First, The Shield can only be compared to the HBO classic The Wire. I mean, the former set the bar so high that not even Line Of Duty, Happy Valley, Wallander, The Killing and other greats could catch up.

The Wire meanwhile, does a great job of extending storylines throughout multiple episodes, whereas Southland is a little bit too self contained in each episode. Also, the corruptness of the main characters make for more intriguing plotlines. I like Southland a lot but it just doesn 't compete with The Shield & The Wire.

IMHO, It's better than Bosch, sightly on par with Line Of Duty. Rescue Me has more drama and humor... I haven't seen Third Watch yet.


Basically, Southland is a bit of The Shield and a little bit of The Wire, but there 's no topping Vic Mackey, no f*cking way!

lol my sis i think u are already starting to know the difference between your spirit man and ur body. With time u will be able to fully differentiate both. I usually have these feeling too...

But it more pronounced with my left hand than my right. Left is for Special Purpose, Right is general purpose.. Initially i use to be worried but later i stopped when i began to understand it.

Sometimes if am praying for some one over the phone the hand which the phone would just started getting very hot, but once i finished it cools down.

Sometimes i am might just be chilling and i will have the feeling too, but once i begin to put hands in unholy things it goes, once i stop it comes again.. Then, you begin to have these feeling that you have an source that not be comprehended.

And a lot times it usually help me discern if am in the right or wrong place. I went for a friends sister wedding one time and the lord had already revealed some things about the man in question and the marriage, but as my father would tell me, there a lot of thing the lord would show you that are for your consumption alone. Me and my friend was chilling and walking around, we stopped at a spot in the reception and all of a sudden my left hand just began to get very hot, Immediately i knew some very wicked personality was sited there and a woman from among them was looking at me one kind, wetin concern me, I no say them no born am 100 times make she try rubbish except she wants to bury all her children in one sweep, I left there and the hotness stopped..

So you have to understand how it works, And more you pray the better it becomes and more powerful it is.

I noticed adding your numbers or names on to FB or WhatsApp seems to be the "in" thing. Dear, don't go about prepping for the GRE the wrong way. Stop! Don't go on to Facebook or WhatsApp yet!

You need to have a target score, prepare a personal study plan, buckle down and start practicing. It's the good-old method, and would continue to work. Like they say, the more things change, the more those things stay the same.

Of course, it's good to show your excitement about the GRE and browse around on what to expect, especially if you're new to the GRE. I mean, you can go on Facebook, see questions posted by someone, and discuss with friends. Same with Whatsapp.

But, you need to be careful. $205 to naira, at our current exchange rate is no joke. You need to know how to do practice for the GRE.

To do well on the GRE, you need to master core GRE skills.

For instance, there are some questions that will NEVER be asked on a GRE test. If you keep answering those, and you think you'd smile at your real test scores, think again. You'll never see extremely hard questions. Because it's a general test, and ETS is trying to gauge your level of critical reasoning skills, not our well you can solve that complex cubic polynomial question.

Truth is, some random person cooked up a question from the dark corners of the internet, and off they post it on WA or FB for innocent people to chew on. And daily, people are wasting valuable time on "extremely difficult" questions or way too arcane questions that you'd never see come test day.

ETs wants to test how well you can hold up, parrying diverse questions for a space of almost 4 hours. So, you'd be doing yourself a lot of harm, if all you do is solve some random questions posted on Whatsapp, check the answers, and smile at yourself if you aced it. Sorry, but it won't be that simple at the test center.

Here's what you should be doing: What scores do you want in Quant, Verbal and AWA? Write them out.
Next, find a quiet environment, remove all distractions and stretch yourself 4 hours with the standard breaks, and take the entire test (and that includes the AWA). Your head might start pounding the first time you try this. And that's the essence.

(Graduate school is no joke, and tests such as the GRE drill candidates, so they know that getting an MS or PhD is somewhat different from a BSc.)

And when you grade your answers, you won't like the result, compared to the target scores you wrote. I know I didn't like mine. But it's no time to whine. You need to set out few hours a day, depending on your schedule, making sure to practice questions (both on concept and strategy bases) on all sections of the test. And ensuring not to make the same mistake twice.

Practice and focus. It's how you get better.

It's how you master anything. It's how you prep for a test like the GRE.

Me and my carpenter was at anifowoshe at ikehpja today to price the ceiling sheet and we got the 2 by 2 a back of 10 for 1700 per one. He said we going to using 40 pkts that 400 pcs.

Now to my question, The carpenter said there is way we can combine it wih POP that he will not use tie rod he will just nail them to the ceiling logging and the pop guys would come and fill the space and do scride it and do collins around the enclosed space.

I have been trying to check for pictures but am not seeing any.

Can anyone who has experience in these help me out.

Then this night again at my own house, I read some testimonies from a book and was just over joyed in the spirit,so I ministered to Holy Spirit for an hr or two b4.going to bed. Then I started having Funny encounters again. A family friend and her daughter usually spend the weekday in our house But strangely only the daughter came home last night but I didn't ask her why? But that's not all I saw overnight, the Same bird noise and cloud of darkness came again tonight but this time around I heard my spirit man telling my angels to get it off me. And the darkness lifted, though I didn't see any angels, then I said "whosoever the son of man has set free, is free indeed " after which I realized it was all a trance again. I had two other encounters but the write up is too long already. I'M LIKE WHAT'S GOING ON? ANY ADVICE PLEASE.

SirRiddy what's the effect of school size and population on acceptance? TAMUG has just 162 graduate students but they it's strictly a marine science college while TAMUCC has 1837 graduate students and they have many departments?

In some rankings I saw TAMUCC ranked higher than tamug, but I didn't see the ranking of their marine program clearly, just general school ranking, although they all run a joint program tamug, tamucc and tamu college station.

Tamucc has a higher acceptance rate, application fee is lower,but tamug has higher endowment and it's more specific to just marine biology.

I need your view on this and others.
