Good morning Brethren,
I had this dream last night, after a long supplication to God through our Lord Jesus Christ. I ended the prayer by asking God to bless me, give me a retentive memory of my dreams and also turn my story to glory, after reading John 2, where he turned water to wine. It's a popular one but whatever took me there, as i read it, my spirit asked me to pray with it. I'm making mention of my prayer last night, just so you know if it's connected to my dream.

I don't usually remember anything of my dream but, from the little I can remember of this,
I don't take alcohol, but in my dream i found myself in a shop taking Guinness stout ( a bit sweet), in it there was a candle wax I almost swallowed, yet I could not stop but finished the Stout, even though I was not enjoying it. I wake as I was done drinking. I didn't find funny.

Prayed in fervently anger and rebuked the spirit that caused me to drink.

I went back to bed, had another dream that involved money, I need an explanation, I don't want it to affect my finance physically.

I was in my village and wanted to leave for Lagos with a cousin, at the park, we found a luxury bus, paid the conductor or whoever he was that was collecting money and convinced/confused us that, the bus was almost filled.
My cousin bought snacks for us, as I was about to take it, I remembered still in the dream that I ate in the dream (the stout I took) while I was not supposed to, so I declined taking the snacks. (I'm still confuse how it worked out that way)
After about 3 hrs waiting for the bus to take off, I entered the bus and to my annoyance, only few people were in the bus sleeping. I confronted the conductor, who apologized and told me that the bus will leave by 12pm. I let him know, it wasn't funny, we shall have to postpone our journey till tomorrow and asked him for a refund of our money, he refused but eventually did when we threatened to fight him. (we actually fought him, he surrendered).
Others things happened, but I can't remember.

My physical money safe? Though I'm not scared, gone are the days when devil make me fret.

No, it doesn't give me any discomfort. Just a faint ticking. And, yes, sometimes I don't feel it. But it's almost like a permanent thing

I really doubt that out come. I hope S/he keyed in grades and units probably. Cos a CGPA of 3.51 came out as 3.2. ...now 3.25 coming to 3.21.

The level of ugliness and fright i get to encounter when i engage in this type of warfare no get part two;

But when i pray in tongues, ah la la. You don't just want to leave God's Presence. Everything just "brightens" up


I always shy away from warfare prayer; Yes, i know, it's necessary, but i mean, when you experience God's soothing sweet presence, believe me, battling ugly principalities is the last thing you want to do;

Anybody feels this way sometimes? How do you handle it?

Hi everyone,

Been following this thread, although from the shadows. Wanted to write the GRE this month but couldn't get a slot anywhere in PH so I had to travel to Lagos to write on the 13th.

Got to the JKK building quite early and then the wait and anxiety started; can't say why but I was feeling uneasy about the test, not like it was going to be my first or last exam in this life sef.

Anyway, as we joined the queue to be screened before commencing the test, the people that were screened first had already started typing away. I got to my computer and started typing too (#50k no be play o, plus transport fare and hotel bills). After the AWA section (which looked rather fair to me), I got down to the first verbal; it must have been the experimental part because boy, was that section harrrrrd (ets should try to leave that type for last na).

It sort of destabilized me but I soldiered on o (again, #50k + siblings), 'attacking' the quantitative section that followed and the others after that. Altogether, it was quite an experience sha. After everything: V: 157, Q 164, AWA: 4.5 (I expected more in the AWA but well...).

Very helpful were the Official ETS guide (for AWA, V & Q), Memrize App (for vocab building), the Magoosh Videos (regular and premium) and also Powerprep and Manhattan Six online Tests (to simulate the actual test in terms of timing and, to an extent, difficulty).

There you have it friends...my hustle only just started as I'm looking at UIUC, CMU and PU (God dey o). Thanks to all contributors on this thread, every single one of you.

I feel like crying in worship. For the FIRST time, i feel nothing is wrong with me. Finally, people who look like me and have gone thru similar things just like me... Why do i say so?

I've always had what you call premonition dreams; I would dream on something and it will happen. Most of them come in the form of warnings (of impending danger or death) though. But i never really told anyone for fear of being accused of having a spirit of divination. Seeing dramatic deliverance sessions didn't help matters because they frightened me a lot.

