What would the steps be if someone has admission to start in Jan 2024 and is currently pregnant with a due date around October? I am exempt from the medicals as I haven’t been in any of the flagged countries for at least a year(I live outside Nigeria).
Should I apply in June/July with enough POF to accommodate the baby and how do I add them to my application when they are born?

Good evening house, I started this journey on the 10th of May and had my interview today, I applied to 4 schools 3 through Uniassist, Siegen rejected me without telling me why, Uni Passau offered me Development Studies, I battled Abuja for 10 days before the gave me interview date. On Wednesday I got info from a friend that Abuja rejected him because of Degree certificate, I knew I will have that same problem, many here advised that I should make a move to Owerri for mine, I left Lagos to Owerri and got to Owerri on Thursday morning and my interview is on Friday in Abuja. Trust IMSU, my certificate is still not ready and they asked me to come after 3 months. God used the Registrar's secretary to save me, she issue me with attestation letter saying that my certificate is not ready and under process, that was what saved me today.
The so called Abuja queen showed me love today and the interview turned to friendly discussion and we spent about 2 hours having a friendly chat. She advised me to fund my account immediately.

I want to specially thank this forum and all the members who has shared wonderful feedback here that saved many. A special thanks to my friend Ansel who brought this issue of Abuja certificate saga, without him, it would have been a disaster.
God will see us through.

This gave me hope, obviously Abj seems to have delays with appointment dates. I’ve been applying since Wednesday with Abj address, no appointment yet. Let me keep hoping and praying

We never truly understood how inspiring those comments we drop here are for those in a similar situation. After sending countless number of messages, a brother finally got an appointment today. (Sent 12:14 Uhr).Keep those inspiring comments coming and I would advise we try to explain how helpless we are as regards getting an admission early. Congrats to everyone as we would surely get whatever we want if we truly want it.

I have been accepted for the M.A. Programme in History and Economics at the University of Bayreuth. I got the acceptance mail an hour after my interview with the admission committee.

congrats dear, hope you have booked oo. All the best, they said I wasn't selected that's why they did not reach me. Let me wait for Bielefeld or summer semester.

I applied to the University of Bayreuth (M.A. History and Economics). Although they claimed they have a rolling admission procedure, I am yet to get feedback from the University.

In order to ensure that I get a favourable interview date as soon as I get my AL, I've written to all the schools I applied to requesting for a change in residential address to that of my Abj address.

They have acknowledged receipt of my new address, which would reflect on my AL in case of a potential AL.

I'll advise you to open a Fintiba account before your AL comes.

Let's keep praying and hope that everything will go well.

I’ll use SL for my visa application but I’m opening a blocked account as well. Can I fund the account with the money I have saved even if it’s not up to the required 8640 € or must it be 8640 even if I’m not using it for visa stuff, just saving the much I have to use till I stabilize there?

My fellow History and Economics Uni of Bayreuth applicants, just got this mail this morning. I guess we’re still waiting. @ansellotty take note.

I sent in my application yester9t for M.A History and Economics Programme. They are yet to acknowledge receipt of my application. Did u received any response when you submitted yours?

I applied since March to the same program and they haven't reached me. I sent mails and they kept saying I should be patient that the next round of application reviews will be done by June ending and they will get back to me after that so I guess we should look at next week.

This fintiba website has only Mr and Mrs as titles.... I’m a “miss”, I hope this won’t create problems for me later
