More so, would there be at any point questions on ones personality?!

Do MSc guys have an edge over the pure BSc
Also Banking related courses over Engineering/pure Sciences in the final selection...

Will one be paid d basic salary after the 2months training school.. Or will be paid a stipulated sum assigned squarely for the completion of the T.S

I don't have information on numbers of applicants that were invited for assessment centre. But one post confirmed that they are 300, which I assume can be true. Then with that number, the possible final selection will be around 80 candidates.

There will not be a personality test, I guess or let me say sure of that.

Higher degrees, graduates of banking/financial related courses or professional qualifications except ICT related certifications will not have edge above of other SUCCESSFUL applicants in the assessment centre.

The bank does not pay basic salary to her staff but an emoluments or in their terms compensation. This includes basic salary and other benefits. When you are in their training school you will be paid a stipend. And after training school (TS) you will be deployed immediately. You will be given a week holiday between the end date of the TS and your resumption date, which mostly likely will be at their Head Office, Marina Lagos for about six months before final redeployment to branches or departments you are to work.

Hi,
Assessment centre is just an avenue to assess some personality traits and skills needed according to the company. For UBN, these skills include strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, teamwork, etc. Therefore, you really need not to work up yourself reading to pass the test. Just be yourself, at least if you have a good comprehension and problem analysis/solving skills you are good to go. You also need to pay more attention to details.

You will possibly be given some passages that contains some narration of some critical situations and you will be asked to identify the problem and the underlying responsible factors to the problems. Make presentations on one and discuss with others colleagues of about 5-7 candidates on some given tasks in the other passage.

So give yourself enough rest, be at your best and be the original person you are, then pray and always wish yourself the best.

The process is known to be fair (though can not guarantee the transparency), at least even if the final selection criteria are not known, selected candidates will surely be fairly selected. There might probably be higher ratio of unsuccessful to successfully candidates this time around due to last recruitment (this yea) experiences where majority of those assessed fell below expectations. The number of final intakes last time was less than planned. The ratio may possibly be 1 to 5 for this recruitment, my guess though.

On the pay, successful applicants will be paid some allowances at the training school. This amount will stated in the TS call up/invitation letter, mostly paid in two equal amounts. Net take home pay every month, at average, is above 190K after the Training School.

Jb started earth muving works on dt road on d last quarter of 2013, by early 2014 they wia already working on the existing cross drainages and oda structures dia, mind u dt dey started work from interchange going towards lagos. Device Delivery Update.

Device Distribution is currently going on in the 8 states listed in the image below.

For the states listed, only beneficiaries who selected devices before March 27th, 2017 will be contacted.

Similarly, those who selected Brian and Speedstar devices in those states will not be contacted as the devices were recently delivered and are currently being pre-loaded with information.

For Rivers States, you will recall that we placed the device distribution in that state on hold, we will be sharing updates on the decentralized device collection process shortly.

Plans are underway to get devices to beneficiaries in other states so please be patient.
