goodfortun:

Whew! embarassed embarassed was surprised but not shocked @the campaign of calumny on Teddy A but it unfortunately backfired! Infancy pipu that didn't send him before are now taking a listen. . .they've gone ahead to Google him, download his songs and increased his fan base..

If it was a DUI or drug possession, I would have been scared but really driving without headlights? Really? As much as traffic offences are serious, this is one almost anyone can fall victim of..case in point : I found out one of my vehicle headlights had died a couple days ago but because i generally do not drive at night, I'm not bothered nor worried because I live in Naija. ..in Europe it's a different ball game..I'll fix it soon though

Thanks for this post, made sense.
The people who dug that mugshot out have serious issues. This is just a reality TV game show, whoever wins will not give our oversabi detective part of his money, neither will he come here to share it for the people on Nairaland who take the whole thing so personal and throw endless insults day and night so why taking things so far?

I wanted to watch this year's BBN with a neutral mind and just be entertained without supporting or campaigning for anyone but after seeing that mugshot I have been so put off supporting Miracle because it's obvious some of his stans have mental problems. I can't be on the same team with them.
I wish the young man the best but some of the people supporting him have pure hatred and bitrerness running through their blood.
The mugshot can affect his reputation even after big brother ends because he will be tainted with the negative title of ex convict.
The offense he committed sef many of Miracle fans commit the same or even worse on a daily basis but because no online records to expose them they post here and criticize like they are holier than teddy a.

ubunja:

how is getting raped different from getting robbed? if you think you can cripple a man just coz you see in movies women kicking men's balls go on...we'll visit you at the hospital. you think all of a sudden you'll be stronger than a man just coz its "rape" as if rape is anything special. murder is the special one.

We will visit you in the hospital ke?

To do what? Who is we? You and your fellow rapists?
Beginning to end of the thread all you've done is support rapists and insult victims.

Please house my 3wk old LO has had these little bumps on his face for about a week now, I have no idea what they are. They don't seem to scratch him or make him uncomfortable in any way, they are just reddish and Bumpy like pimples. I searched online and I saw that it's possible for neonates to have acne from the hormones in their mothers breast milk which resolves itself after a while.

I am not even sure it's actually acne but it looks like it. I am sure it's not a hygiene issue cos we bathe him twice everyday with dettol water and keep his clothes and bedding etc clean plus I clean my boobs before feeding him.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this? What is it and how can it be treated?
Picture removed.

You shouldnt have stopped, the stool would have evened out. I guess you were given augmentin and flagyl. Pls call your doctor and suggest cefuroxime, it doesnt cause diarrhoea as much as augmentin. Evacuation is not a small thing, it's an invasive procedure so you need urgent antibiotic cover. All the best

I was given Clavulist(mixture of amoxycillin and clavulinic acid) and doxycycline.

I didn't even know it was so serious. I only stopped taking them for one day.

Thank you.

The Dr knew you were breastfeeding before prescribing the antibiotics. pls continue with your drugs. your baby is not in harm's way.
better still, call the doctor and tell him/her your observation so you can be guided.

wish you speedy recovery.

I just felt so sorry for baby jare. He couldn't sleep well cos of stomach upset and was just irritable.

I will resume antibiotics thanks

I think you shouldn't have discontinued the antibiotics without consulting your doctor. They obviously know you are breastfeeding and would have considered it in the choice of drug, if it however was affecting your baby an alternative would be provided. Still speak to the doctor cos you also need to be fine.
Thank you. I appreciate ur help.

You should go back to the hospital let the doctor place you on a fresh antibiotic. Feed your baby first and then express breastmilk right before taking it. Then by 4hrs the potency of the drugs would have reduced then you can feed and then express again before taking the one for afternoon.

It's not good to stop antibiotic after a minor or major surgery.

I think the antibiotics last for about 48hrs in my system even if I express milk my baby will finish it within 48 hrs and I will have to express again in that time frame. I know the drugs last so long because my pee and even breast milk smells of antibiotics for the next day after I stopped taking them.

I will start the drugs again.

Hello house, please I need advice.

I went for an evacuation procedure on Monday to remove any remnants of placenta from inside and I was given antibiotics and painkillers. The antibiotics was just to prevent infections from the procedure.

I noticed on the second day of taking the antibiotics that my babies stooling seemed to have increased to like 6 times a day from about three times before I started the antibiotics.

I checked online and sure enough the info there said that antibiotics makes babies have diarrhea.

I stopped the drugs immediately to avoid harming him. So yesterday I started feeling pains on my lower pelvis and I dunno what the cause was. I really hope it isn't an infection due to my stopping the drugs.

Please if anyone has any alternative precautions I can take to prevent infections which does not affect babies I would really appreciate your replies. Thanks.

My baby is less than three weeks old.

My dear, it's not all general hospitals that the nurses are like that. Just pray for good medical team on duty on the day of delivery.

Sorry about what happened. You will recover fully.
Thanks my dear. I am just so shocked and pissed because I keep hearing horror stories about general hospitals and they proved themselves to me with this incidence.
Health / Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by thotianna: 2:43pm On Jan 29, 2018
I haven't gotten over the annoyance of being treated shabbily by the nurses there while I was in labor now I discover that they left placenta inside my body after delivery. I thank God sha that the thing came out on its own cos no need crying over spilt milk.

I had to undergo a painful evacuation process this morning to make sure there was no placenta left inside my body. Am still in birth related pains that should have ended days ago.
I have sha resolved to never have any more of my future kids in a general hospital. I will save cash and go to a competent private hospital where I will get quality treatment and nice manners from staff.

I had a very wierd experience today. I had a vaginal delivery roughly 10 days ago and this morning I was washing down there after urinating I felt a soft round mass poking out of my vagina. The thing was round and red when I looked at it and it was about the size of a small cherry. It had veins running over it. It was just dangling at the mouth of the vagina, it didn't fall out and it was stuck to the inside of my body. I am still experiencing post partum bleeding and what I used to have as discharge was never like that. It was usually just blood and small clots.
I panicked and quickly called my mom and we rushed to a gynecologist. Long story short the doctor who examined me pulled the small mass out and it turned out to be part of a much bigger placenta. The thing was quite big and bloody. He told me it was retained placenta and I am lucky my body expelled it because leaving it inside would have led to an infection and fertility issues.
I gave birth in Bwari general hospital in Abuja and I haven't even go

I had same issues after I got married. I am not just a sex person. I tried all sorts, Maca, dates, watermelon and milk. The one recipe I saw on facebook called "fin drink". it's a mixture of blended dates, coconut, Tiger nuts(ofio). Well some swore by it, tales of how it made them very Hot. I was looking forward to the magic, but it only made me sleep. Along the line one of the many things started working and I was enjoying sex, but after I got Pregnant I don't want to think of sex.
Wow I thot I was the only one. After pregnancy I lost my sex drive although I was always hearing how sex drive goes up after getting pregnant.
I will try the fin drink if it doesn't come back after I give birth, I have seem many people say it works.
