There is a contractual agreement between LIRS and ABC . The issue is that whatever ABC remits at the month end is what LIRS receives. If you have anybody at LIRS, Alausa, pls re- confirm. There are of billions of naira as residual balances in ABC accounts with all Nigerian banks . And truth is, ain't nothing Fashola can do about that. He tried to shake ABC off in his first tenure , but that resulted in a standoff btw himself and Tinubu. Now he just looks the other way.
