Neutrogena for over 2weeks and what I thought was getting better was actually getting worse. My son's skin (just his some part of his back) became dry like cardboard paper. So I went looking for another solution. Got a paraffin wash for dry skin and E45 moisturizer for dry skin and in 2 days his skin is now almost back to normal. If you can, look for E45 baby range. But I bought one that was ok'd for children and adults. |

tippex: Thanks Cappo. She is doing great, getting bigger by the day and i am so glad considering the fact that she was very tiny when i had her. I have been dealing with rashes/ela these past few weeks, its all over her upper body, especially her face, neck and back. I have been using agnesia powder which i don't think is working, but i am still using it anyway. I have also tried red akalifer which i used to bathe her for like 4 days but i still did not see any changes, someone even suggested that i give her to drink but i said lai lai, e never reach. My MIL said i should use sudocrem which i have tried a few times but i am officially tired. The hair at the back of her head is also falling off, i think its cradle cap which is why i asked about the shampoo.
Please is goodies supermarket on the island?
cc@wholeso.megrace The rashes might be a fungal infection you know. Have you tried an antifungal cream? Hair falling off bit is mostly as a result of cradle cap. Goodies have branches in VI, Apapa and Ikeja. Bought it at the Ikeja branch. |

There's zaynie's sugar and palmoil recipe but I don't know the age one can use that...(personally I don't subscribe to sugar for babies, so if I were you id stick with your doctor's prescription) If your baby is not ebf, you can give freshly squeezed orange juice too to up the VIT c |

zimunachimdi: long time sugah, how is you and baby? thanks for the info dear. i appreciate it a lot. but did the doc tell you the cause of the dry skin? Thanks dear, we are fine. zimunachimdi: that means i have to get it ooo. my baby's dry skin makes me cry. thanks You can only use those steroids for one week, don't use it for longer. My baby had same very dry skin issue and his doc recommended hydrocortisone cream for one week, then to switch to Dove soap and either Neutrogena or Nivea moisturizing cream for him. His skin is almost completely clear now. I plan to switch the cream to Johnson's jelly afterwards tho. |

adelolo: Thanks All. I waa scare to do the Pregnancy test bcs of the result I have been getting. To the glory of the Almighty God, I finally gather the courage and this is the result. What next should I do Congratulations on your bfp, I wish you a healthy 9months. What you should do: 1. Continue your prenatal vitamins (folic acid et al) 2. Go see your doctor and report yourself for monitoring ( it is advised all TTC women should do this after a bfp). The doctor might suggest a beta/progesterone test.. 3. Your doc might advise you to stay off s3x for the first trimester |

MamaOO: Sugah, long time babe. How have you been? I thought I was the only one that still has a four month old that poops at least twice a day even though I know it's normal for them not to poop everyday while on breastmilk. My baby is a master "grunter" (is that even a word? ) and he started when he was around 3 weeks. I was concerned about it before but now it doesn't bother me anymore. Sometimes he goes days without grunting. Sometimes he grunts nonstop like a Hog. I don leave him to do as he wants That's quite reassuring, thanks dear. Iv just been on reading mode since how you doing? |

Livez: Help a first time mum.
Didnt even knw lo is meant to poo every day until I saw mums complaining here. We are on EBF, lo takes like a week to poo after her last poo. What can I do to help her poo everyday or is it normal for EBFers. For the first time in 20 weeks, my lo has gone for 4 days without poo. He used to poo up to or more than 3 times a day before now. I know its normal to go that long without pooing but he grunts like he is trying to poo....I can't tell if he is just playing. Does your lo grunt too? |