PRAISE THE LORD. I JUST FEEL LIKE HUGGING EVERYONE. Mehn i want to cry already. What a joy!

Most of the experiences i read here here, i have encountered:

-Angels of the Lord rebuking me for certain attitudes and telling me my behaviour somehow penalizing them from doing their job properly (i;e guarding me when i sleep;
-Night attacks and frightful creatures and seeing one blinding light sorrounding me
-Rape in the dream (yes and it's terrorizing). I've even seen children as young as five being raped in my dreams
-Swimming in dreams with strange people, fighting violently with unknown people;being pressed in my sleep.
-Seeing Jesus himself carrying Cross and then stopping to look at me with his face full of blood and smile reassuringly (very beautiful smile by the way)
-Physically seeing air (for about a few seconds) concentrating in one place to form the shape of an "airy" hand showing me an object i should do away with , being a child of God now .
-Few months ago i got kicked in the dream and i fell physically from the bed to the floor. I screamed and everyone rushed to see what the problem was. Of course, i said i had a leg cramp. Who would have believed me if i said someone actually kicked me?
A week ago as i was anointing my window panes in prayer, i actually saw BLOOD, yes the water turned to BLOOD,droplets of blood, it wasn't physical, but i somehow "saw" it. Call me crazy but i know what i saw...

These are some of the things i kept to myself till now, for fear of being ridiculed.

BUT:
Somehow , for some weeks now, God has put in my heart that he wants us (HE and I) to go deep, to return to the ancient paths, raw undiluted walk with the Lord as of old, no "cheap Grace" trends you see nowadays. Like He's saying[i] "I want you to worship from the deep, let's go real deep in my Word and in My ways". While it is quite uncomfortable, it has strengthened me inwardly.

And about two days ago i had a dream, abeg o, my big brothers and sisters in the Lord, analice, CharlyG1, nnamdi, explain this well to me:

I found myself in a desolate, war-torn country looking like Liberia. Liberian brethren no offense, i'm begging you i'm only describing what i saw. Houses were burnt,but curiously, there was no smoke anywhere, no one in sight. No sound of guns. The place was FRIGHTFULLY quiet.

I walked closer and someone was walking by my side, gisting me and encouraging me in a conversational tone to move closer. Funny enough, i wasn't scared; There was a form near me, but i could not see his face but only hear its voice. I entered one of the burnt houses. These houses did not smell of smoke. They smelled of poop. Yes, burnt houses with shit smell coming out of them

Entered the rooms, dead bodies everywhere and they were not even burnt. Fecal matter was everywhere!!! On the walls, on the ground, everywhere!!!!

I heard a baby crying. Rushed and found a crying baby girl inside a toilet covered with shit. The "person" from the beginning was still near me, encouraging me to pick up that baby and clean it up, which i did and i dressed it up. Now i was moving about with that baby in my arms.

At one point there was a exploding sound, i think. I began to run still carrying that baby and that "person" suggested "Let's take a taxi". A taxi popped from nowhere and i asked "How do u get away from here?" The taxi driver just smiled and answered "Oh yes, there is a place over there, at the borders, called clearance; reach there and you will be safe". And the taxi took off and left us there standing.

What is "Clearance" by the way? Back to my dream

From nowhere, i saw a white bus, like a UN security bus in font of me, the doors were opened and people inside were urging me to get in saying "We have finished, get in". I hesitated. They insisted "Get in, we have finished, we are leaving"

As i was entering the bus, two lovely looking, modestly dressed women came to me and thanked me for taking care of "their baby" and requested that i should hand the baby over to them. I clutched the baby. They begged and begged, saying the baby will be fine, that i had done a good job and it was now their turn to take over since i was leaving; I still hesitated. The other bus passagers were insisting "We are leaving, get in!" I finally handed over the baby to the two ladies who thanked me once again and told me not to worry.

Once i sat inside the bus, behold, that "person" who was always by my side was nowhere to be found.

Brothers and sisters, i kid you not, THAT BUS BEGAN TO LIFT ITSELF FROM THE GROUND, like aircraft. The houses were getting smaller and i could see the clouds.

