maclatunji: Two things: I am not an APC member. Secondly, that is the way politics works across the world. The major difference is that contractors in other countries do the job. PDP contractors simply ignore doing the job. How do you think the Lagos State Government operates?Keep deceiving yrself, guy. It is allowed.. |
What are we suppose to do with this half baked opinion I ask the OP and the OW these following questions:1. How much of the approved $150million loan has been released to the River state government for the mega hospital and how much did the RSG budget for that hospital in 2013? 2. How much of the approved $315million loan has been released to the River state government for the mono-rail and how much did the RSG budget for that hospital in 2013? In one fell swoop you told us that $318million was borrowed for the mono rail and in another paragraph you told us it is $315million. How can we then trust you that your figures are factual? In your assessment of the level of completion of the mono rail, you claimed only 25% of the project has been completed. However, you did not avail your readers how you arrived at that percentage sum, any reference for them to verify your claim, and more importantly the stage the project out to be according to the contract agreement signed between the RSG and the handling contractors. In your concluding statement, you allude to the fact that the problem with the $200million water project loan is with Amaechi and not Okonjo Iweala, however, non of your submission buttress any fact for any sensible individual to reach similar conclusion as you deed in your write up. Save for the reform of the River state water board you claim RSG or indeed Amaechi failed to carry out which was part conditional on the loan approval, you deliberately or in a calculated attempt failed to tell your would be readers, the reasons for the allege non reforms of the water board, vis-a-viz the previous and current composition of the River State water board. While I also have very serious concerns on the delay bedevilling the Mono rail in P/H, as I think it is a fantastic project that would kick start a new mode of transportation in that state, however, rather than playing the devil and the light game with such a project in a public daily, RSG is one of the few state governments I know organises open forum for public update about her government policies and projects, where questions are asked and feedback is given by the governor or his representative, so why can't this OP and the OW go to one of those 'open' fora and ask the governor or His representatives the questions?
What is this one blabbing again?? Was this supposed to make sense? |
Reptyle: You might want to skim through the thread below:I hv seen that comment, and d next one, from @kelsoft and it was not helpful at all. It was not able to contest, talkless of debunking, d main arguments in d @OP's article... I wud still hv to await RSG's counterarguments, guy |
kel4soft: Very lame for the author to use the zero allocation to the state ministry of water resources to justify his argument. The fact remains, the Alabo is a joke, for the avoidance of doubt, the state budget is online www.riversstate.gov.ng. There is no way a ministry will be allocated zero budget. How does that ministry runs it self. Since it cannot generate funds for itself due to total collapse of water board.I don't think d the OP was talking about d Ministry of Water Resources itself when he talked about 'zero allocation' to 'Water'. He was talking about d Urban Waterboards, particularly their ability to undatake Urban Water works |
Abagworo: History will have GEJ's era as the era of highest infrastructural transformation in Nigeria. However it has a lot to do with the persistent high price of crude oil in the past 8 years out of which OBJ took 2. Gowon was the only other President that witnessed oil boom. The question is how long will this boom last? Have we made good use of the excess cash this rainy day to alleviate the impending draught of shale gas? After Gowon and people ofhis era lavished all the money on infrastructure without planning, we ended up unable to maintain them and they turned out useless.Gbam!!! |
Condolences to d Great Prof and d Family, Friends of d late lady.. |
I have always told you, you are not as clever as my neighbours lobster pet! That is one reason your mother had to go bribe that officer before you were employed under GEJ. I know in your household, with the best achievement haven been a state schooling leaving certificate with 5 Ds and 3F9s, and a diploma in cookery, a profile like that of Abati is an inspiration to your generation. Now face the purpose of this thread and stop derailing it.
Show us d 'Achievements' of yr father, guy. Why are u still dragging yr feet about it?... Maybe I might not hv to offer him d Security posting afterall |
maclatunji: Defecting governors can retain the APC Machinery of their states whilst founding members can have federal appointments if the party wins presidential election. Otherwise, they might have to do with contracts for their companies in APC controlled srates.Una see wetin one of NL's 'Anti-corruption' activists dey talk?.... HYPOCRISY wud eventuali find a way out, eventuali |
Hehe... If Abati was that good, He would have long been snatched up by foreign media organisations in his days in Gaurdian.. . FYI, Abati's history is well known to many and His poverty stricken life style that made Him to jump ship is not news to those who knew him. To think He could only manage Uni. CAL in His days says it all.I would have been so ashamed if my father graduated from Uni. CAL in His time because that was not even amongst the top 10 universities of choice in Nigeria at the time. It would be an insult for me to even compare Abati to my father's academic prowess and achievements in and outside of Nigeria as Abati's is not even half of mine. I am sure at age 23, Abati was still struggling to gain admission into a university, talk less of having an undergraduate and post degrees from one of the top institutions in Nigeria, talkless of the UK at that age .Like I already made clear to you, do not derail this thread and face the topic squarely.
