Onyeama has not been cleared by the US government.

The gentleman simply took a plea deal to testify against Onyeama. Very true that there was no loss to any US government but if you use the dollar to perpetuate fraud in Gambia , it is viewed as been under US jurisdiction.

I do hope he gets out of problem. But the fact is he has not.
