9ijaMan:Keep laughing in your stupidity. I've been unimpressed with SaharaReporters brand of 'journalism' even when Yar'Adua was strong and healthy, not to talk of Goodluck becoming president. I've been a critic of GEJ on these pages before. Why are you lot so stupid as to assume that anyone against SR is pro-GEJ? I do not like their witch-hunt style of journalism, i do not like the fact that they seemingly now have the power to say or publish damning articles on the strength of very little hard evidence. Their feud with Keyamo is a case study; accusing the young man of incompetence while they themselves had very little that could be presented in a court of law as physical evidence. I did not like their overt attempt to demonize Reuben Abati over his allocation of Land in abuja, or their subsequent internet campaign to assume Abati was guilty and harangue him to prove his innocence. Now they've managed to smuggle Reuben Abati's name in another controversial topic. Finally, i dont think such a document like they claim to have would be issued out in this post-wikileaks world where we know that leaks can very easily happen. the whole thing just seems too convenient for me. In summary, i don't completely trust SR, and i don't trust this 'rigging manual'. This has nothing to do with Atiku or anyone else. |
dreamxml:It's ok. Desperation sucks, doesn't it? ![]() |
I won't be surprised if the document being discussed was not doctored by agents of SaharaReporters sef. Naturally, they had to figure out a way to include Reuben Abati in the post. I guess mud-smearing is not limited to politicians. it's about time Nigerians forced these SR people to provide concrete sources instead of using blanket words like 'a highly placed source' or 'our mole in the Government'. Nobody will commit any plan to rig elections on paper. |
Putting strong wooden planks across the manhole is not sustainable, and will only encourage the authorities to do nothing. Instead of encouraging the people to protest to their Local or State Government, you're asking for DIY projects that may not be successful? Fine, let them put the DIY covers there, as long as they are committed to voting out those scoundrels. |
The State Government should close down Oniru beach ASAP. What a disgrace. No lifeguards, no-one to perform CPR. |

dreamxml:You've got your own thread where you're selling these. why the thread jacking? Quit being a douchebag. |
Faggo:Perhaps because muslims have embarked on these senseless acts of violence against innocent people before in Nigeria? Look at the 'Miss World' riots. Or the riots after the publication of the Danish cartoon. These sort of crazed and unprovoked blood-letting by muslim youths in the North has happened many times over the last decade. And people like you encourage such acts by defending them vigorously. Faggo:Funny you mention this. At least Christians are not mandated to kill their fellow Christians who convert to Islam. That's more than we can say for many followers of your 'peaceful' religion. trenchcoat:Look who's talking about 'Bigots'. Your kind are actively trying to butcher women and Children on Christian holy days and you're here trying to pull the wool over our eyes! GO find out how many Churches have been targeted by muslims in Iraq. What about the innocent Christian aid workers that had been working in Afghanistan for years, machine-gunned by your precious Taliban. Or the unfortunate nun in Somalia, lived in the country for over 30 years, shot to death by Somali Islamists because someone drew an offensive cartoon in Denmark? I am no Islam hater, but radicalism has changed your religion to a violent one, and the sooner you moderates do something about it, the better for us all. |
martinz1:You're an idiot. Do you even know what an emulator is? You're emulating an entire console hardware on a PC using software and you expect it to perform as good as the original? You mention a VGA card, what do you think that is? NVIDIA and AMD/ATI make dedicated cards to render advanced 3D graphics and you think mere gaming will 'spoil it'? Rendering 3D animations and movies is even more tasking that gaming on your PC, and PCs handle that with no issue. Jeez, you sound dumber each time you open your mouth. martinz1:You numbskull, there's no God of War on PC. The version on sale in Computer village is just a PS2 emulator with the PS2 image file in it. And of course it plays worse than the PS2, its emulation for you! COmpare any game released on the PC and PS3 at the same time. The PC versions have better textures, Anti-aliasing, better framerates and far higher resolution that their PS3 and Xbox 360 counterparts. Compare Pro Evo Soccer 2011, Black Ops, Mass Effect, Gears of War to their PC counterparts. You need to learn more about something before stupidly running off your mouth in Public. You're lucky this is an obscure topic in the Tech Market section. Post this crap in the 'Gaming' section and see if people like oyb, Darkmanzero, Ex Inferis and mobinga don't rip you a new a-hole. |
Fimmy:Until you so-called 'Moderate muslims' take steps to curb the insane violence in your religion, you have no moral standing to criticize people like KISSKRIS who lash out in their grief and anger. If all the Imams and Islamic leaders were speaking against such nonsense, will such things happen? Go to the north and see where DVDs and audiotapes from bin Laden, Al Qaeda are being sold to eager muslim youths. You cowards will never say anything then. When these deluded people attack innocent people in the name of Islam, you people will start crawling from the woodwork, insisting that Islam is a 'peaceful religion'. We live in a 'show me' world. You can't tell people about peace when your brothers are always one heartbeat away from burning churches, beheading entire families and causing mayhem. And if you people can't practice or enforce the peace you preach, then leave people like KISSKRIS alone! |
