If this is what you can dig up as a proof that Allah is a different God to the God of the Jews, then at this point I believe you are only pretending to be daft so you can worship your 3 in 1 god, a god that was designed for you in the year 325 AD.(I learnt the Bishops present at the council VOTED about your god, correct me if I'm wrong), that's over 300 years after Jesus left the scene.

Why are they deceiving themselves?

Ones good deeds does not guarantee him paradise, yet Allah provided no solution for them. What then would earn a Muslim paradise? I'll like to know. Just destiny of Allah?

The Bible also says one's good deeds cannot earn one paradise but Jesus was given as the sure guarantee for paradise. Muslims rejected Jesus because Allah, aka Satan asked them to do so. They instead embraced a counterfeit Jesus who did not give them any solution.

Ismael was not buried there. But Muslims would have us believe that Abraham spent his time with Ismael. They even claimed it was Ismael Abraham wanted to sacrifice at God's command and not Isaac. Both history and archeology disproves them. Mohammed was a curse to humanity. It's a pity how some people revel such a curse.

Israel isn't Allah's slave as depicted in that verse. That means, none of Israel's prophets or ancestors are Allah's slaves. The substantiated slaves of Allah according to that verse are the enemy nations of Israel, i.e the Philistines, Egyptians, Assyrians, Iranians, etc which are confirmed Muslim nations today except Assyria which is no longer in existence.

Allah was never the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Allah is an enemy of Israel and of the Lord Jesus. That's why his slaves too are enemies of Israel till this day.

Most people don't even know that a lot of countries have their own calender, different from the present Gregorian calender presently in use (Created by Pope Gregory in 1582)
Some 14/15 years back, there was a plan to seriously readjust the calender again. Like you said, we might not be getting that anytime soon.
