@Viper, you don't need to start bantering words with people who wish to lick a$ses of some woman who has no respect for a dear country. As for Genevivie, i don't see what impact this has on the image of the country, but anyway, my congratulatory messages to her.

@OP, just curious though, but what's your educational status?
RomanceRe: He Wants To Sponsor His Girlfriend Thru University by TheSeeker(m): 1:04am On Oct 02, 2009
Wow! This girl must have been so poor that you took pity on her, yeah? I won't castigate you, poster, because it depends on how deep your pocket is, how generous you are, what you hope to achieve and/or get from sponsoring her, etc.

You need to ask yourself if you're really ready to take a heartbreak if she ends up with another man, however, I don't advise that you do it expecting anything in return. You should do it as a humanitarian deed but if you ask most people here, they don't believe in that no more, and that's where it comes down to how deep your pocket is. If you can afford it without stress and can stand her getting with another man (when she doesn't dig you anymore), then go for it. I'm sure you'll always be remembered forever by her, perhaps, by the man she gets married to (if it's not you).

As much as some people are making a good point here, I will say it can be misleading especially when no one knows what and how you feel for her, what she feels for you, what you guys have talked about, what your plans are -- you know all these and can decide if it'll pan out to be what you always wanted.

Sequel to what I said earlier, just follow your heart but with your head doing the right judgment. How committed do you think you guys have gotten over 3 months? How sure are you she's not cheating on you? Within the past 3 months, what kind of person can you tell she is? How much does she know about you? How much do you know about her? Are you this kind to people generally or you're just this different towards this girl? You have to answer these questions by yourself and be honest about it, then you can be able to tell if it's a good idea or not.

Aisha, I just placed a call to the boy's mother and she said she'd appreciate if someone around comes to see the situation of things and talk extensively. I know we haven't come up with enough but also, it might be a good idea if someone from your agency can go there to see the boy to discuss some solutions such as one poster said earlier about some specialists at OAU. Let me know what you think,

aisha2:
First of all, you get to know the Nigerian Hospital he is being treated, then make a cheque out in favor of the hospital for the treatment, this gives more credibility and protection against scams. This happens if the child is to be treated outside the country and we cannot get cheques in favor of the hospital, we contact NTA who we have a partnership, all cheques will then be written in favor of NTA, when the parents have found a hospital abroad, NTA will make the payment to the hospital, we have had this partnership for years and it has worked against fraud and it helps people sleep better when partng with thier money.
Platinukumvisit our website, there is a number there, you can call it so we could discuss more. Its www.giplc.org. If you call ask for my number, am currently out of the office. The Boy is recieving treatment t University of NNsuka Teaching Hospital, so preferbale, write a cheque in favor of the hospital. Make sure your money is going to the right place
OK, I'll be sure to check a few things out.

You're still smelling coffee? I think they're making lunch and I'm smelling it from inside the kitchen. . . . I'm waiting for them to finish the cooking then I'll be served, when I am served, I will be left with the option whether or not to eat; this means, I'm waiting on them to finish the partnership after which they will sample me grin grin grin I shall be glad to let you know the outcome cool

Because I can get Ebonyeyes to tell you wink cheesy
grin grin I was just kidding when I asked her, seriously. cool

THE AMAKA:
excuse me?
just because im young DOESNT mean i dont know the difference between lust and love.
how can you fall in love with someone you have possibly never met?
i dont know if the poster has met her or not.

but even if its not the poster, like i said:

people need to stop misusing the word love like cheap pure water.
cause it means more than that.
a lot of people are in LUST not love.
so even if it was to the poster or not, i said what i said.

i dont see how my age has anything to do with it.
not everyone was daft.   tongue
people, stop assuming cause im not as old as the rest, that i cant distinguish the two.
sheesh.

man, im outtie!
You don't know what you never experienced. Limit your observation to what you observe from others and/or see in the movies. I still don't understand your definition of using 'love' cheaply. So someone meets another online now, they have feelings for each other and all of a sudden it's now abuse of the word, love? You can tell that to those who will hear and side with your comment, matter of fact, there's no constructive argument you can put up to some questions I may ask you if I wish to question your intelligence on what you think love is.