List yr father's achievement here for everyone. Go ahead; Waiting...... By d way, yr attempt at discredicting d Academic and Professional achievements is as Lame as you've always been |
Lol... Abati has poverty running in his blood so what do you expect from him?
It is amazing how you are d 1st to accuse others of being poor and not intelligent, when you are both and MORE.... Your poor father hadn't even thought of giving birth to you when Abati obtained his B.A degree in d Univ of Calabar with not only a 1st Class but as d BEST STUDENT in his department, faculty and entire University. He got work immediately after Skul of course with such results; he NEVER tasted poverty. After that, he went for a Masters Degree with a Distinction and was also d BEST STUDENT in his class once again. He wud later become one of d youngest PhDs in his University ever. He was the youngest memba of d Guardian Editorial board, Nigerian Preeminent Newspaper Ground, for years b4 becoming its Chief Editor, just b4 accepting been d Spokesperson to d President of Nigeria..... Plz, remind me when you find any person remotely close to this, in terms of poverty and intelligence, in yr entire Male Lineage!!! |
Face the topic and make not attempt to derail this thread as I will not engage your foolery. You are not worth my driver in Nigeria. Explain to the world why your pay per post pay master sent BAkare a Greek cow gift and you The cow would have been more useful for farming in the north than you disgruntled element
Oh! Sorry. I was only trying to be kind, and extend my generosity to yr family. I thought that was d least I cud do in this instance, seeing that I am not interested in a topic whose only Source is a character like Elrufai. I thought that was exactly my sentiments in my 1st comments here, b4 you quoted it and started to Rant about how dejected you were. I wud consider stopping now sha if you behaved yrself hencefort... And, Oh! My job offer still stands. Anytime. |
With someone of your intellect, you cannot cut the teeth to become a gardener in my own compound talk less. Now face the topic and tell the world why your corrupt pay master that feeds with over N1bn yearly sent a Greek cow gift to Bakare and not your imp of a person
Ask yr Father to send his CV to me, guy. There are placings for Security men currently. Just tell him to state that he is yr Dad sha, and he gets d job. It is a Promise |
Explain to the world why your incompetent GEJ sent a Greek gift to Bakare, He refused to complete the design of the costal rail from Lagos to P/H? Shameless human being.
The design hv been completed, you Nematode... |
Shameless human being. I wonder why GEJ did not gift you as a perpetual house boy to cut Bakares church grass every day . DNS your mother not tell you what transpired when you were in her womb? Accursed child
lol..... I am very willy as always to help your father with a Security job in one of my facilities, guy; I cud even consider making him Head of Security in matas of months... See!! Unlike you, I do not usuali extend my misunderstanding with people to their parents. I hv enuf sense. Plz, you can tell him to apply tru my NL's PM... |
A sane and purposeful leader knows when to invite His friends for dinner and when to tell them good night! Unfortunately, your GEJ isn't one of those leaders, so His every step is seen as political because He lacks any cell of goodwill towards the Nigeria populace and is desperately doing everything to remain in power beyond 2014. If GEJ wanted to appreciate the good work of these true Nigerian, perhaps, He would have mentioned His name amongst others in His Christmas message with a thank you for them having to put their lives on the line go ensure good governance in Nigeria. Sending a cow bought at exorbitant price with tax payers money to Bakare says a lot! Did GEJ send Him any cow last year? Was the cow sent to all Pastors in Nigeria? Why Bakare of all the Pastors? Was the cow appropriated for in the budget of 2013 under miscellaneous expense of the Presidency? Was it a personal gift or affair of Mr President as a friend to Pastor Bakare? Obviously, you and I know these pertinent questions have one answer : NO. So, the only conclusion is GEJ wants to rob Bakare in
Yeah! And this is the thinking and conclusions of an INSANE nonentity |
solomon111: These are the kinds of morøns governing the affairs of african nations. This is an EXTREMELY UNFORTUNATE statement coming from you, guy. Though I don't like d Prophet and his Ministry at all, one must learn to respect the Beliefs of others- whateva it is they believe, as long as it does hurt others. Look away if you do not agree with them.. |
Shame no dey catch you what a silly excuse....your corrupt pay master has been disgraced once again. Tell Him that Bakare said Nigerians need good governance and not cows
