Guys PLS HELP,
My CD-ROM icon suddenly disappeared from my computer Folder in my laptop , Since last month i noticed that when am using the drive either to copy/burn or to install a software, it will freeze(it will stop working.), and on futher probing i will discover that the CD-ROM icon is no longer were it is supposed to be, if i restart my laptop the icon will appear back and the drive will start working again.
But since yesterday, the drive icon disappeared and i have checked all including device manager, and it is still not there.
Pls guys I NEED YOUR HELP:
bearing in mind that the drive is still being powered by the laptop (i.e it can still open), and XP is the operating system (from my research this problem is somehow related to Windows 7 and Vista).

Why Amodu should goo

1. He lacks tactical flexibility :- he sticks to a game plan, when it is obivious that the game plan is not working. His ability to read games and make an impact seriously in question. His subsitutions are ZERO(i.e it has no impact).  He doesn't seems to study his opponents before matchday.

2. Players selection:-              He has favourites and even though they are not performing, he still uses them and gives flimsy excuse to defend them e.g Yakubu, Nwaneri etc, He seems to favours past history as against current form which was why he dropprd ajilore, olubayo etc for Nwaneri, yakubu  etc.  He has been in charge for two yrs and running, and he hasn't discovered any new player especially a playmaker He hates taking risks by selecting new players that are doing well. Everyboby knows that Mikel has lost his touch as an attacking midfielder, yet he keeps using him wrongly thereby making his team very slow in attacking.

3. Motivation:-                       When things are going wrong, he can't motivate his players. He is not respected by his players. He doesn't insipre "US", one look at him when a match is going on(and it's not going well), all hope is lost.


Apart from the above, he has made so much money, and history will always remember him as the only Nigerian coach to have qualified the S.E. for the worldcup

Shehata is a good coach, But i doubt if he will succeed outside Egypt.
