Usually it would take years for deportation to come through from the time an offense has been comited.
Deportation ain't an easy process given that there will be many stages including appeals to go through.

The last stage will be a pre-removal risk assessment. Here the person who are about to be deported will be given a chance to provide social(family), economical or political reasons as to why he should not be deported.
Are children involved? Serious consideration will be given to the best interest of the children

If the child was born outside of the country, I thought the embassy would have conducted DNA to affirm the baby is his. But nonetheless, because he sponsored the child from abroad, I don't know if it is general however, in Alberta, he will pay until the child is 18 .

Whether or not she is his blood, he has to pay child support given that he is married to her mother, adding to that he had sponsored the child to come to Canada. So, not paying child support isn't an option.

Yes you can. But why throwing money at agent with the probability of getting scamed + a ban while all visas process are designed as DIY (Do It Yourself).

You don't know if the agent had use fake documents that will contradict information on your future application. This may be ground for a ban
