My answer is No. Marriage should not be forced. But if the girl is underaged, that becomes a different matter.
I personally believe that it's the responsibility of an adult woman not to get pregnant.

2 people can have unprotected sex at the heat of the moment but then conception does not occur immediately.

In Genesis 17.1 Jesus Christ appears to Abraham in the name of God Almighty.
In Exodus 6.3 He tells Moses about it and reveals his own name to Moses.

Using your father's name is not identity theft. In our world today, we call it a surname.

The person speaking appeared unto Abraham and Isaac using some other person's name not his name. He appeared using the name of God Almighty.
Then he went ahead to tell Moses his own name. His name is Jehovah. Hence Jehovah is the Lord, and God mentioned in the old testament, not the Almighty God.
