The test kits are being hoarded for the high and mighty as it will not go round the general population . The rich without symptoms are getting tested so they can commence early treatment to boost their chance of survival. While the only way the common man will get tested is to have symptoms or be near death.

Instead of being asked if he has had any contact with a corona patient or is having any symptoms thought to resemble corona virus he was asked "who are you and who gave you my number" . I am sure if he has said "minister so so and so gave me your number" , he will be given the address to go for testing.

Rich people getting tested so they can know their status to commence treatment early to reduce the fatality of the virus while the common man has to be symptomatic or near death to qualify for testing .
