Of more serious concern was the level of threats, violence and intimidation of election officials and voters by well armed thugs and miscreants allegedly acting on behalf of some politicians, which marred the elections in some areas. Amechi and Wike are the official Miscreants. |

Romance › One Huge Mistake We Make That Lead To Divorce Mos Times. by Tallesty1(op): 8:31pm On Mar 20, 2016 |
This section has witnessed the creation of funny and annoying threads today, starting with Vinshu's pathetic opinion to Tosyn2much's perfect counter thread to Jadekitana's unnecessary support, and I am about to add my own. A very annoying one.
If there's anything I hate about our women today, it is the time some of them the waste in studying men and learning what men should/shouldn't do to/for his woman and how a man should treat his woman.
The way they keep making endless rules for men.
They know virtually everything about real men and how they treat women but have little or no knowledge of what real women should do and how they should treat their husbands.
What men should is our business not yours; we know it and we are working on it so work on becoming the woman that is worthy of a real man.
We already know that a man should be financially stable and responsible(aka stingy) before talking about marriage, I personal created a thread here and cited some reasons broke guys should not date, so you see? We know all that already.
Now here's what necessitated this thread. I read Vinshu's post and the comments there and discovered that women(many of them) are likely to marry a man for his today instead of his tomorrow, which is very bad.
What I mean is that they're more likely to marry an already made man than the one that is being made. Which is risky.
I know some women who married super rich husbands but they're very poor today, I also know some women who married hustling guys and today they're living comfortably.
Ask around and you will find out that most couple who enjoyed/still enjoy their marriage are the ones that married their partner's tomorrow after seeing their fighting-spirit, hope, inner-strength and never give up attitude.
These things are worth more than a car and a house and you can agree with me that success is always right around the corner when you have a 'Never Give Up' attitude.
So what am I saying essence? It is wrong to say that a man must build a house and own a car before he can marry you because the car can be stolen at the eve of your wedding and your first cooking in his house might set the building ablaze and you will have no other option than to divorce him because what attracted you to him is no longer there |

Neyoor: Insanity is when you think or believe men are to provide for all your needs.
Even God can't satisfy our insatiable needs. True that. God gave them eyebrows but they prefer to shave them of and draw it back their own way. Trying to satisfy them is waste of time, just do your best and buy them a vibrator so that they can go and Bleep themselves if they're not satisfied. |
Romance › Re: My Advice: A Lady With Intangible Source Of Income Should Not Date Or Marry by Tallesty1(m): 6:54pm On Mar 20, 2016 |
Well, it depends on what you mean by tangible source of income because some people's vagina is their office, shop and warehouse.
They want you to love them and provide for them but if you ask them to submit they will tell you to earn it.
Any reason why thunder won't't fire them?
I have said it before and I am saying it again, any man or woman who has no stable source of income should forget marriage. |

Monalisa185: lol, na the same weakness wey I been get when I see your own that morning....
no bother yourself jare
my dear, nothing do the op oooo, na the thread I no gbadun...
before my dad went to marry my mum, he didn't have any wheel barrow of his own, let alone a car...the only house of his own was even the one my grand dad left for him in the village which they were not even using because they were in the city ...
they both got married and started hustling together...
so, you see? threads like this no too concern me
you see? no one prays to be poor, I'm a hustler, myself... if my husband-to be does not have a house of his own and a car, I actually wouldn't mind. .we both can hustle up together to get them..
I found out that we ladies of today want everything to be already made.... how about you get married to that already made man and after a few years of marriage things come crumbling down... are you going to run outta the marriage?
I prefer things going from the bottom to the top to going from the top to the bottom We should get married already jaree. The OP has poverty mentality sha, she sounds like someone that is seeing money for the first time. |
