As a young man of marriageable age,this question has kept popping up in my mind... most of our holy books enjoin us to tie the nuptial knot...society bestows you with some level of 'resposibility' once you are 'spoused'... the kids born under such union get to be recognized by law as legitimate heirs to your riches/ wretchednesss... the 'companionship theory'....the list of perceived benefits of the 'sacred institution' go on endlessly.
But in my opinion the institution of marriage is just akin to a flagship android device...it is overhyped, acquired and maintained at great cost, and at some point in the future, u are like, "how did I get here?"...At this point, you are doomed either way becaused it you are either too old or irredeemably tangled in the 'arrangement' to do anything about it... or u relaunch another 'Gulder Ultimate Search' for another perfect device... and the circle of wretchedness continues...
Personally I have no interest in getting married... life is already complicated in its 'follow come' state... Why complicate it further...
