Good afternoon Cappo!! We’re doing awesome. Thanks for checking.
My only concern is my weight o. I’m a FTM so I find it funny � how I add weight. I started off weighing 76kg. Last week was my 21st week. I weighed 80kg. I’m currently in my 22nd week. Checked my weight yesterday and it was 84kg. Anyways other than that I’ve been great. My bump is still looking like I’m overfed �‍♀️��
Not everyone seems to believe I’m pregnant how much more 5months plus.
Happy Bumping to all mamas yet to deliver. It’ll surely end in praise ��

Thumbs up. Just watch it with the weight o. 4kg added in a week I don't know sha. Be good

We are in week 21 and doing well.
Have not been feeling pregnant since Sunday, only the size of my stomach reminds me of been pregnant. I don't know if it's something that I should be worried about.

Nothing to be worried about. It is usually like that, sometimes. I usually press my tummy to find where my baby is and rub, before you know it she will make a move and I'll smile
Just be sure your LO is kicking everyday

Good morning ma'am. We are doing well by God's grace. Just that it's not been funny being a FTM. I am 21 weeks gone. After eating, I will be feeling thuds in my tummy kinda "tum tum tum". Then, I have been having this severe right should blade pain that extends to my neck. I thought it was due to my sleeping posture on Monday night. But, it still persists. I couldn't sleep last night. DH had to massage my body after I've taken 4 tablets of panadol extra.

Thanks for checking up on us dear Cappo. It will all end in praise.

It is well. We will get there soon. It must be the way you slept that caused the pain. Please let him massage it well with balm.

Good hospital to the best of my knowledge. My pastor's wife and another big friend had their babies there. Great service but truly, their wards are small. Apart from that, no bad report.

Since last week I have been sooooo weak and lazy, I can sleep from morning till night..... I don't like the way I'm feeling because I hate not to do activities I love, like my job and business. My business is suffering because I have no energy, the other day I couldn't help but bust out crying. Seems this 3rd trimester will not be nice to me.... I'm already tired..... GOD please glorify yourself

You'll be fine. I made up my mind to enjoy every bit of my pregnancy. Sometimes it is overwhelming, but I leave everything, take my phone and look for something to catch fun. Sometimes, I stroll to find one baby shop just to window shop
Find something that gives you joy when that feeling comes and speak the right words to yourself. Third trimester will be nice and easy for you. Sending you e-hugs.

MORNING RANT

This pregnancy journey is not for the fainthearted!!!!
The laziness these days is something else!!!
It has gotten to the extent I now make a phone call to hubby who is sitting outside the house to come give me water from the fridge!!!!
My wrist hurts!!!! Is this part of the package too?

MY BIRTH STORY.

To the glory of God Almighty alone do I share this story.

Thank God for the successful journey of 9 months and a supernatural child birth.
I conceived my baby due to God's mercy.

Booah! My water broke right before my husband's eyes and he became worried, saying "Honey, your water has broken" then, I realised that I was almost at my peak. Things were happening so fast. With another contraction, I bore down asking my husband to pour water on me since we were in the bathroom. He did, but I needed more water, so I laid in the water and as he was trying to get me to stand up, he shouted" Honey see your baby's head!" My goodness! unbelievable! My baby's head? I felt a very strong urge to push and I started to push. My husband and I were all alone there. To say that he was perplexed is an understatement. He was wondering who he could call for help. Meanwhile, I was already pushing. He summoned courage to take the delivery of our baby. Mind you, he is not a doctor nor a medical worker, neither am I. He kept encouraging me to push and I held on to his arm and pushed with the help of God. To God's glory, our son was born at about 1:16pm before my scheduled meeting!

I had earlier bought a pair of scissors for another purpose and I directed my husband to bring it and like a flash back, I remembered that I had read how to cut an umbilical cord somewhere stating that the cord should not be cut immediately but after the child had inhaled some oxygen which would make the cord turn light blue from white before it could be cut. God's leading and guidance was with us. We successfully cut the cord and called for help while we were at it. My husband could not clamp the cord initially because of panicking. So we joined hands together and God helped us. He sent nurses to our rescue. Who helped me to deliver the placenta and the afterbirth.

God made me to deliver like the Hebrew women before the nurses could arrive. We have gone for routine checks and the doctors have certified us OK!

This could only have been God!!!
We are in awe.


To all expectant mothers, quick and easy labour to you all. Healthy mothers and babies, rejoicing family in Jesus' name. Amen.

To the awaiting mothers, your waiting is over from this month in Jesus' name. Amen.

Hello mamas please help me.


Was feeling massive headache for 2 days so I went to hospital to register for antenatal and it was discovered that my BP is high 140/80. I didn't had such through out the first pregnancy.

Dr PRESCRIBED Aldomet 500mg tabs morning and night for 2 weeks.

Please am scared about the dose which I told her that being the first time, wasn't it to too? I thought they will start with small dose and not jump to that high does at once. Dr said no that it's okay for me.

Please is that how they PRESCRIBE the drug? If I start taking it will the bp normalize and I won't need the drugs again? I'm scared of long time use of drugs. The thought of taking it alone is frecking me already.

Please don't waka pass.

Dear, I was in this dilemma days back and decided to go for Cussons as I heard Johnsons ha a lot of fake. I'm still torn between the two but I guess I'll go for the Johnsons with faith that it will work well for my baby as it did for my daughter.

Second trimester things. Enjoy this stage, biko. Na belle we get, we no kill person.

Meanwhile, I felt my baby kick yesterday and cos I was watching a movie with all attention when it happened, I thought it was a child around me that touched me. I looked at the belly and nobody touched me o, in fact the child I would have thought touched me was actually sleeping. The kick was mighty. Then later in the evening, I felt the mighty kick again. So strong, I marvelled.

Wow,congrats to you,may your prince bring you all the joy you have hoped for...we were both way past our due date and now yours has ended in praise,I also pray and believe that mine will end in praise soon too and I will announce my BA soon.
I still have no signs of labour after all the rigorous exercises, and I am almost 10 days past my edd.
Infact,I cried my eyes out yesterday out of frustration as a first time mom who have heard horrible things about induced labour as it is seeming that induction of labour may be inevitable for me.
I just surrendered all to God regardless of the process of child birth and just pray that mother and baby will make it out safe and sound.

Very normal. We're in the same boat, only that mine is in the pubic region and I feel it most when changing positions at night.
