Crizzle is almost a coach with her incisive analysis
Mukina is a fanatic already- check her FB page and u'll get a dose of her fanatism
BlueDiva- Nateevs and Ibime shld have her dossier but i think shes more of a troublemaker than an analyst
Tubabie- just say anythn bad against her favourite players/UTD, then be ready to get "washed". shes a complete fanatic

The left back was out there injured prolly didnt want to come off and Siasia did nothing.
That area of the pitch is vulnerable and smart wingers would exploit the advantage.
It was a gaping hole for the Germans to exploit and they did. Fair play to them.[/quote]hmm

Why did it take 5-6 mins to make a substitution?

The only positive in this tournament- Rabiu Ibrahim, what a player.

The keeper also tried.

You bank workers never cease to amaze me. Your case is a typical case of suffering and smiling all in the name of portraying the false "big boy" image to the public. The public is laughing at all you doofus. Working in a bank is the most unfortunate job in Nigeria today. And i still by my words, Oceanic bank did not pay for one month. I had to burrow one of their employees some money because he was broke. Even before August, their salary was affected due to the Okocha football thing being taken out of their salary.

You got the wrong person

choose ur sparrin partner well. I dont have to work in a commercial bank in Nigeria to know what happens there. Moreso, i know everythin about 9ja financial sector so keep ur undiluted poppycocks to yaself

hehehehe

i think we shld starting thinkin properly b4 we hastily generalize and conclude stuffs

if Nigerian men are adulterers and they have grown in confidence over time, isnt it becos Nigerian women have been accepting their offers?

in this case, the offeror and the offeree are all guilty of adultery hence i can safely conclude an average Nigerian woman is an adulterer cos they often sleep with married women

are we on the same page?

No 1. Yes he was playing center back and it was when we were a man down that he moved up. Go back and watch the match.

No 2. The keeper could have done nada. It was more or less a one-on-one situation. The Venezuelan player bursted in, in a flash and before you could say Sagamite, ball don enter. Even 2 goal keepers would not have saved the day.

No 3. Our first half against Venezuela was terrible especially the backline, thanks to the keeper we could have easily conceded 3 goals if not more.

No 4. In the second half we pressed the life out of them but couldn't get the goal.

No 5. Our keeper saved us against Tahiti. Yes, against Tahiti.

The team is not bad but you wouldn't say SUPER. Well, except they (Siasia and his boys) have something really good in stock for us.

are u hoping they'll use juju or something?

The team is bad. If they are not bad, they would have qualified ahead of venezuela
Sports › Re: Coach Amodu Again! by tkb417(m): 9:42am On Oct 06, 2009
buffead:
Bayelsa United goalkeeper Bassey Akpan has been handed a late call-up by Nigeria as a replacement for the injured Dickson Etuhu of Fulham ahead of Sunday's World Cup qualifying match against Mozambique.
“Etuhu will not be part of the team against Mozambique because of injury. His place will now be taken up by Bassey,” confirmed top Super Eagles official Emmanuel Attah.

A former youth international, Akpan has been the top choice goalkeeper for champions Bayelsa United and has featured for the country's home-based team in last year's qualifiers for the inaugural Championship of African Nations (CHAN).

Officials though would not comment on the availability of England-based Joseph Yobo and John Mikel Obi.

Chelsea midfielder Obi has been sidelined by an ankle injury, while Yobo has been reported to be nursing a thigh strain and did not feature for Everton at the weekend.

Sagamite:
No 1, he was not playing centre back, he was defending a centre piece.

Players do miss balls sometimes, as long as it is a rare occurence, then it is fine that is not a "weak" defence. Whether you like it or not, there will be attempts on goals no matter how good your defence is, even if your the Italian senior team, so it is left to keepers to show their worth when this happens.

For the goal of the Venezuelans, the keeper tried to parry the ball like a sissy and did not even dive the whole length of the his post as he possibly could from the position he was in.

No 2, this is the same defence that played 2 matches in a team that had 10 men and yet was hardly pressured. They kept their own well in both matches.

The team is good, just lacks finishing or even a basic striker.
Saga
all you need to do is see the first half of the game against venezuela and u'll understand what it means to have a bad backline
all attempts at scoring could have entered the net if not for the goalie

A good backline shields the goalie while a good goalie helps the backline. The goalie did his part but we lost cos the backline decided to sleep

I agree the attackers arent good also. yeah, that summarises again while we qualified as best loser
the team is bad

backline+frontline are not good

backline cannot clear their lines effectively while the attackers cant even shoot at goal if a gun is placed on thier head

Germany will win 2-0

Sagamite:
We have a weak defence?

How?
we conceded 3 goals in the first 2 games!

it could have been more. I think the woodworks got about 3 alltogether in the first 2 games

that summarises how weak the backline is