martinz1:There's no easy way to say this. You're an ignorant idiot. I can understand someone not knowing a lot about stuff, but when you voice such ignorance confidently, it brands you as a rather daft person. martinz1:Easily the dumbest thing i've read on Nairaland since i joined in 2006. |
Emmyk:Nokia N95 in this day and age?! Haba! Such wickedness cannot go unpunished o! @poster Up your budget slighty and you'll be able to buy a used Samsung Galaxy S. You can probably snag that for around 58k. it's worth the extra cash. |
pharuk:There's no such thing as iPhone 2. The First iPhone was called the iPhone. When the iPhone 3G came out, the original model was called the iPhone 2G to differentiate it from the 3G. The name '2G' came about because it's data service was limited to the 2G EDGE and GPRS service only. iPhone 3G is the second iPhone version, NOT 'iphone 3' The next generation after the 3G was the 3GS. The naming scheme was that it was an iphone 3G, but with speed (much faster processor and GPU) There are many people who call the iPhone 4 the 'iPhone 4G'. Lots and lots of people, even though its erroneous. because of this, Apple will never name the next iPhone '4G'. Don't forget that the iPhone is sold internationally also. There's no 4G network in the UK, so why will Apple release an iPhone version named after a network that many of its customers and clients will not experience? The next model was nam |
Princeofilorin:Shame that those games were out on Iphone months earlier ![]() |
pharuk:So if Apple releases an iPhone version that's compatible with 4G networks, it suddenly becomes named iPhone 4G? No one knows what the name of the next gen iPhone will be, but it will never be named iPhone 4G. |
pharuk:There's no such thing as iPhone 4G ogagusps3:Easy. I use msdos command line to rename extensions. Navigate to the folder using command line, then use the following command Ren *.zip *.Ipsw That renames all zip extensions in that folder to .ipsw |
kITA TITA:I'm surprised you can be a father and still be so insensitive about such things. You need to grow up! I've got a one month old baby girl and I know the stress my wife goes through. Consider the topic we're discussing here. How the heck can you consider things like Ante-natal, post-natal and maternity leave 'annoying'? |
Fortissimo:ordered it from the US, selling it because i got an iPad |
amanikondo:And copycat you cannot launch a website without putting 'Naira' in the name. Try to be original jo! |
ogagusps3:16 or 32gb? |
Gents, i've got a brand new 32GB iPad for sale. Still in its nylon wrapping, already Jailbroken. If you ask nice, i can install lots of apps pre-sale. Price: 100k. |
flyuche:35k. |

I don't know what you people are talking about. The 24 months sentence is deserved. it doesn't matter if other judges hand down lenient sentences to mega crooked politicians. At least one Judge did the right thing in sentencing a crook who broke into an innocent man's shop and attempted to make away with his rightful property. Who knows what impact the N2,500 would have made to the well being of the shop owner? Abeg if you want to complain about lenient sentences to the rich, go ahead. but this man deserves his fate. |
kemisuga:yeah right. it has been proven numerous times that cellphones cannot ignite fuel. Hell, there was even a Mythbusters episode on this sef. All these 'generator exploded when making phone call' are hoaxes that have been floating around for several years. Rubbish. |
tumababa:An untethered jailbreak for all firmware will be released before or just after Christmas. |
pharuk:Real Racing 2 looks better than Gran Turismo 5 on the PSP. Infinity Blade is the best looking handheld game EVER, on any console. And this is really just the start. The PSP 2 will have superb graphics, but mobile phones will now only ever be one or two years behind handheld game consoles. Mobile GPUs are increasing in power exponentially. |
zenus:Android didn't have that capability until Last week. Also, the new map application is NOT offline. It supports offline caching, you'll have to go online, download the maps and then it can cache them for future use. zenus:Well, you're the one always talking about how the Android app market will catch up to the iOS appstore IN FUTURE, aren't you? zenus:So we're supposed to give you a cookie for this? |
zoraro: zoraro:Samsung doesn't make the screen, casing, Antenna, Battery. They didn't supply the touch sensitive glass overlay for the touch screen. They didn't supply the Gyroscope. They didn't supply the GPS chip. Broadcom did. Broadcom supplied the Wifi + Bluetooth module. And there are a couple of other odd and ends. So 'almost half' is an exaggeration. Even if Samsung manufactures their own parts, they'd have to requisition them at nearly market value from themselves. The Galaxy S isn't really substantially cheaper than the iPhone. It just is in Africa and other markets where direct access to Apple retail shops or supported carriers do not exist. |
Why are people still spreading these lies? |
@Zenus Here are some more games available only on the iPhone. N8 My foot!
