PropertiesRe: Are Landladies So Wicked? by sweetpain: 2:27pm On Jun 29, 2009
@Topic,
Not necessarily. Although many landlords will prefer to leave the more difficult decisions to their wives esp when pretty female tenants are involved.

I don't know about you guys mine presently takes her bath outside,(according to my cousin who is usually home when it occurs) just behind my window and recently last week just adjacent to my balcony. Although  she does so occasionally, i haven't been opportuned to get a view grin. And i pray i don't since i think is diabolical. It is actually a dup and a 2 x 3 b/r flat behind attached. She rules her household with iron-fist, wat she say goes, her hubby is conveniently muffled. And it is OYO the day she decide not to cook and this is just a piece of wat goes on there.I don dey gossip make i  muffle my mouth O . If na so some women dey behave; it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. huh. And Na for Lagos O
And what is it with some women always wanting to bathe alfresco?

RomanceRe: What Was Your First Kiss Like? by sweetpain: 10:44am On Jun 25, 2009
I do remember that alright. It was with my very first babe.

We had been f.ucking so long we decided to try sth new-kiss. Anyway it turned out to be a waste of time. We went back to our old ways of dispensing affection.
PoliticsRe: Oshiomhole Appoints Ex-Convict As Edo State Tax Collector General by sweetpain: 1:01pm On Jun 19, 2009
Indeed Oshiomole has a notorious reputation for womanizing-no gain saying. He is also one labor leader possessed with consumeropathy. This guy cannot survive the most basic EFCC scrutiny.

His state has been in a complete mess since he took over.Roads terrible. Sends his family abroad regularly for extravagant vacations. You 'all would have noticed he has been swapping his brown khaki for Givenchy suits lately.

They say the beautiful ones are not yet born. He is not the messiah Edo people need. He is just a survivalist dining, wining and wallowing in corruption that will eventually consume him.

who was saying good sex? Forget that side. The sex isnt better than a single guy's own.

Unless na money or the thought of getting one over on the wife/wives, is what "sweetens" the sex.
How ludicrous can some argument get? You just cant help but wonder. You hate a woman, then you go Bleep the husband to make you feel better with yourself. Any way sha wetin person not go hear for NL. If this can be true then I am ready to induce serious gbege in my wife's office.
FamilyRe: Why Do Girls Date Married Men by sweetpain: 1:45pm On Jun 18, 2009
A great deal of the time it is the money. Now money not necessarily because the girl is in want but b/c money is a charm. It can turn a frog into a prince.

Then there are the other things like emotional support, security and yes I agree respect when its an open affair.

For those among us who are holier than the pope, this is sth we met and it is not sth that is goin to stop any time soon. If you have a girl child do everything you can to empower her so that if she chooses to date a married man it will be on her own terms. For now, you may wish to go to the religious section to save urself some headache.

RomanceRe: Guilty by sweetpain: 5:46pm On Jun 15, 2009
Tough luck for you darlin. The truth is real prostitutes are so not bordered when they are so called. To help her heal, it is best to demystify the word in her mind.Prostitution is one word that is difficult to define. A lot of women will at some point give sex not just for cash but for favour, gift, a promotion in the workplace etc etc but can they be called prostitutes?
RomanceRe: Guilty by sweetpain: 5:32pm On Jun 15, 2009

All you peeps castigating a babe for putting up pics, una they craze.Things must be different in a Nigerian forum.

NL used to have babes with nice pics. They 've all been pulled due to peeps making haunting comments because themselves are so ugly they dont want to be seen. Her pics is not what this thread is about.

FamilyRe: Whats Next For A 32 Year Old Nigerian Male? by sweetpain: 11:05am On Jun 15, 2009
@OP
Go have kids and watch them grow.

Kids like cars, houses, etc are assets (mostly). They tell your story, abt the life u 've had. At 32 you are already late by several years. Get a girl today (no one said you 've to marry her) make one or two and invest in them so that in years to come you can proudly show them off the way you would your automobiles.

Twice maybe three times a week. How many times I make love is a different matter. Did I actually say that? The day my wife associates me with this username, I am dead.

