This cannot be achieved by the wisdom of one man who is assumed to be a messiah but it's a task for him and a team of well versed and experienced individual with good track records to work towards the goal.

The problem Nigeria has is not really the money the senators and legislators are getting, because of a truth Nigeria is actually richer than Lybia in resources which could afford crazy payments for it's government officers as well as all it's citizens before the west came in to destroy that.

Let's identify the personality that has a track record to be trusted to grow our infrastructure and wealth profile as a nation in the next four years and let's vote without bias.

Bullmastiff

Boxer

An incident occurred in 2013, where a woman suffered a bite from her beloved German Shepherd. She ended up dying 2 days later. However, much like the other breeds on this list, these cases are rare and shouldn’t deter you from adopting a lovable German Shepherd.

Great Dane
When we think of Great Danes, we tend to think about Scooby Doo, the lovable, cowardly canine of the Mystery Inc. gang. Firstly you are at a point where you are doing a job u seem to like and is more professional than what u were doing which many of your IT graduate colleagues might never get such an opportunity.

Secondly you have rapidly gained valuable experience in different challenging situations because of how your boss threw you into the deep end straight away without demanding impossible years of experience.

Thirdly from what you said, your boss is only owing you for December! Compared to many other even big companies this is quite fair in today's economy.

Now listen and listen good at present u are building a career in a specialized unique and promissing industry and at this point you are just like an apprentice for now with so much yet to learn. If you step out of this job now you will mess up a great story in the making . So my advice for you is to Man up learn what you have to, eat sh#t if you have to and make yourself a valuable asset gathering enough knowledge and experience before you can have a good bargaining chip with your boss or another one.
