As for the cover letter check from 400+ to 440 not sure though ND you will see a format for cover letter. That's what I used for mine.

3. You do not need to complicate your application by bringing in side business that you will find difficult to explain. Your income level and closing balance in your salary is good enough. Just explain irregular deposit in your salary account. Your unused USA visa has nothing to do with your application. So there is no need to offer an explanation.

To your questions-

1 Yes you can without an agent.Some agents are "AGENT OF DESTRUCTION". All u need do is to just paste your budgets on here for us to see, If theres need for corrections, then gurus here would advise. Infact if you can read from page 1 to here , then you are far better than the so called agents. Someone gave me stuffs worth 100k last week just for helping her to put uk application together and she got the visa, Just thru the info gathered from here .

2. if you have already filled the application form , Then just use any of your bank card that allows you to make online payments or you go to ur bank and ask if you can use ur card for online payments. I think Ikeja visa feeis like 50k plus and VI like 77k dhl courier like 7k

3. No need for Pros if you can do the write up.. but if you are not too sure you can, Just look for someone... but make sure the person who's gonna write for you really understand your situation.

1. The duration does not matters. What matters is documents to show why the money was paid? Who paid the money? What was the money paid for and if you’re entitled to such payment?

2. It wont affect it.

1. So far you have documents to show that the payment was bonus and commision earn from your work place. Then its okay. Your salary is good

2. You do not need to present this account or talk about any side business in your application. You salary account is enough.

3. Yes disclose that you have a relative in the UK. It is your perogative to visit or not visit her. If you want to visit her, then get invite from her and other necessary documents to establish her status in the UK. If not book hotel.

pls i need your assistance in applying for uk visa as a first timer.

1. i work with a company where i get a salary of 350k per month with annual commission and bonus.Monthly salaries go into my account so as my annual commissions and bonuses.
The issue is that im expecting my aaccumulated annual commission and bonus(2m+)to be paid next week before i submit my application,hope this will not be considered as a lodgement in my account as this will be my available balance for this application and vaccation. AND how long do i need to leave the cash in account before printing statement

2.i have another income of 75k per month which goes into another account. I also use the same account for some petty businesses,transactions between 5k and 100k, money comes in and out of the account everyday but dont have a good balance.
How do i present this account to the ECO or should i just leave this bank statement out of the application?

3.Have a sister in UK but she's not the one inviting me,will be staying in the hotel.
Hope the ECO will not be like why is she not inviting... and do i need to state in my form that i have a relative in uk?

4.Have travelled to Turkey and US on my old pport BUT my renewed US visa expired last month unused.
Hope this will not affect the UK application.

Well done,Tasho.I have questions.Please,from experience,how many bags do you suppose 50 broilers will eat from day old to 9weeks?What was the average weight of your chickens which you culled at 9wks?How much presently can one get for a 9wk old broiler if you are selling to those who will resell?I hope you didn't have too much mortality?Thanks.

Yes, the female was mated by the males I have. Unlike the last female eggs, this eggs are smaller and I'm pretty sure it's not feed enhanced eggs. Someone said I'm supposed to put a metal in front of the eggs to enable her incubate them. How true is this?

Bro how far, my female is now matured and has laid 5 eggs already. The problem now is it laid in a place that is far away from her cage.. Do I leave it there or pack the eggs to her cage because it's exposed to rain?

Sell them off at max 20 weeks. You only be wasting time and cash if you keep them and even risk death. December is about 16 weeks away

My own experience, broilers were easier to raise compared to noilers. Imagine running broilers without medication for about 8 weeks and they are very healthy. With noliers, its almost impossible.
