Shopping is staled ooo, baby refused to cooperate when I went for scan yesterday, will redo it in 3 weeks time .

God has been faithful to me :

No Ms
No food aversions
No nausea
No vomitting

Except for excessive food cravings in 1st trimester and bitter mouth . Now it's just slight bitter taste in the mouth, nothing else .

How are we doing? The Lord is our strength and may He perfect everything concerning us.
Who else is experiencing this pelvic heaviness? The thing don tire me sef. You all need to see how I walk nowadays as if something want to come out of my jajaina.

Finally, my pink jet landed on 20th this month. Edd- 22, 25 and 27 of January.

I almost died in the labour room, eventually she was birthed through emergency CS. weighing 3.5kg.

CS recovery ideas are highly needed at the moment.

I registered in a teaching hospital. We were told not to take pregnacare cos it contains only minute quantity of everything. The necessary nutrients are not in the right quantity.
So we were told to only take Ferrous, folic acid and Biko.
For the vitamin C, lots of fruits was recommended instead.
I think you should talk to your doctor first.

Same here , in addition was told Obron 6 didnt contain the required dose of folic acid.

I have been in the hospital for the past 1 week , 2 events stood out.

One was a lady who gave birthday via VD , she said the baby had the cord round his neck that he cried once immediately he was born then kept silent so he was kept in the ICU . She had been told that she needed CS to birth but she insisted it has to be VD. After 2 days the baby died, her first son to be .

Another was a lady brought in last night whose BP was 180/120, the husband was asked to deposit money at the pharmacy in case there is need for drugs since it is a teaching hospital, you won't believe he went home without making the deposit. As at 12am, we were all awaken by the nurses running around, she was convulsing , her BP over the roof ! See the way other Mamas were praying for her , I could hear her forcing saliva through her clenched teeth , she became calm by the time her Drs came then was transferred to the labour ward . She was told she will have ECS today as they can't risk another seizure ( thankfully she is 35weeks 5days.

Did nothing much..

The nurses gave me pain reliver every 6hrs, took tylenol(acetaminophen), ibruprohin(Advil)and hydromorphine.
Then I started working that evening of CS, nurses always come to take me for walk morning and evening. Eventhough I Stayed in the hosp for two nights. I tried to walk that really helped. Day of CS pain wasn't that much, i even ate better sweet fried rice.lol. Day 2 pain was more when I asked why, they said because the spinal has completely worn off, Day 3 was better I even had my bath myself on Day 3, Day 4 pain same as DAY 3 but Day 5 the pain disappeared myself surprise,on Day 5 I only feel pain when I try to laugh but now I am very okay. I also kept at taking the drugs too like twice daily, I intend to stop taking it this weekend too.

Also, I didn't give birth in naija too because naija doctors are so crazy with CS, learnt they stay more than 1hr in operating room. my CS didn't last more than 35 mins both the sewing.it was so fast and swift.

I have read stories of CS here on NL that's not up to 30mins

When is the best time to start another cycle after a failed one?

It all depends on you and your Dr who will check reasons for the failed cycle , I started another one immediately the failed one came out a period. So it was like 20 days interval between them. I think that was because the one that failed would have survived if I had not taken dates and pineapple during the 2 weeks wait . The Dr felt it's good I had a repeat immediately.

Order from AliExpress, your items will be delivered to the nearest post office to the address on your AliExpress profile. You can pick up once you get a delivery notification from AliExpress and most times the post office will text/call you .

Another option is to use shipping agents but most times , the post office is a better option in terms of cost though sometimes takes long to arrive.

I have TTCed for more than 6yrs plus with 3 failed IVFs. I was preparing for my last cycle which was scheduled to begin by September 2022. In my previous cycles, the quality of my eggs and my endometrial were the issues. So my doctor advised me to undergo endometrial scratching and donor egg (mixed) because I am in my mid thirties. So I started my research on how to boost my egg quality which I found some interesting answers.

I think I am going to try this 10 squats. I am 40 weeks today, yet no sign of labour. Doc said they may have to induce me by next week if I do not go into labour. I am so tired and exhausted and want to just deliver the baby already. At the same time, I am scared of induction. The squats, do you like stand straight up and then go down completely, 10 times?

Yes , that's squats . Wondering how easy it will be for someone who is heavily pregnant doing it though.

but I learnt that pineapple is not good for early pregnancy , even scent leave. some one I know ate scent leave and had miscarriage.

Things to avoid . All I listed are things that should not be eaten .

Things /Food to avoid:
Dates, pineapples, scent leave, potash ( or anything washed or prepared with it like snails) unripe pawpaw or better still avoid it for now .

Other Mamas can state more . Wish you a successful implantation.

More:

Avoid all types of seasoning except Maggi/Knorr and salt , avoid noodles because of the seasoning also. Uda seeds ( called eru in Yoruba ) also.

Try as much as possible to eat at home.

Anyway, my SIL got pregnant few months after birthing via CS, 4 months into the pregnancy, the CS site started opening and she was in terrible pain . She was taken to Ikeja Gen hospital which referred her to Island maternity where it was evacuated because she can't carry it to term .

I will advise you work with your hospital on this to avoid any complications.

Clomiphene is bad , it disrupts your circle and leads to chemical pregnancy. I have used it before felt pregnant but got BFN , a week later I passed out a large clot of blood and was sick for almost a month.

Please,has anyone taken scent leaf here, while pregnant. Either early or later in pregnancy. I am having an argument about this with a friend right now. She insisted on taking it, there's no harm. While from google it can induce miscarriage,low birth weight or still birth.

I was advised against it .

Yes pineapple is not okay especially the fleshy part but the core is what is recommended, it has bromelin which helps implantation, to be taken in moderation though like half of the smallest finger size

Noted, I will rather avoid it totally to prevent any mistake.

In all the posts I have seen of pineapple, none stated that the fleshy part is disastrous.

2.ensure you relax and watch enough comedy
3.drink enough water and avoid lifting
4.ensure you take your progesterone before transfer of the embryos and after transfer
4.avoid citrus fruits and take your pineapple core, avocado and watermelon in peace
5.regarding those injections that improves implantation, sabi mamas will suggest better.
6.while bathing avoid bending, avoid extremely hot and cold water, wear socks to keep you warm
7.taking walk around the house and compound is important for proper blood circulation. Maximum 30 minutes. Success

Pls avoid pineapple, was told it's not good after transfer.
