I have never paid or been asked to pay a levy before and I fly into Abuja, most recently 4 weeks ago. I only tender Nigerian passport to immigration on arrival but both on departure. Only get asked on departure “anything for the boys”? Arrival officers don’t ask.

Why are they calling it SSCE? It was WAEC GCE until 1988 when SSCE started.

I don’t think they care about his/her gender or whatever here. Rather than saying he/she was visiting he/she may have tried to make the Border officer know about being famous and meeting fans which would have raised a red flag. Once red flag is raised, you will be asked to collect your luggage for inspection and they will search it. Perhaps they saw creams in commercial quantities in the luggage for which they will not have agreed with any explanations he would have given as they believe he would sell it

Emergency entrance looks like poor design and should not be like this. I would expect that an ambulance should be able to drive into the Porch with a patient. The way this one looks, they would have to reverse into the porch and that is time delay.

I always thought that if any Westerner was planning to commit suicide, they should just take a trip to Africa or developing countries, spend some time with people and they would change their mind. There are other great suggestions people have given, but can she give them very good staff discounts for a particular maximum quantity of eggs (for example, 2 or 3 crates per month) so that they pay little for it and resell to make money? or perhaps even the crazy suggestion of giving them some free quantities of eggs a month and see whether they continue stealing. There is clearly no excuse for stealing but they may be doing this because they don't earn well and have to make extra bucks. It is difficult to address these types of issues.
