Years back, I was a hitman for Don Massimo Maccarone... Cognitivereason:They are trying to... they haven't. Compared to comprehensive databases in the Western world. Even in the US, IF you haven't been recorded to have committed a crime, they wouldn't just randomly pick your fingerprint just because you did biometric registration for passport. Hence the term " he wasn't in the system" i.e. he hadn't committed a crime, so his fingerprints aren't in the database for criminals. |