But I have to say I respect the likes of Abiola. How did they cope?
FamilyRe: Guys Would Like Ur Wife To Be Tattooed. by sweetpain: 1:59pm On Jun 04, 2009
Hell no. Wouldnt want any ass hole to look down on me on account of my wife's preference. I have no qualms about dating a tatooed babe though. Tatooed babes are usually liberal, ready to experiment how ever and whenever. They have no taboo.

luxoire:
Girls like who? me? - girls that know how to say NO and feel they would only sleep with men they want to? girls who think they do not always have to be victims of the man and his 'games'
Girls who think it is enough that we decide to have sex with a man, he is not taking - we are both giving each other something
i am the kind of sister that believes i have more control over my body and my actions than some other sisters are willing to take responsibility for!
I am the kind of sister that will just as readily put doubts in a guy's mind of who was really 'using' who in a relationship if that question ever arose! - the act itself is good enough, i expect no 'reward' afterwards - but the guy shouldn't always be made to feel like a 'hero' because he had sex with a girl - all of a sudden she is made to feel like the victim - when they has consetual adult intercourse

if some ppl are happy to cry foul and act the victim all the time, then hey - that's their  cuppa - as far as i am concerned - in most scenarios, ppl only have the power over you that you let them believe they do

@poster - sorry - all of this is by the way and a bit off the topic - SORRY
I can tell you are one babe who has sth to offer.
RomanceRe: Can You Date A Girl That Has Nothing To Offer? by sweetpain: 2:01pm On May 26, 2009
Luxoire, what kind of sister are you. Do you expect some kind of reward or you consider the act itself good enough.
RomanceRe: Can You Date A Girl That Has Nothing To Offer? by sweetpain: 1:55pm On May 26, 2009
luxoire:
as long as you're nto reffering to sex here, then its OK.
Woment need to take more control of their lives and their bodies - mean don't TAKE sex, we OFFER it to them - we willingly GIVE it to them. the only women from which sex is taken, are those that are rapped.

maybe if we women changed our attitudes and start being more in control of our sexuality, what we want, who we want, we wouldnt complain so much and feel used and abused cheesy grin cool
Sex is an activity to be mutually enjoyed by both. Its a pity some (esp) girls feel used afterward. To me its all a function of mindset and orientation. But guys should be wary of girls like these because they usually expect some kind of compensation or reward after the act. Many of them will carry this attitude into marriage to exploit weak brothers.

CareerRe: Should I Migrate To Canada Or Continue With My Job? by sweetpain: 10:44am On May 24, 2009
Dollarama & Ifele,

You guys have done wonderfully. Those when e get ear make them hear. I belong to a tribe that doesnt have much respect for personal advise because we believe that if someone takes your advice its his decision or his will or his advice that has prevailed. It took me a while to understand this logic.

Anyway, like someone said immigration/relocation is not for everybody. Canada is no heaven. If you have sth good going for you in Nigeria do not throw it away so you do not regret it later.

The odds against you as a struggling Nigerian in Canada is waaaay too high. You wont go very far. Do your struggling here (unless if there is no hope whatsoever), make it big time and go and invest a lump sum (deciding amount varies from one western country to the other but maybe as high as 2 mil CAD) and walk away with their citizenship without any of those restrictions. That is my own kind of immigration.
RomanceRe: How Long Did It Take You To Fall In Love With Your Significant Other by sweetpain: 6:22pm On May 18, 2009
@OP
I had known my significant other all my cognitive childhood life when at first attraction was O. Fast forward to absentee interlude occasioned by Uni, then voila. Even though a fear of the unknown/implication for family ties of a failed relationship caused my initial attempt to suppress emotions, things generally got out of hand in one month.

I still fall in love regularly but its nothing compared to that experience.
CareerRe: Should I Migrate To Canada Or Continue With My Job? by sweetpain: 2:12pm On May 15, 2009
debosky:
I disagree - it is renewable residency INITIALLY. If he spends three years there, he can apply for citizenship and decide to move back to Nigeria if he wants to. That is why he needs to consider ALL the possibilities before making a decision. Spending three years away from these 'friends and family' need not be regarded as throwing away your advantages in Nigeria, you just need to be very clear as to what your planned line of action is.
The circumstances for attaining official residency is hardly relevant to discourse. The fact remains that you are automatically a second class citizen and this has nothing to do with self confidence or orientation. Therefore you have to pocket your ego. That is kill the man in you instantly and become a boy. You also have to work like a donkey-usually day and night for less than your white peers. Most importantly what about your pallies.

The only advantage I see for this gentleman with profile and status as described is the medical/health advantage in Canada. That country has the resources to prolong your life at little or no cost if you come down with some debilitating medical condition that could either kill or impoverish you like your kidney failing or sth. But many pple will prefer death to debilitation.

You have a logical and analytical mind. I doubt if you will have any problem making a decision when confronted with same set of variables at age 42 with kids. cheesy
PoliticsRe: Six Suspected Kidnappers Arrested In Lagos by sweetpain: 5:30pm On May 14, 2009
We do not have hitech investigative tools, DNA analyses, lie detection test, CSI etc, but we do have unsung Policemen who understand torture and its many benefits when technically applied.

This tool is time tested and has proven very useful once again-even though it was conveniently left out in the report we can see the result.
