I don't know why the stupid Boko Haram in their "almighty" terror-inducing state doesn't attack these guys. See people committing full-fledged daylight robbery and yet they do dothing about it.

I live alone and sometimes I get too lazy to cook, so believe me when I say I've sampled any fruit juice in the mkt.

The 5Alive range of products tend to be watery and lack body

Dansa products especially the mango variety comes very close to tasting like the real thing.

But I'll doff my hat anyday for Chi Exotic range (not Chivita). I don't know how they do it but it seems to me that they use the real fruit in their production. After drinking the juice, sediments of the fruit (be it coconut, orange, etc) accumulates at the sides and bottom of the glass. There was a time I bought Chi exotic orange pulp with nectar. The thing was soo thick I thought the pack had gone bad. Upon looking closely, I got to discover it was actually orange with the flesh and everything that I was drinking. The people really meant it when they said it was orange pulp. I haven't been able to get that variety again after several searches in the mkt.

My all-time favourite however is Chi Exotic Coconut with Pineapple and Nectar. Extremely addictive. I no fit shout.

P.S. I believe Chi Foods and associated coys is not Nigerian owned as claimed by an earlier poster. I think it is Indian-owned (Viju: Chinese)

All these noise being made abt creating an African super-hero, since Apr yet everyone has been beating about d bush. By the way, what is African abt designing a logo with British titles and using british police crests?

I'd suggest you read more of African literature if you are in want of characters to develop into super-heroes. A lot of them abound in the stories. The character Okonkwo in Chinua Achebe's "Things Fall Apart" is a very good example.

I don't exactly know who coined the phrase, but rapper M.I is the one who made it hugely popular.

Have you read Stephen King's- The Gunslinger: Dark Tower, one of the child characters was also bothered like you about the wordings in one particular nursery rhyme, Charlie and Blaine the mono train. Some of those poems might actually have diabolical origins. Like Walt Disney. Ever wondered why the company only does magical films and animations steeped in sorcery?

In as much as you have asked this question of how to be born again, I believe that the Father has invited you. And as many that the Father has given unto the son(Jesus) same has become a son in the kingdom of God. How? JUST DECLARE JESUS as the love of your life(Remember john 14:21), the only master over you, then you are born again. Behold you will forsake your old ways of "it doesn't matter" that is very common amongst christians and you start living a holy life, separated unto the father(God) alone.
Start today - study your bible daily with faith that you are a true son of God, indeed a bornagain christian. God expects us to be true sons after the likeness of Jesus but we reduce ourselves to nothing, to ordinary being instead of living a life of super- natural.

Your frustration is understandable. Sorry. A strong piece of advice however. When requested to state locations where you would like to work, I'd very much advise you to avoid including Lagos. This is because a lot of applicants also prefer to work in Lagos, making chances of being called up on time, slim. South-South or South-East region is a good place to start compared to Lagos and I know why I say this. You can also let HR know that you are coming from a far place, to see if they might work out something for you. Best of luck. Happy Val.

ElDomingo, first of all its Head Office and not Head Quarters. Immediately after the aptitude test, you'll have a chat that same day during which you submit photocopies of your credentials. Your apt test result will then determine if you are invited for an interview. 1st stage is a panel interview, if succesful, you then have a chat with the regional GM. At this stage, be sure that you have secured your appointment, subject to space availabilty. HO will eventually call you for a final chat and then you may be given your appointment letter there and then, or you may be assigned to a branch where you have to go and pick up your appointment letter.

The procedure may vary and its generally the process.

You should be happy that you were even called up for the interview instead of voicing this negative opinion. Best of luck.

I usually don't like very watery fruits like watermelon or sour-sop (though pineapple is an exception). Cucumber? Nyamaaaah . I enjoy oranges a lot to the point that I used to take 10 - 11 every evening without fail. I had to cut back a bit when the thing started giving me heart-burn and my nurse sister warned me that excessive vit. C intake was bad (I never believe that one till tomorrow).

Other fruits I enjoy and try to take whenever I have the opportunity: Apples (the green variety), pineapple and bananas.

Another thing, give me plantain chips any day.

I left home for Lagos at 15 to go and write JAMB, came back for about 4 months then left home again to enter the University. So from that age of 15 yrs plus, I never spent more than a month at home except when I came back to do my I.T. After graduation I spent about 7 months at home waiting for NYSC call-up. That was the longest period I ever spent at home since entering the Uni. And after service I did not have the morale to go back home. What would I be going to do there? All in all, the essence of leaving home early, is to develop a level of independence and the ability to make the right decisions on your own, which would enable you to become an achiever and fighter in life. I got to be very aggressive in my job hunting after service, such that I got a job 2 months after arriving Lag and eventually switched for a far better one 7 months later, which I have been enjoying to date.

Leaving home early endows one with a lot of advantages and very few disadvantages. Haba! Why u go still dey chop "mummy thank you ma" years after service. We dey grow O!
