Help me understand what all these things have to do with you, a Muslim, and your walk as a Muslim. What bearing do they have on your walk as a Muslim?

He has to fulfill the desires of the one who sent him.He already called himself antichristian.He has to work the works of the Antichrist.

How does the above scripture translate to God cursing marriage?

God didn't curse marriage and the verse(Gen 3:16) quoted does not in any way imply God cursed marriage.

Reading all opinions have cleared a substantial part of my frustration.

I deliberately twist the case the other way. This is a true life situation in my home/marriage
1. 17years of marriage
2. Married my wife as a muslim lady then
3. She started visiting churches when i was out of the country in 2018 just for 3 months
4. All sort of pastors will invite her to mountains for prayers.
5. Started attending sunday services in my environ. Estate.
6. Going to vigils on fridays
7. Going with the children when am not home.

In all of this situations i let her know that i will not be able to bear her practice but she was adamant

Fast forward, she has turned to prayer warrior now, most nights she will not allow me sleep.

She even packed all her things and moved to the children room.

She brings her pastors to our home mostly when am not home for prayers.

She has turned our children to her new faith.

Any little matter in the home she calls her pastors to report and they could not even call me , the church is in my estate i know all of them

Now my concern is
1. Is it morally right for pastors to encourage a woman whose husband is of a different faith and who they new quite well is a Muslim to attend their church without confirming the husband position.
2. Will it be seen as excessive or inordinate if i choose to part way with her as she is no longer submisive to the marriage vows and peace but to her pastors.
3. I am a moslem and have chosen to be abide by my believes while i also understand her rights too but i will rather live with a woman of a similar faith as that was a condition i set for my marriage.
4. She has not be submissive since her going to church.

This has degerated to crisis in my home since last year september while i have chosen to stay away from her.

Well,the Bible says can two work together except they be agreed?

As you have said,'you will rather live with a woman of similar faith',so that means you can take the option of separating from her/divorce her.

On the issue of she no longer being submissive,I think you both just keep having disagreements because you no longer want to see her own point of view.

Well,I know in Islam,if the husband married a non-muslim,he wants her to convert to Islam.Similarly,people can also choose faith outside Islam.
At the end of the day, it's your faith towards God.

An ideal home should be of one faith.

Sir, let's not make this one about the woman. Let's not get so invested in the stranger's thought process that we forget the only person cheating here is the man. Tell me, would you have typed this if it were the bride who was caught cheating with a stranger? Would you let the bride off the hook to concentrate on the stranger who couldn't care less about the marriage? The fact is, if the lady in question was single, then she wasn't answerable to anyone. While she was wrong to have slept with the groom, the moral obligation was on the man to respect his relationship.

A fellow man messed up, let's accept it and criticize him. This attempt to blame women for everything while treating men with kid gloves is embarrassing. You'd end up presenting men as brainless entities that just go in any direction they're pulled. Just saying.

Please don't get my comment wrong.It is not about a gender thing.I'm not gender biased.

I only chose to address the other woman in this case because of the peculiar situation. She went to a groom's wedding to sleep with the groom! I would not even have bothered with the other lady if he had gone to meet her at a hotel.
I already called the groom a fool because his own case is a case of insanity.

@second bold,yes I would have addressed the strange man more if he had come to meet the bride at her wedding.

I'm careful to use 'some women' or 'you' when I address situations.I deal with each situation on its own merit.

Ignore many comments on Nairaland deriding women.Many of them are from kids.

You took the matter from the middle it is better if you say that both men and women should try not to engage or allow domestic violence.

It is better to avoid domestic violence.However,there will always be domestic violence.People are not very tolerant anymore.

If the story is true................ women(or men) shouldn't be scared to leave a marriage because of what people would say.You can stay away even if you are not divorcing yet..Better to be alive.

Even if the man is a fool,what if the lady he was having sex with,she no get common sense to at least free the man?
Anyway she could see it as a revenge for the man not marrying her.
