PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Killing 3 Spies Of Nigerian Government (Video By Sahara Reporters) by tdayof(m): 2:17am On Mar 15, 2017
Emanodimo:
Now, this is a video, with a location, whether the dead body are left or not. What are the Military Intelligence Agencies/ Nigeria Intelligence Agencies/ Directorate of Intelligence really doing?. Is there no satellite NICOMSAT to monitor that part of the earth?

Are Book Haram living under the ground only to appear on air to shoot a video not in a coven but in a broad day light?

For those who have watch the movie can testify that BH man in middle have a superior weapon not AK 47 used by Nigerian Army?

I wonder why a Boko Haram will be capture to live than to be shot at sight. If all our Intelligence Agencies have nothing to gather from those they spared to live.

NG - NA= ND
Obviously with a location. First report claimed military jets sound can be heard from the main video.
NIA obviously still have assets down there and you won't want to drop a damn bomb now.
Chill, Nigeria is already putting AK47 out of service, it's a gradual process. Nigeria special force: AFSF use beryl, NN SBS, CTAR -21 and sister carbine.

I have seen pictures of some regulars armed with AK-103.
About the guy in the middle, I can't confirm the riffle as the picture isn't clear enough.

NIA is working. You didn't know they had a sleeper infiltrating BHT before.

First 2 pictures, AK74M/AK103. Last two. Pictures Beryl

Nope, only ATR-42s, UAVs and Attack Helicopters are based there.
I noticed a C-130 with camo painting in background of a post that made FP.

Yeah, I know it is ahead. I was referring to design philosophy. It's a dune buggy on an Hilux.

We are only just developing a doctrine for SF operations, I'm sure as we continue to develop, we would eventually begin to build more vehicles in this class.
Do we have any C130 stationed in Benin?

TravelRe: Airlines At Kaduna Airport Insist On Cash Payment by tdayof(m): 7:54am On Mar 13, 2017
When asked why the airline had no PoS and the counter closed early, an Arik Air official said it was the norm around there.“That is how we operate here. We don’t use PoS. You either bring your money or forget it,” the official fired back
.

The Communications Manager for Dana Air Kingsley Ezenwa said the development was unusual and they were doing everything possible to go cashless in Kaduna by today or tomorrow.
Seems Dana Airline is the most responsible airline in Nigeria now. Arik annoys me with her rude workers.

Truly drone can be used to monitor and send signals both day and night immediately to the control room via wifi transmitting disk installed on it. The helicopter is and should always be ready for deployment anytime just like it's been ready and done if there is any territorial perceived attack. Which in turns saves a lot of cost(s) and the helicopter can be used once in a while for surveillance, data/information gathering and also training purposes at the same time.
Everybody is just trying to make sense and give ideas which I think should be done in a responsible manner rather than been abusive just to be heard.
Bolded, that is not how it works.

Nah..It's not normal. I'm just seeing this news for the first time. All the while I had drove that way from kaduna to the east, no choppers to protect the passengers but because Abuja airport has been closed for maintenance, Abuja dwellers and Vips are now protected. It's ok, let's see how the next 3months would look like concerning this operation
You don't see them doesn't mean NAF birds haven't been there. NAF started patrolling Kaduna - Abuja Express since August last year.

[s]Wasting fuel flying helicopters. Instead of flying drones as over watch and having rapid deployment forces available to use the helicopters in case of banditry.

At half the cost.

Why is Nigeria cursed with morons in leadership positionshuh[/s]
Helicopters for rapid deployment. Don't conclude if you don't know why.

1)The helicopters can provide close air support while the drones can't.

2) as the NAF uses the same air space to train its pilots undergoing primary flying training.

NB: I have an encryption already however I'm in need of a team and the project is strictly to be taken care of by Nigerian.

So, if you're a pro at encryption let me know and not just someone with encryption idea.

Over Zealous guyscheesy, funny how the U.S allocates $146.9B to its army while Naija allocates just $2.7B sad, which way forward?
We spend 0.4% of our GDP on defence which is too small to equip our military. Algeria and Egypt spend more than we do on defense hence reason for the nice military jets, hardware etc they've got.

Woah!, i thought that they use AK shocked, just searched out the beryl and found out that it's very similar to the russian rifle.... Even though personally i prefer the P90 (b'cos of COD those days grin grin grin)..... Based on the OP rating of the Nigerian army, Do you think we stand a chance on the global war scale huh
DSS uses P90, FN-2000 and Tavor. Nigerian Navy SBS uses Tavor.

On riffles, I'll let henry240 and Odunayaw judge.

Nigerian Special Forces however use Beryl instead of AK.

Those are the helicopters you'll see in his air convoy.
