It depends on the standard of living in both states, if you compare Abeokuta to Minna in terms of accommodation and prices of foodstuffs, I feel you can get relatively cheap houses in Minna and prices of foodstuffs and other items might be that expensive but since Ogun state host some of the companies producing what we consume, then the prices of beverages and other items might be cheap over there, so you can decide on your own.
