Angelluvy: I'm no more interested in online dating any way Don't give up. Just apply excessive caution. The set of people you meet online are the same one you would find in real life, good and bad people. I would encourage you to keep on meeting people online but don't rush into anything. Best of luck to you |

Zane2point4: I travel and do bizz alot in china,i think this is not very common in Guangzhou, the Chinese there are used to blacks there,so they interact and do bizz together, some even speak igbo languages fluently, like a chinese woman that do sale bread and a man that do sale food.
Racism might be common in some province like shaoxin and other places that arent used to seeing blacks come for bizz. Correct, and going through this thread some people are making accusations of racism without any tangible proofs. |

SaintLucia: If Nigeria should divide, Biafra international passport will be worst and ban by many countries from entering their land. Niger Republic and Benin Republic two poor countries bordering us have international passport which have more value than the Nigeria international passport due to the bad reputation of some few minority who have tarnished the image of the country's international passport. There we go again with the misconception. Why do some Nigerians think the Nigeria passport is the worst in the world. |

ednut1: once the assylum claim fails you are given a time frame to leave. If you dont leave you become wanted. When nabbed you will be detained and deported. Takes about two years to finalize the assylum claims I always wonder how do people get arrested on immigration ground in Canada given that I never come across an inland immigration checkpoint in Canada. The only places I have to deal with immigration are the port of entries when returning to Canada. I have seen videos of the UK border agency and US immigration establishing inland checkpoint to deter illegal aliens. France has the same system as well where immigration officers would walk around a city checking people immigration status. In Canada , the immigration doesn't check people inland. So, how do illegal immigrants get arrested and deported from Canada? 12 year ago, I met a student from Zambia who ended up by getting deported from Canada. How could this happen? I have no idea. Another guy from Burundi got deported. Same question running into my mind. |

Hey maternal, question for you. Do asylum seekers get detained in Canada? I thought it was only in the US where a person seeking asylum could be detained. |

joy4ogba: Black women also get killed by the cops, black women also get arrested by cops. As black fathers get killed, get imprisoned or abscond, black women have to pick up the pieces and take on the role of both parents. Black women are the least desirable when it comes to dating, black women also face racism, Black women contribute their finances to the home front and are still expected to take care of the bulk of the house chores. When do black women get a break really? Given the train of your thoughts, I can say the same thing about white men and white women ... they also get arrested and killed by the police ...and so on. I am afraid you have missed the point on the subject |

Eriokanmi: 2-Anyone who goes to one of the old generation banks would see an inverter with battery banks on one side of their banking hall, powering their atms... its as a result of an innovation brought home by my uncle. He left union bank for Atlanta in the 90s, got employed at Walmart as stores officer. One day, as he was going home branched at a newspaper vendor( a mexican) booth to read papers as usual and there he spotted an Inverter company located in Arlington. I'm mentioning it as it is so people could check it out. Its called Trace Engineering, later changed their name to Xantrex. He applied to them to be their rep in Nigeria to solve the epileptic power supply in critical sectors but they refused his application for 3 reasons. One, that the product was new to Africa and 2ndly, that being black, it would be impossible to convince his people on adopting the technology . 3rdly, that they weren't ready to expand beyond the shores of America as at that time. He felt disappointed. 2 months later, they called and told him they had reconsidered his application and invited him for 2 weeks training after which he was asked to come to Nigeria with demos to show to his prospects. I didn't have any reason to doubt your story until I reach the bolded. Did they seriously tell him his race was one of the factors upon which the decision was based not to hire him ? |

humilitypays: we have the same reasoning. If I had the power, I would have invited white Europeans and Americans to come back to Nigeria and take some LGAs in all Nigerian states as their permanent ancestral home forever and also give them some government slots like all heads of security, judiciary, CBN, ministry of science and technology, sports, etc Only white? What about the black? You are discriminating against your own race. It is only in Africa that we see this type of mindset. Very disgusting |

jasman1: Single moms relationship is not for every man. Personally, I avoid them like a plaque and would rather keep my distance and not have anything whatsoever to do with them. They’re complete opposite from what any man would want for a daughter. They’re not a good influence at all to anyone around them. I hope she finds love again. Good luck to her My wife was a single mom when we gad first met. We have been married for 14 years and we have 6 kids(including the one she had out of wedlock). The experience has been very good for me. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with marrying a single mother given that I love children . You are right, dating a single mother isn't for everyone. |

olabrinks: Hi guys
I just want to know if it will be possible for a single mom in her 20s to find a husband. It’s just a topic I was discussing with a friend,
A mother of a son
Let’s discuss, what she should expect Her limitations How she should go about dating And the possible experiences you’ve had dating single moms or being a single mom dating yourself.
Are you seen as less than and do you veiw single Moms as nothing ? I married my wife when she was a single mother and I never regret it. We have been married for 14 years now. I don't see any issue with raising what some people here had described as "someone's else child". A child is a child . I have 6 kids (including the one from my wife before marriage) and I am very happy with my family. The fact is to each his own. We should avoid putting stigma on people. All single mothers aren't the same just like all black people aren't criminal. In every groups of people there are always the good and bad apple. And single mothers aren't exempt from this rule. You never know what tomorrow can bring. Who knows if the one you are referring to as someone's else child would become the cornerstone of your own family if you adopt him and raise him well. Life is too short. We should focus on spreading love and giving people hope instead of discriminating or excluding them. If you can't marry a single mother, that is fine but please stop spreading condescending or pejorative messages about single mom. Single moms are human too. They deserve to be happy just like everyone. |

obicoolnino: It's always good to be in love with the person you're to get married to because the moment you're in love, you'll overlook his or her mistakes and let things roll smoothly... If you know you can endure, you can as well get married without falling in love if you feel the lady is OK for you and you two can build a strong relationship regardless her character within. And once you fall out of love, that will surely happen, your eyes will open. So, are you going to divorce ? |
