Hello team, I need advise please... I have a study visa which i applied alone and planning to travel in june. In my application i stated i will not be travelling with my children, but i now have to travel with my son who is a canadian citizen. 2 questions: Since immediate familes of intl students are not yet allowed to enter canada for visits due to restriction, Can i request a letter of authorization for him? -Does my proof of funds @ POE now needs to be increasee to include his upkeep since i disnt include it during my study permit application?. Awaitong your responses.... |

Thank you for the response. Before I received the NSE mail..I had earlier requested o withdraw m application cos I if it to include m previous US denial. I only included my previous Canada denial I did not read the question thoroughly. I sent a web form asking for a withdrawal 2wks after submission which was acknowledged only or me to get this NSE alert when i was expecting an approal for withdrawal. My husband now is of the opinion that since eligibility has started i should send a web form stating the refusal i omited before they discover it temslves also write a leter in addition to the ielts and BS i intend to submit..that it obviois my request for withdrawal is not being considered. I did not put a reason for the withdrawl though.. I am in a fix right now don't know the best option to take. a&e. Time2soar: |

Good morning, Please I got mail for NSE to submit ielts and bank stmt. I really want to exploit this option but the bank stmt i used is first bank which is not on the list of banks I have called the bank nd they confirmed they don't offer the service. Can i move the funds to my fcmb for the purpose of getting this bank ticket ID and certificate? Or can I upload the first bank printed stmt? Kindly help with suggestions. |

Good morning, I applied for TRV since oct 18th with the plan to travel with my family on the 30th of December. The Tbills certificate I submitted will expire on the 26th....I am concerned that the investment wil cease to exist from that date and the embassy all not get a favourable confirmation from the bank after the expiry of the investment. I am yet to get any update on the application and my family and I still intend to travel all the same cos it is a trip enroute USA. Please is there anything I can do in respect of the investment once it expires and visa application still pending? Please I need an urgent suggestion....God bless. goldosa: |

Thanks brother. I have ordered the notes but it will be too to reapply considering the 30days for gcms notes. Sch resumes sept 1st. I submitted my stmtof 4mths...although no balance but turnover was 3.8m. We are not allowed in my office to use our salary acc for other purposes apart from salary si i cant put any funds there. So i kept 4m (14k$) in tbill which i submitted. The balance of my tuition and LE (30k) was in my sponsor acc which has a total of 33kusd wc is equivalent 4kcanadian $. mcobex: |

Good morning good people I recently got admission for a MBA, after 12yrs working exp but am comtemplating on applying for a study visa with or without ny family. I have 3 kids with d least being 2yrs. I believe applying without my family will show stronger ties at home...but as a woman..wont leaving a 2yr old back at home look somehow to the VO? I read someone experience here abt being denied cos the VO tot abt who will care for her child while shes studying in CN. Although we plan that my huby will still apply for WP once i get settled in sch. Kindly advice on d best option. |