But something strange happened. I put my hand in my pocket and out came a picture. I never put it there. Don't know where it came from. It was the picture of another child looking at me sadly.
And i woke up.

Any meaning to this dream

thanks so much for your words of encouragement bro...each time I fall back into sin...the next thing I hear is a voice that says..'kindly look around you son, the enemy is never far from you,......and the next minute...my mind goes to my girlfriend straight up...tho once in a while I feel my stepmum is fetish but something tells me she has no power over me.....but once I think of my girlfriend..I have a feeling she's having a spiritually negative influence on my life....

Hmmmm. The dream normally points out that there's a great portion of your destiny that is linked towards this individual. Something that suggests a permanent relationship. Nevertheless just pray more for understanding. But the part I love most is where you said you guys were illuminated against a dark background. That shows divine arrangement . MEVERTHELESS DONT START TRYING TO HELP THE DREAM MANIFEST BY YOUR SELF. DONT START SUGGESTING OR CALLING THE BROTHER UNNECESSARILY. JUST LEAVE IT FOR GOD. I have been following this thread for a very long time, nd i learn a lot here, however I need answers to these following experiences from my sleep, i am a xtian,

1. I find myself speaking in tongues from my sleep, d spirit holds me for few seconds(not up to 10) seconds,with my body vibrating then i wake up, sometimes with headaches, sometimes dz leads to dreams, especially prophetic dreams.


2. Sometimes I feel electric charges all over me when m asleep, at times accompanied with speaking of tongues

3. Sometimes I feel like I'm floating while asleep/ someone is moving me around the room

4. At times i feel my spirit leaving my body, d last time dz happened i had to command d spirit back into the body, my eyes were opened (a rare thing) and i saw my legs floating trying to leave my body, as i commanded it back i woke up

I dreamt about me having a beautiful newborn baby girl. My friend helped me climb some cramped stairs. Then we sat, he took my baby in his arms, acted like her father. Finally, we looked at each other and we smiled at each other... but like lovers. I felt ecstatic and woke up immediately even if I wanted to see more. In the dream, I remember the environment was dark but the 3 of us were kind of illuminated. Also, my friend looked a bit older and he was wearing clothes I have never seen on him before.

And this dream has no definite answer because being pregnant in the physical means having a baby who could be good when trained properly and bad when pampered .my meaning is you could be pregnant with good ideas/things , success, bad things/ideas that is yet to manifest in the waking life, you should search yourself properly

Pls I need interpretation for this dream.
I was in my work place and they were talking about promotion, our office cleaner asked me that have I heard I was among those to be promoted? I said 'yes I know' she was kind of suprised that how possible could that be(I am barely a year in that job)
We were to write promotinal exams, on the day they were writing it, the names of everyone was pasted in the hall the exams will be writtten. I went to hall A, I quickly checked for my name, I didn't check it well I just checked the first three or four names didn't see my name I then concluded my name wasn't in hall A. I rushed to hall B this time I checked very well but nane wasn't there, all this while something was telling me to go back to hall A that my name was definitely there, instead I rushed to hall C (the exams has already started all this while o) I checked very well it was not there, I started rushing back to Hall A by then some people had finished and were coming out of th hall. I was running to the hall to meet up with the time when I suddenly began to have this funny sensations on my body I now jumped up from the bed and began to plead the Blood of Jesus.

PS: this sensation/feeling I can't explain it.
When my prayer life was so low, I experience it almost frequently. When I started coming up slowly I understood it could be spiritual forces making love to me in the dream. I began to pray very well against it
Now it comes once in a very long while and any time I start feeing it, I usually jump up and start praying

Yeah bro. The spiritual realm is just as real as this realm of flesh. When the presence of the Holy Spirit is in manifestation you can almost touch it physically even if unbelievers around would feel it but may not understand it.
The anointing is just as real too. With time and more spiritual growth it becomes more powerful through us and we can be a blessing to our world. One thing I noticed about it is that it is given to us for the benefit of others and as we use it in this regards it becomes more and more fresh. My anointing bro.
