This is the fifth car that she has gotten tru this dealer, and d only one with problems.

Recently, My mum bought a Toyota Rav 4 2003 model (American Used) at the rate of 2.6 Million naira, through a car dealer, from cotonu.
when the dealer delivered the car, he told her that, she has to remove the brain box so that it will dry out. Also the driving mirror was missing, and the gearbox was faulty. Two weeks later the engine crashed.

N.B. This car was a wedding gift to my sister and it was delivered on the day of her wedding, so there was no time for evaluation etc.

My question is, can she ask for a replacement, or refund?

Oh it was a terrible experience. I was flogged to the extent that i became immuned to it. I can remember scaling the school fence, during night prep because i was told that the senior prèfect was looking for me. There was a time we use to go stark naked just to blend wit the dark and avoid being seen by senior boys. The kind of dirty toilets that i saw then, affected me in such a way that nowadays i dont seat down when using the toilet.