Why is this Worthless IJIOT quoting me and letting out pent-up Frustruations? Are you MADT?? Shebi, those little Demons don dey give you mind again? |
Well I wud have commented on this properly but I can't, cos d source of Info is Elrufai, who is a known LIAR and a Clown. Any oda Source plz?? |
Again, I ask: where is that HYPOCRITE, @e-Guerilla?? |
moonraker: HmmmmReali?? You mean the same Pics the @OP posted on d 1st page, right?? Or, are we seeing diff Pics or smtin?? |
There are better and cleaner airports in small cities in other countries that's not as blessed with natural resources like we are in Nigeria and we are shouting to high heavens. Anyway, God bless us. Now it's clear why our politicians steal and rob us blind and then renovates old structures instead of constructing news ones cause they know we'll be singing hallelujah and songs of praise to them. Nonsense
SHUT it, Clown. So what shld they hv done? Bring down d Old building and build a new one Immediately? Abi? And then what wud you guys use in d main time? Sillly Nigerians... By d way, apart from d Remodeling and Expansion that have caused a marked improvement in d state of d Airport, which is also continuing with d building of a Transit Lounge and hotel amongst others on top of d roof of d Airport- which is d ONLY reason d roof is 'leaking' presently, a BRAND NEW TERMINAL is presently been built by d same Chinese Cop that built d Beijing International Airport..... I just reali dislike IGNORANT Loudmouthed Nigerians who choose to project their Negativities and failings on d rest of us |
So this case has been on since d 1990s and payments were already made to Bayelsa since 2005 when GEJ was just a Dep Gov, yet Ameachi accuses GEJ of taking d Soku Oil fields to Bayelsa from Rivers! And d Suspreme Court already dismissed Rivers case since 2012, yet Ameachi says that this is d main reason he left d PDP to APC- to 'protect d interest of Rivers people' and get 'soku oil wells back'!!! Ameachi is a Bladdi LIAR; and has lost any of d small respect I had for him b4 now. No wonda nobody takes him serious. No wonda even d Kalabari Chiefs and Elders, were d said Wells are located, hv denied him on this his very Selfish fight with a fellow Ijaw President.... Ameachi wud be dealt with, mercilessly; d way a family member who betrayed d family and liased with Outsiders against d family for Selfish gains, is dealt with |
150 Assorted Cars; building of whole Palaces...... It is aright |
As an inglorious sycophant, I least expect you to see beyond your nostrils when your pay master is bleeding the country dry of any form of sensibility so He can commandeer an army of ignoramus.
Just tell us how all that can be done in 3yrs, and d country that has managed such feats with d resources that we hv? |
Clerverly: Is that the crab you can come up with? I saw you going through my post history in order to nail me, but you couldn't find anything hence the above extraneous. Please can you also display the thread I made the above comment?Me Go tru yr Post history? For what? @Cleverly, it is me. @Taharqa. I know you left, right and centre; what do I need yr post history for? You are a Certified Clown here on NL, esp on d Politics; and you and I hv cross ourselves plenty times. Clerverly: Please ask your co-worker what i did to him and stop hallucinating , no time for play hereOh! SHUT ya mouth, you HYPOCRITE. Na who you dey send message? So, na so now?.... By d way, on d 1st thread I opened immediately I wrote that comment and left this thread, was a comment from you to d effect that you wanted Patience Jonathan DEAD in 2014 ie next year!!! That comment was made less than an hour ago!..... Shebi, you are d 'Angel' your Clownish friends are making you to be on this thread? You, @Cleverly. Wonders Shall Never Reali End |
gurnam: Cleverly is not known to engage in tribal e-fight or using abusive words...the easiest way to get banned on NL.You say wetin?? When did you register in NL, Bros?? |
Compliments of d Season to all NL's Resident HYPOCRITES, some of whom hv commented already. I must greet all of una.... By d way, where @e-Guerilla sef?? |
luvinhubby: o baje tiHehehehehe.... You are looking for trouble, abi? ![]() |
Aureliuz: Wow, you're even dumber than i thought. Have you been to those airports? So you are just going to prove your point with random pictures taken from the internet. I think you are possessed by a r.etarded ghost. You are one of the agent of mediocrity across Nigeria who have made a career from justifying the inexcusable failure of the Nigerian government at all levels and count some mediocre projects as achievements. Keep on fooling yourself.Cud you plz SHUT ya mouth now? And choke with all those Self-hating Negativities you carry within you in abundance, if YOU so passionately 'feel' so (judging from yr comments here, that is)..... Goodluck to ya, though |
