1. For slack channel, go to your account settings as shown by the screenshot(red box)

2.For BB or SH names, you can post on Namepros selling section that you have names for sale, go to that section you will see examples

You can also put up your advert on other forums you are part of (I use Nanepros, BB slack channel and brandersunion on slack channel too)

As for SH, the moment you affix a wholesale price to your name, it appears on their wholesale market. Now you cant sell bulk SH registered names on their wholesale market, you have to list them one by one.

I will always maintain my stance, find out what works for you and define your objective. These past months has proven to me that Brandable domain is for me. Due to the nature of my Job, time for outbound is a no go area for me. So the best route is brandable, buy and wait for a sale.

I had need to raise cash at different times to meet a need and my brandable portfolio was very helpful. It's easier to sell off brandable names at wholesale prices esp BB names. You will get good value for it too if the names have high max list prices.

My case was like that of a man who had a farm & whenever he is hungry, he goes to get products from there to cook & eat. It pays to have assets you can easily sell to raise cash.

SH names do sell but it kinda of goes cheaper depending on the name though but most folks see BB valuation king.i havevirtually liquidated my BB & SH portfolio but I will build them again esp that of BB.

I have been away for long, diverted my energy to something else. There hasnt been much time to dig and hunt for names. Virtually liquidated my SH & BB portfolio at wholesale price.

I will build them back because the proceed from the sale was very helpful. It reinforced the belief that you must have assets you can sell anyday to generate cash when the need arises. Brandable domain are assets especially BB names. They are easier to sell at wholesale prices with good returns esp those with high price listing.

Above all, I am happy to see that my thread has inspired so many persons & lots of folks have built their portfolio & are still building it. I appreciate all those who have kept the thread alive & taken out time to share their experiences

Some persons only deal with one registrars and have no intention of registering with another. So if the name is not registered with that registrar & cant be transferred, they wont go for it. Same registrar means the name can be pushed.

Someone bought my name on SH & provided his forum name for a push. The guy must have checked who your registrar was

Dont list all at once, there are sharks there waiting to pounce on your name for cheap. You can list 2 or 3 and give it some days. Dont forget, any name bought on wholesale market is subjected to 3% plus 30cents charge

Please there is something spectacular about practising abroad. Even the few centres we have CT/MRI machines, you can wait for weeks to get a "consultant" that will interpret the results.

The few hospitals in the country that has some equipments will charge you to the high heavens.

They are better than Us, that is the plain truth. If you say otherwise, the 1st proof that they are is that they have been able to build a functioning system.

They obviously want to use me for experiment.
I just told them I would be back and I went back home before they will forget scissors in my tummy because of surgery that wasn't even necessary. I haven't felt any pain since then.

Just two months ago, a young fella approached me and he did proper grading without tar of over 10km road in my community.

I love standing up for stuffs like this. Let me see the LG chairman who can stop me. He’s either prepared to take up the job and do it immediately or prepared to lose his job.

One thing that made me popular in a community of over 4000 homes is community development (especially road construction).

There are exceptions as I have stated but have you done any one with tar or cement without problems from the government

My point is; have a look at the attached picture and the quality of houses in the street and look at the quality of the road. My question is, can't the landlords corporate and tar the road? They look well off enough going by the quality of the houses. Why wait for an ineffective government? I find this scenario all over Nigeria which is limiting property value. Tar the road yourselves!!!

In my opinion, Payoneer is better, you either withdraw to your naira account or dorm account or exchanger. Naira acc rate will be at the official bank rate.

Payoneer exchanger rate is good compared to paypal(recently traded for 480)

Payoneer is easy to register and verify, just have your ID and I think proof of address

As for paypal, you will be at loss because the exchangers will pay you at low rate (390-400)

If you withdraw to card, it will be at bank official rate too

For the first question which is which dog would we recommend for security. We are biased as we are focused on the GSD breed so will advise that. However going into specifics the GSD, when you take your time to pick or you are guided will serve as excellent family dog and also serve as good alarm or alert dog. We must add here 2 issues...temperament and training to be able to fulfill that role effectively. Generally GSDs are good loyal family dogs and when balanced are most suited for family companion (good with kids too) and security alert/alarm. With the right training and careful selection will serve for security purposes effectively. Worklines generally have a higher prey drive although you have showlines selectively bred for higher than normal prey drive for the line which is usually low to medium. They are very intelligent and medium to high easy to train.
On second question on price differentials a lot of things come to play. Pedigree of parents in terms availability/knowledge of the lineage. Titles if any. Health testing if any including that of dogs in its lineage. Color. Coat. Size etc. A combination of these including the breeder's perception of value or worth come to play. We do not rule out scarcity and wrong valuations too as we have also noticed this.
Finally, if you need more advise, concerning a GSD specifically we will be glad to guide you for free in arriving at your making a decision. We hope we were able to be of help.

well I'll recommend a Gsd,its the best dog for a beginner (I.e a first time dog owner) they're easy to train and very much alert and active when it comes to security...... you could go for a working line or show line depending on your budget (although I'm not quite sure how aggressive a show line can be but my working line gsd is a badass,at barely 4months no one could trespass our compound talked of visiting without notice)
Caucasians are also good dogs but they have a voracious appetite...
Rottweilers make sense when it comes to security but they need a firm handling
Boerboels too are quite intimidating when it comes to size but you must make sure its a pedigree
